I would run far away from All State insurance!!!!I had it for 3 years . Each year the premium increased. When I called Jonathan toask why I wasn’t notified or an explanation as to why the increase. I would never get a response! And then they don’t prorate the premiums. So I had 5 months left in the policy after paying an annual premium, I canceled the policy with no explain action that I just forfeited 5 months. Company is a rip off!!!!!

I have been with Allstate only a year but I have never been so pleased with an insurance company especially with the Jon Foreman Agency. They are the most helpful and caring agents I have ever encountered! Not only do they have the best rates on both car and renters insurance, but they are always a pleasure to work with! I was previously a progressive customer for 10 years and I am so glad that I switched! Oh and the discounts and drivewise app are also amazing! As of now I cant see any reason to change.

My dad used to say your insurance is only as good as your agent. In that case, Allstate is below subterranean. Others would say claim experience is the guide, again subterranean. Allstate car buying ad on facebook, super joke. While claim representatives stood firm on a value less than 1/3 the value of my car, Jon says, youll just have to find an appraiser who agrees with you seriously? During my 20 yrs of auto claim handling only once did a vehicle go to appraisal--it was a pace car, no comparable vehicles around. I asked for my car to be returned, claims wouldnt do it, Jon would not assist either, it took 11 months for return of my car. It came back to me with a lot more damage.Protecting us against Mayhem really?Jon is there for the paycheck not assisting his policyholders.Have to give one star for this to post. More than deserved.
