I loved the maintenance team here. This by far was the best service of ANY mechanic I’ve ever seen about my auto maintenance. They were prompt, efficient, and definitely affordable for the battery replacement that I desperately needed. I don’t see myself going anywhere else anymore. And as a woman, a good auto shop is hard to find. Thank you so much guys for the excellent service and I look forward to doing future business here! 10 outta 10 would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!!

They evaluated a car my daughter was thinking about buying in Lincoln and generated a professional report that they also sent to the used car dealer. It cost $70, but ended up saving her nearly $1,200 when the dealer agreed to split the cost of the needed repairs. I’d give Watson’s SIX stars if I could! Many thanks to Mark and the whole team!

Great bunch of guys here, convienantly located very close to my workplace, treated me like a person not a number, explained things very thoroughly. For me it was in and out the same day. An absolute must visit for all your vehicle needs, wont go anywhere else, 2 thumbs up, 5 stars for sure, I WILL be going back from now on !!!

They got the car done in one day, which I was thankful for and even gave me a ride to pick it up so I didnt have to walk out in the below zero temps. That being said, BE CAREFUL. They use all high-end synthetic fluids and such, which an older vehicle like mine doesnt need and they charge an arm and a leg for them. The service is good but their prices are way out of line. I was charged $50 for shop materials, which there is no way on the job they needed to do on my car they used that. The bill was easily padded with at least a couple hundred dollars (probably well over that) of unnecessary or excessive charges. The staff is friendly but the prices are high and they recommend unnecessary service. I know they have a high overall review on Google but someone who knows something about mechanic work would take issue with their service and prices. I believe they are milking the average customer for more than they need but doing it with friendly service. I wont be going back. Sorry Watsons. I think 3 out of 5 stars is more than fair.

Mark was helpful the entire process! Very professional and friendly. They got my car in and out the same day and hassles and kept me updated the entire time. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else ! Highly recommend does not do this company justice. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly the first time COME HERE!!!!

I scheduled an oil change at Watsons Auto Service and as I am used to quick in-and-outs, I showed up by myself expecting very quick service. However, there happened to be a minor mix up and it took a little longer than expected. I was doing homework so I was unbothered, but they gave me my oil change for free and explained very clearly some other tune-ups my car needed. Very friendly people and high quality workers there!

My vehicle broke down when this was the closest shop and they were very thorough and clear about all the repairs, how much each option would cost, and why each thing was recommended or absolutely needed. I feel very lucky this was the closest shop. Its hard to imagine better service than I received here.

Been getting a 2001 Tahoe worked on the past few years and it’s running as well as it ever has. Watson’s has integrity as well as personable customer service; they explain in detail what work will be done, call before any unquoted repairs are done (also send a web link w/ details and pics from the inspection), and when there has been a rare moment of miscommunication they stepped up, ON THEIR OWN, and done the right thing. It’s been a pleasure being a customer.

Guys at Watson Auto are awesome. Theyve helped me get my car to 200000 miles and counting. Theyve gotten my car on for repairs on incredibly short notice and are always there if I need a loaner vehicle to get around. The text link to the ENTIRE diagnostic check of my car is awesome. I can see all the things theyre finding wrong with my car and go over it with me to determine what is urgent and what can probably wait. Watch out guys it over price there,after I do fix a car there and go make oil change to other shop and show them What the cost receipt,they told me you crazy,well i know some, I mean I am a truck driver till now but I do know what the tools cost and label but it was blow my head with the 2 arm in the front wheel and install 1 wire,cost me almost $3000,this receipt make me called crazy by these oil change,good luck and be safe during this perdimic guys,we all facing the same how hard this situation,we going to make it

I’ve been bringing my car to Watson for about a year and a 1/2 now. I appreciate how quickly they’ve been able to get me in, the detailed feedback they send me during the checkup and their reasonable prices. Additionally, I’ve never felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge or trying to sell me a service I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

Mark was very honest with the issues I had with my car and friendly. My car had over 200,000 miles and had some engine trouble that was expensive. He told me what it would cost to break down the engine, what it was likely to cost to fix, and also the best case scenario. I knew all the possible scenarios and options up front and there were no surprises-which I appreciate. Luckily, it ended up being the best case scenario and my car was fixed and back on the road.

Yikes! They sounded reputable when I talked to them on the phone. But being out of town they tried to charge me $800 to replace a water pump. $40 and 3 hrs later I did it myself.

