They made everything easy. They got us in right away, diagnosed it on day 1 and fixed it on day 2. They even came in under the original quote. My drivers side power window only worked sporadically; I took the car to Georges auto service to repair or replace the windows motor. They did a great job for me. The window works all the time now. They also did some minor fixings on my front doors as a courtesy. Im very thankful for their thoughtfulness and the excellent job they did for me. I recommend them to anyone in the Lincoln area. They are topnotch!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a auto shop. After months of frustration getting my car repaired, I was finally able to bring it to Georges when in a matter of days they had my car running like new. they are professional and explained as they went along. Mike the mechanic that worked on it is a miracle.

Beware!!! Although they claim to be a BMW Service Center they should not be trusted in attempting to service any late model highly sophisticated BMW or any other late model high end brand. I needed a mere battery replacement for my late model BMW. Prior to installing the new battery I stressed to Paul the Service Manager the extreme importance and how imperative it would be for them to registering the new battery to the cars computer after the installation. Long story short---the registration was not done and I had to take it to a different BMW specialist to have the battery registered correctly with no further issues because I no longer trusted Georges to do the work properly. Later when I complained to Paul and George about the battery they both became extremely argumentative and exhibited absolutely no regard for me the customer. They both immediately went into to defend their negative action mode at my expense. I was totally taken by surprise by their negative and nasty attitude toward me the customer for making the complaint. Even after showing George and Paul the receipt/computer print-out from the other Service Center they refused to offer me any compensation for the additional cost of the correct registration although I didnt ask for any. This is a second rate repair shop that specializes in smaller repairs on inexpensive less sophisticated vehicles. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Georges and will not ever be returning there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Goerges!!!

Hello,I have to write and say how fair this auto service is. They have great prices and they dont try to make you pay for service you dont really need. I cant tell you how many times I got my car repaired and OMG the price is always more than I figured. Not at Georges Friendly Auto Service, he doesnt take advantage. All women in the area should get their car serviced here. Compare how you are treated and how nice they are to you. They even have a lady behind the front desk. I like that a lot. Everyone here is SUPER friendly, they fixed up my ride and gave me a great deal. They treated me very well. If I ever need work done on my vehicle, Im for sure going straight to Georges Friendly Auto!

This is not the worst garage Ive ever dealt with but they rank in the top 10. Had an unresponsive ignition. Took it in and they said I just had a loose wire. Drove car away. Next day car does not start again. So I had it towed...again. They say this time there is a bad relay to computer. So they dont guarantee their work and charge me $40 more dollars. And Kenny the head mechanic...pretty damm rude if you ask me. So guess what? A few weeks later, same problem again.I should have taken my car somewhere with older more experienced mechanics.

First off. Wifes ford Focus had a smoking issue, turned out to be too much oil. Picked it up and the alternator failed and towed back. Had another failure. the guys were friendly, explained everything that needed to be done.Now our truck is having a problem and will be using Georges again. :)Better than the dealer.

Georges friendly auto, not so friendly. One of there customers was forced to sell their vehicle do to their price gouging. The customer listed the vehicle for a price, and the shop employee came out and doubled the price. stating not a penny under, or we will just fix the car and have the customer do payments. So i guess this shop thinks its a used car lot too. Thanks a lot Georges not so friendly auto service...

!Wait!!!!!You be the judge. I took my car in at 7am and I told George that I believed the trouble may be the MAF. He said my car didnt have a MAF😤. I agreed to $125.00 diagnostic. I called them at 12:30p and was told they needed another 1 1/2 hour to diagnose it. I got a call back and was told, yes my MAF is bad and need to be replaced . I told them not to fix it and when I went to pick up my car Mike says the diagnostic charge is😲 $312.00. After 1/2 hr of arguing and I told them I was going to call the police George told Mike to charge me the $125.00 that I agreed to. !This is my first review ever. I had to expose this bad business 👎

There is nothing friendly about this place. The owner George is rude and disrespectful.

I have only had good experiences with bringing my vehicles here, and they have gone out of their way to earn my business. I highly recommend you take your business here, it is worth it.
