Wow! Jensen Tire did a complete diagnosis of my battery issue after we were told by someone else we needed a new alternator. We were looking at an expense to repair of $900+, but Bob at Jensen Tire indicated the problem was just a poor connection of my car’s battery clamps which needed tightened and there would be NO CHARGE! Best news ever!! They’ll get our business from this point forward. Honesty goes a long way in this day and age.

I had a tire come apart on interstate, found out I had purchased a vehicle without a spare at that time. Had it towed to Jensen on a whim, and they were amazing. They fit me in right away while I waited, gave me good advice and a great deal. Highly recommend

Three times Ive taken my vehicle to this Jensen and theyve fixed the issue for free. For all I know they could have told me that I had to replace something expensive or at least charged me for labor, but they did it for nothing. For larger issues, theyve always worked quickly and its always been done right the first time. Because of that I trust theyll tell me exactly whats happening with my car and charge me a fair price. I would drive across town to go to this Jensen Tire if I had to. 5 stars.

What a great experience on a Friday afternoon! I called Jensen to make sure I would be able to get in before showing up. When telling them what I needed, they told me to come on by despite it being nearly 4PM on a Friday! I was in and out quickly. The staff was professional and friendly. Definitely going to use them again if I need to!

I had a screw in my front tire. I discovered it after work, took my car right over and they patched my tire within the hour for no charge! Love it!

I decided to go with Continental pure contact tires. The shop was very professional in many ways. From day one until I rolled away. I didnt get the tire I had requested but got an upgrade of the same. They fitted me with the LS but honored my original quote and even knocked it down further. Wow talk about a happy camper! I purchased only five days ago so I am still waiting for some rain to see how they perform but everything is peachy so far. I would recommend Jensen Tire for your automobile needs! Less than 6K on tires and I just had them rotated. In and out in less than fifteen minutes!

Weston was able to fit my car in for an oil change last minute. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready before lunch! They asked me if I wanted any extra services and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Highly recommend !

I needed to have my tires taken off the rims. They were very polite, informative and had it done sooner than I thought it would be done. They also unloaded. And loaded the tires rims. Will definitely use them again!

I dropped my car off to have one tire repaired — turns out it had a nail in it. Also had them rotate the tires. They got it done in a timely manner. Friendly service.

I will never go there anymore, they kept the car for 6 days for alignment, arm control replacement, fill up coolant and check the TPMS light is on... I took the car back with no coolant filled up and the TPMS still on with a hole on the front tire and they didnt even notice it.

Walked in looking for a set of tires for my wife’s Audi A 7. A size nobody stocks. They were able to get the brand I wanted within a couple days at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Took my Jeep in to have it serviced and the folks at Jensen Tire were very courteous and professional. They were very thorough in their inspection and clear about their findings. They even worked with my 3rd party warranty company to get a portion of the repairs covered. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and there was great communication through every step of the process. Went in today (1/30/21) for their winter maintenance package (synthetic blend, oil filter, tire balance/rotation and 4 wheel alignment) $109. Took under 2 hours. Bob was extremely professional. My car runs SO MUCH BETTER now than it did prior. After tax and fees the total was under $117. Which is amazing because an alignment alone wouldve ran $90, per Bob. And the oil change wouldve been around $35. And thats not counting for the balance and rotation.Conclusion! Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed!

I took in a flat tire to have the puncture fixed. A few other places in town said it might take all day but Jensen said by noon and actually had it done even earlier. I’ve gone to this location before and have always had great service from friendly people.

Quick diagnosis/ assessment of repairs, good communication, quick execution of repairs and no pushy sales. Maybe not the cheapest option but well worth the craftsmanship. My truck was noticeably smoother leaving the shop.