Took 2 cars here recently, both with a great end result and good experience with the service.Car 1 had the check engine light on, Watson send me a full report of everything car related, with levels of severety and more details. They left it up to me to pick the fixes I wanted, and at no point I felt like they were pushing a sale.Car 2 broke down on a Sunday and wouldnt move anymore, so I had it towed to the shop. On Monday I called them to discuss details, by Monday afternoon they gave me a full run down of everything. My car is 7+ years old, and they only found 3 issues, of which I was already aware of 2, and the 3rd was a recommended maintenance. Upon getting quotes of everything I agreed to get all 3 fixed, again no pushiness.What stands out to me and why I am leaving 5 stars is that the main defect on the car, that made it not move anymore, was something that was diagnosed by the dealership before, but they quoted me $1250 to fix it...Watson found the same thing but they quoted $299 including new wiring work...at this point I feel like their prices are very fair, and their knowledge and service are on point. I can tell the fixes on car 2 are working and are making a difference.I would recommend Watson.PS: the have a referral program.

Mark does an excellent job reviewing (in great detail) what is wrong with your vehicle. I’ve also been impressed with the quality of work done by their mechanics.

My wife and i had a new radiator put in on 5-11-2017. Here it is October 2018 and the radiator already needs replaced. They have a 3yr/36000 mile warranty on all parts and labor but they don’t follow through with it. This is the second issue we’ve had with their warranties and them not covering them.REPLYYou’ve already cost us over a $1000 dollars on labor and part that are obviously cheap and don’t last. To resolve this issue I’m willing to take it to a reputable mechanic at your cost but I can’t risk our vehicles at yours anymore.

These guys know what theyre doing and they do it for a very fair price. If you have an appointment, they will do their best to have your vehicle repaired and back to you as fast as they can. They will also not try to sell you anything that you dont need, only going by what your manufacturer recommends to maintain your car. Absolutely a great place to take your car for routine maintenance and larger repairs.

Best mechanic Ive ever had. Ive lived in Lincoln for 2 years and am so pleased I found Watson Auto Service. Troy and his staff always take great care of my cars, and the service is fast. He took time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed right away, as well as what could wait. The prices are always reasonable. Ill be moving soon, and wish I could take Watson Auto Service with me. I have no connection to Watson Auto Service other than their fabulous service on my cars.

I was supposed to leave for job training in South Dakota on a Thursday morning and it was Wednesday when I sprung an antifreeze leak!! After calling and driving machanics all over town, I took my Tahoe to Watsons in a panic with little time and a limited budget. The shop manager and machanics went above and beyond to help me find the problem along with a safe solution/fix to the leak that fit my budget. Thanks Watsons, my family and i will now make it safely to and from training safely!

What a great place to have your vehicle serviced and repaired!

My first visit here was a great one. I needed to get an oil change and was worked into their schedule right away.They did a full inspection of my wifes car, and did suggest a couple of services that I know her car needs but we cant afford. At no point did I feel pushed to do something I wasnt sure about or able to pay for.These guys will shoot straight with you, do what you ask and leave out the rest. They also offer services with BG Products which are fantastic. Go pay them a visit!

Watsons helped me out when I needed my tire fixed. They also told me I had an oil leak, and sure enough I had an oil spot on my garage floor that I had not noticed yet. They caught it just in time. Took my car on 04/3/2017 to have a new exhaust and was charged over $500. Not even 1 1/2 yrs later I’m in need of a new exhaust. They claim to have a 3yr/36000 mile warranty on labor and parts which my exhaust is still under but they will not honor the warranty. I also posted a review and pictures of my exhaust on their Facebook page. They have since contacted me threatening me with their lawyer. This can be heard in the review section on Watson auto Facebook page. Very unprofessional and not a way to treat a customer of over 8 years!

Ive only been going here for a short time a couple of oil changes and some filters changed but they have treated me so well they give me rides to and from home the guys in the front they are friendly

I get my interlock calibrated at Watsons, usually the staff is very nice and helpful. Yesterday I was told by one of the employees that I needed to get a new battery for my car for the interlock to work and we could leave the car there until the next day when we could put the new battery in. Well the next day we came to put the battery in and the owner of watsons came out and started yelling at us that we couldnt work on the vehicle while it was on his property and that we needed to push it in the street. Well Im 6 months pregnant and he said he would nor his staff would help and that it was our problem. Even though the staff said it was okay the day before to leave the car there and put the battery in. I will never again do business with Watsons due to the owner, he is not a very nice man at all.
