Best dental office ever! My kids love coming here. I am terrified of the dentist and would rather go through unmedicated child birth than go to the dentist. They know that and have always been great with me.

Best Dental Office ever!!!! The best patient experience, so attentive and comforting. I had a crown done today and it was so easy and pain free. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kelly and his amazing team!!!! You guys are the best! Superior comfort ( love the new chairs ) and great experience all around. The front staff is the most welcoming and friendly faces that put an ease to you right away. All around the BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!!!

My past experiences with other dental offices have made me extremely nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. I had my first visit with this office today and will never go anywhere else. Everyone- even the front desk ladies- were extremely nice! The hygienist and doctor were informative, comforting, thorough, and very non-judgemental. They did an excellent job on my cleaning and brought back so much confidence to my smile! From someone who typically hates going to the dentist, I actually can’t wait to go for my next cleaning!

Everyone here is great, from the front desk to the ladies and gents in the back! Everyone is helpful and explain all the procedures. The techs are gentle and make the dental experience very relaxing!

Took my daughter there for first ever dentist appt.. I know I feel like a Bad parent she is 8 and has quite a few csvities already.. I have bad teeth myself. Ill be going in Friday as wll as my son.. Im just glad they didnt make me feel like a bad parent.. Have to see how they treat me cause I have bad teeth I know but I do brush twice a day.. Im not best at flossing.. Anyways the ladies were all very nice and compasionate with my daughter Thank you.. Hopefully I found the dentist I can finally stick with.. 🥰

I recently moved back to the downriver area (after 15 years) and started going to Fort Street Dentistry. All of the employees are very nice, know my name when I walk in the door and are very helpful! Dr. Kelly is awesome and does a fantastic job and takes great pride in his work! The office staff is also great and there is never any surprise billing. They are up front and communicate well. The office is exceptionally clean and, if you love Detroit and Michigan sports teams, there is a room for you! I am a very happy patient!!!

My family and I needed to choose a new dentist, as our old dentist was retiring. I chose Fort Street Dentistry because it’s very close to our home. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the office decor is on point with their Detroit sports theme.The staff here were all very welcoming and friendly from the very beginning. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, despite being a little nervous being in a new office.Dr. Kelly was very nice and assuring too. I feel that I can trust them with mine and my family’s dental care. Would definitely recommend them.

Having twins i didn’t know what to expect as everything is usually chaotic, but I was beyond thankful for how accommodating, kind, and nurturing the staff was for my toddlers (and myself) and how calm the entire visit ended up being. We had an excellent experience with Dr Kelly and Lori. Everyone was so kind and caring with my 7 year old. They made her feel comfortable and explained everything. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and explained everything. They even made me calm and understood what was happening. They talked with her the entire time. The staff when you walk in are kind and friendly as well as very helpful. Also a shout out to Raquel our favorite hygienist as well. She is also amazing. The skill of the staff as well as the kindness they show to their patients and family members is so appreciated. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I love my hygienist at Fort Streeet Dentistry. Trina is always amazing and personal. She hasnt seen me in 6 months, but she notices I dyed my hair and remembers little details that makes you feel very welcome. They are a great practice.

I cant believe its been this long, but Ive been going to Dr. Kelly for about 20 years now, since his office was at Fort and Southfield. Even though I now live 30+ minutes away, I still make the drive to go here instead of switching. The entire staff is great.

It’s exciting every time I go. I walk in wondering which sports room I’m going to be in this time. The staff is fun and interactive and Dr. Kelly always asks about me. He takes a personal interest in his patients.

Always have done all my dental work correctly the first time around. Ive tried going to closer dentist to my house, but things are never correct and i end up just driving the distance to come to Dr. Kelly. I just took my 2 year old daughter here today for her first cleaning and she had so much fun!! The whole office (meaning every employee) are just the best. Highly recommend.

My 10 year old daughter fell Thanksgiving evening and broke off a large portion of one of her front teeth. Dr Kelly and his dental assistant Ruben came in the next day even though the office was closed to fix her tooth. She ended up needed a root canal and a repair. The whole process was pain free for her. She was so comfortable through it all. Her tooth now looks absolutely perfect. She has had no pain at all since. We absolutely love Dr Kelly and all the staff at Fort Street Dentistry. We come all the way from Royal Oak and will continue to do so. Every experience we have had has been superb!

Was having tooth pain and they were able to get me in next day, found out my issue quickly. Knowledgeable staff and took time to explain everything, very clean office. Was actually called back at my appointment time. PlayStation and Xbox in the waiting room to help distract kids.

