I never thought I would actually enjoy getting insurance. The staff here are so friendly. Every single time I walk in, even if its to pay a bill they are smiling and happy and they offer me something to drink. They truly take the time to explain how all of the policies work and they find out what parts you need and dont need in order to make every quote personable and tailored to you. I was worried about switching companies but I have been with Rick for over a year now and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Ian and Brandon are phenomenal at their jobs and they will never try to sell you something you dont need or want. Jean and Courtney answer all of my questions and do all of my changes when I call in. Rick, you have a wonderful team and Im glad to do business with you. I would rate you 10 out of 5 stars if I could. :)

I havent met Rick personally but that doesnt really matter because I have worked exclusively with Courtney and I couldnt be happier. Courtney does a great job of being responsive and thoughtful. I do believe that an office and its employees are a reflection of its leaders and in saying that, Rick sets a high bar. I appreciate Courtneys diligence. It has been a great experience. I recommend them!
