Everyone in the leasing office at Rockledge Oaks is so accommodating and friendly! They are very responsive with emails, phone calls, maintenance requests, etc. The apartments and property in general are beautiful and well-kept. I highly recommend living here!

My husband and I have lived at Rockledge since 2018 and weve lived at two different apartments at this property. Weve loved our experience with our home, the office staff, and maintenance.

I am a former resident and loved everything about this complex. The grounds were well taken care of and my apartment home was beautiful. The well constructed building with beautiful amenities made this location stand out.

After living at The Fairways At Lincoln Apartments, this community has exceeded my expectations. I can sincerely call this place my home. After hopping around apartment complexes in college, my husband and I were determined to find a unique, sweet apartment that we would never want to leave and look forward to going home to, especially after a really rough experience at my previous apartment complex.Our apartment has so much character. It has a gas fireplace, super soft carpet, an all white kitchen, amazing bathroom space with a huge tub, several walk-in closets, high ceilings on top of it being vaulted, with crown molding all around. It’s so unique you wouldn’t be able to find this much character and warmth in another community.The staff are so quick to respond with any question you have. We hardly hear or even see our neighbors, but when we’re fortunate enough to run into them in the hallway, theyre so kind. We have gotten fairly close to a family who lives in a building across from us, our next door neighbor will check in with our dog if were gone long periods of time, and everyone knows the names of each other — especially if they have a dog. Everyone is so, so kind!The surrounding yards, BBQ courtyard, pool, and gym are very nice and very well taken care of. Everyone is great about cleaning up after their pets too. We had a huge snow storm here just last week and the complex was up and running helping people’s trapped cars, plowing every single parking spot, and providing salt on the sidewalks so there’s no risk of falling from the ice during the storm.They have indoor mail lockers, but the package lockers are super cool and secure, so you dont have to worry about anyone stealing your package, (an issue I had at the Fairways)After having someone try and break into my place at the Fairways, safety is so important to me. I have NEVER felt unsafe or nervous in our apartment. NEVER. They have a two door system for each building so it takes a fob or a code to get in.If we have a plumbing issue they get it fixed ASAP and will do their best to make sure its taken care of if its an emergency over the weekend and holidays.We love living super close to the Fareway Meat Market, Dinos, and Scooters making it easy to grab groceries, or go on a quick date.I look forward to coming home after long days to this community. When its time for my husband and I to buy a home, we have some VERY high expectations because of Richdale. We couldn’t be more thankful for Rockledge Oaks.

I love living at Rockledge. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance crew is the best. Every time Ive reported an issue or requested assistance, Ryan has been there to resolve it. Ryan and Nick are so friendly and simply part of the communitys family. Jenny and Chelsea are accommodating and work so hard.Its a great place to live for people that want to know their neighbors.Why four stars? I have yet to encounter anyone or anything that is perfect 100% of the time.

I absolutely love my apartment! Tons of sunlight for my plants, very spacious, tons of storage space (2nd bedroom has 3 closets! 2 walk-ins) and I love that I do not have a galley kitchen. The office staff are super nice, very helpful and professional. Maintenance come quickly if there is ever an issue.I am also happy that the building entrances are secure so not just anyone can come in. I also like the fact that if you make purchases online and arent home to recieve it, there is a secure package locker room for picking up packages.I am so grateful to have found Rockledge Oaks.

I moved into Rockledge early 2014 and this has been one of the best places I have ever lived. The office staff is always quick to answer our emails or to fix any issues we might have. The maintenance team has always done a great job fixing or replacing things! The pool is always clean, the community parties are always a good time, and the other residents are very courteous and friendly. We will be sad to move out at the end of our lease to get a house!

As a decade long resident, during which time I have occupied three apartments, I can say that my experience has been nothing less than stellar. From the staff down to the apartment amenities, I am very pleased with every aspect of Rockledge Oaks. It’s beautiful, it’s safe, all staff members are exceptional and I love calling Rockledge home. Highly recommend.

I’m a new resident here and the service is fabulous. Every time I have an issue, the staff helps me to the best of their ability promptly every time. They’ve made me feel warm and welcome from the day I came in to apply for an apartment here. I love living here and I owe a great deal of that to the fantastic staff!

We love our apartment at Rockledge! Chelsea in the leasing office is awesome, always answers our questions and goes above and beyond to help out. I even worked with Jenny, the property manager, on some carpet replacement issues and she was fantastic as well. The units are very reasonably priced for what you get, and they truly feel like home. Unless we ever decide to buy a house, I think we’ll be staying here!!

This apartment complex is good, a few minor complaints but nothing to warrant removing a star. They are always fast to fix issues and even had a repair guy show up after hours to fix our AC. They have also gone above and beyond locating packages and the place is always clean. All that being said the walls are a little thin and it can be easy to hear neighbors. The carpet is also well worn in some spots and probably should have been replaced before now. Prices are about in line for Lincoln

I love this place I moved away a year ago but now am back. Good community with great office staff and maintenance good security and perks. I feel like home

I have truly felt like I was in a community at Rockledge. From the care of their facilities to their outreach from the leasing staff to the tenants it was the best. They were the kindest people I have had the pleasure of renting from. I was moved by work to a different city in Nebraska for almost two years. When I was relocated back in Lincoln again, they were my only choice. Great job to that staff, you have a real unique winning team there.

Unfortunately I had to move. My time there was great. The staff, esp. the maintenance staff were wonderful. I will esp. miss Ryan and Stephanie. Sad day to move. Maybe Ill be back again sometime.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and so far they have been great. The apartment was clean and ready for move in when I arrived. A few minor things required maintenance to come out, but they were timely and quick. I also received a few check-in calls which I thought was very considerate. So far, so good!

Every time I have a question or concern the staff is more than helpful getting everything taken care of. The maintenance crew has a very prompt response time and fixes things right away. Please keep up the good work!

I am so incredibly grateful for Chelsea and the amazing staff at Rockledge Oaks for welcoming me to Lincoln and helping me get settled after relocating from out of state. I love my apartment and the community itself is super dog friendly!

I would give them negative stars if possible. This is the WORST apartment complex ever. They harass us and tell us no friends are allowed to bring their dogs ever without us having to pay $100. HAH! Ill be damned if I pay $100 for a dog thats not mine and its supposed to be OUR home so we should be able to have whoever there when we wan. This isnt a damn dorm for gods sake! They harass us and violate our privacy and have entered our apartment before without any notice which we easily could sue for. The management is horrible. They worry so much about if theres a dog visiting instead of the fact that we have complained about the building smelling of marijuana which make our personal apartment smell like it. But when we confront them about that they just say they will hang signs but if we have a dog in our apartment (mind you we already pay a pet fee and made a deposit on our own personal dog) they go the EXTRA MILE to investigate and snoop around our apartment and try to fine us. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartment is made to look glamorous but there is an infestation of daddy long legs and cracked ceilings and cheap finishes throughout your actual apartment unlike the model one theyll show you. I wish I would have read into this apartment before making the awful mistakes to live here. I will most definitely never recommend this to anyone and cannot wait to get out of here.

The place was nice, and the people in the local office are great and friendly. its the main office that will completely ruin your experience.They do not offer all the information, will say they did. Will go out of their way, it seems, to be difficult.Really ruined the places reputation and desire to recommend it.

For your own best interest and your friends and family, Google the Richdale Group and look at their low ratings and brow-raising complaints before ever getting involved with this leasing company.
