I havent been with State Farm for very long this time around, Jennifer has always taken care of my needs regardless of the circumstance. An example would be; a name issue come up where it bounced back to my maiden name and I called in about it. Though she did not personally taking care of it at the time, she did come back and made sure the issue was taken care of. And her assistant, Chloe was very helpful as well. The strong winds on Sunday blew a tree onto my car. I filed a claim with Jennifer Ulrich agency the next morning. After working with her office & the body shop it turned out my car was a total loss.