Great prices/price matching, not a huge selection of tires to choose from for my car but don’t need a ton of options when they only carry the best. I paid the exact dollar amount that was given to me on my quote a week prior, which I appreciated. No surprises. I started taking my car to Jensen in as a single young woman my early 20’s-a few years later & I still go there faithfully. The techs are very educated so I’ve never felt unsure about following their advice or that I’ve been taken advantage of since I know next to nothing about cars. They explain everything to you & price quote; so you know exactly what you’re paying for and why. They’ll also work with you to make sure that you get the best price, parts, & service possible. They provide a large variety of car services-whatever you need done to your car they probably do it. Try to call ahead to schedule your appointment, since they’re always pretty busy. Also be prepared to wait a few hours for them to finish working on your car. Since the pandemic hit they’ve been very diligent about distancing, masking, sanitizing, and making sure that customers feel as safe as possible while there. I’ll probably continue to go there until I move away, tbh. I trust them with my cars unconditionally!

I didn’t have an appointment and showed up right when they opened on a Saturday. I was truly surprised they were able to fit me in their schedule at all that day but to my surprise they helped immediately and I was on my way with 2 new tires in under 30 minutes. I’m beyond impressed and won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Have used this Jensen Tire location sporadically for repairs. Most recently, stopped in at 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon for a tire repair. Despite being close to the end of the work day, they happily took care of my tire. This meant a lot to me and very highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, had a flat tire that was unrepairable. Brought in a new one to match the other three, and threw it back on for me so I didn’t need to dig my jack out again.

They always do good work and reasonably priced. I keep my vehicle really clean and dropped my rating to 3 stars because I had to clean greasy finger/hand prints from my fenders and hood. 6 months later they still do a really good job but found that my fluids were not topped off, so were all of the other inspections or preventative maintenance items done? there was nothing written on the shop bill.

They did a fine job. I just dont like having to give all my personal information to them for one simple fix of tire leaking. First name and phone number should be enough.

Everyone was very friendly, they were able to make an appointment for us quick which I appreciate. Although there were some issues in the car that we weren’t able to get fixed because of money, what we did have done was done quickly and we appreciate it.

I got a different car, it wouldn’t start. I had it towed to this Jensen tire nearby my home. Before I had it towed to their store I made sure they would be able to look at it. They were busy but made sure to take my info and said they would call me. They did so and they ran the necessary tests and I was able to get my car back in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use this store again in the future!

Blew a tire late on a Monday. Jensen ordered and had the tire by Tuesday afternoon and replaced that same day. Later that week I picked up a screw in the new tire; Jensen repaired the tire the same day, at no charge. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Jensen has earned my future tire business.

I normally have a hard time getting in for tire repairs due to the type of tire I have, especially on a weekend! After calling everywhere in Lincoln I was relieved when I got in with Jensen the same day. Highly recommended. They were quick affordable and very helpful.

After they put my tires on they claimed the lower ball joints were bad and needed replaced before it could be aligned. Except for the fact the mechanic that already had done some work on brakes said on a scale of 1-10 one being new he rated the ball joints as a 2-3. Not needing replaced. I almost ended up paying $600+ for a job that didn’t need done. This is why I stopped going to another Jensen tire on south side of town. Rip off just to make money

Called Jenson to ask if they could diagnose a problem with my gas tank on my 2008 dodge ram and Bob said it would be $125 just to run a diagnostic. I felt like that was outrageous for a diagnostic so I looked elsewhere and found a couple places like 6 to 6 auto repair that would do a diagnostic for $65. Word to the wise dont go to Jenson tire!

I wish they would make time to repair a tire while it’s on the vehicle instead of dropping it off and coming back 3 hours later. Would be a huge help if you have a tire that is going low to know that you can pull in and get it repaired while you wait. They are definitely charging enough to make money on the deal.

Walk-in, tire pressures showing significant decrease in left rear tire. Aired up. An hour later, same issue and was told to come back if it happened again. It is now 1630 pm (30 mins before close) and I walk back in and ask for a look at the tire and patch if needed. Was there only 25 mins, patch on tire and away I went.Excellent service, very personable and engaging. I definitely will return in the future for any tire needs!