I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years, and I can honestly say you will not find a more knowledgeable and compassionate staff anywhere. My whole family goes here (10+ people) and we have never had a complaint. Another thing, each room is decorated in a different Michigan sports team, which is always cool to see.

Everyone working at this dental office works to ensure that patients are provided with the most excellent treatment - and they do so enthusiastically! Making you feeling like the VIP that you are.

Writing this review for my mother. She was very nervous about finding the right dentist to do her work. After being assured that she would have any necessary readjustments to her dentures included in the price that she was quoted, they attempted to charge her for her last adjustment required to get the dentures to fit properly. She was also told that if new dentures were required because the first set did not fit comfortably, they would make her a new set. After making their attempts to deter her from making any more adjustments, she requested the new set. At this point she was told it wouldnt do her any good to get a brand new set because she has a cross bite. Two dentists have since told her that this was a complete lie and she does not have a cross bite. If she had a cross bite, why would they even agree to do the work in the first place? Thousands of dollars later, my mother has dentures that are almost unbearable and will have to BUY THEM AGAIN ELSEWHERE. To be fair, the staff was very friendly, personable, and seemed trustworthy. The work, however was unsatisfactory in every sense, and they failed to honor their agreement. If I thought it was worth the time and money, Id file a law suit.

The office is comforting and sporty, something I can relate to. The staff is kind as well as the doctors. They explain your circumstances clearly and have you understand. Keeping the patient calm during procedures is their specialty. I am glad I went to Fort Street Dentistry to get my new teeth!!!!

This dentist office is clean and calming. Their are TVs in every room for entertainment and distraction from the procedures. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I have had nothing but great experiences here.

Definitely the best dentist office downriver! Dr. Jiddou is an amazing dentist with a precise and gentle touch. She pays close attention to details and has a great eye for aesthetics - which is very important in dental work. I wont go anywhere else and highly recommend this dentist. As for Dental Hygienist, I highly recommend Trina. She is only there 2 days a week, but does amazing cleanings which Dr. Jiddou thoroughly checks as well. Super clean office with mostly updated technology. Love the Tigers theme in all the offices.

I love the staff here! Everyone is super kind and accommodating. Its never a very long wait either. I have a brother with special needs and they always take good care of him and never get frustrated when hes a bit scared of an instrument.

I am beyond thrilled at how accommodating and nurturing this facility is. Dr Jiddau and her assistant Laurie went above and beyond to make my son feel at ease. We went in today for a regular cleaning and xrays. I was told my son needed 3 extractions due to his stubborn baby teeth not wanting to fall out; we were told to make an appointment for the procedure. Knowing my sons anxiety, I felt it would just be better to do it immediately if possible, but I also knew since we were just scheduled as a cleaning today there may not be time in the doctors schedule. I asked if it was possible and with the tweak of the doctors schedule she agreed to squeeze us in right then and there. During the entire process, I was able to stay in the room, Laurie comforted my son the entire time and Dr. Jiddau patiently described the process as she worked. In less than 10 minutes all three teeth were out. I am beyond thrilled with this experience especially being a mom of a son with doctor/dentist anxiety. I couldnt recommend this office more.

Fort Street Dentistry is extremely close to where I live, so when I needed a dentist they were the very first place that I thought of. They were also recommended by a friend of mine.First let me say that it had been several years since I had been to the dentist. I had sensitivity when eating cold food like ice cream, so I knew that I had more than a few cavities.Upon my first visit they laid out a plan for me, because I needed more than a dozen fillings. On each of my scheduled appointments I had a different person working on my teeth. The very first appointment was X-Rays and a cleaning. This appointment went well, we discussed the future appointments and the plan to repair everything.Second appointment I was getting fillings administered by a completely different person for the work. This is when I believe I met the actual dentist that has his name on the building for all of 5 minutes. He came in, looked at the X-Rays and basically repeated everything that I had already been told. He also asked how everything was going? It was going ok at this point.The third appointment, I had yet another person working on my teeth. Upon drilling on one of my upper teeth she said Whoa, that tooth just really opened up on me. Not exactly something you want to hear from a person drilling on your teeth! Was this person a dentist? Was she a dental assistant? She had a white coat on. The truth is, I dont really know. All I do know is they had no business whatsoever working on that particular tooth if there was any chance whatsoever of it breaking or opening up as she put it with a very surprised look on her face. I felt like the actual dentist that runs this place was to busy to work on me personally. I believe he had his dental assistant, or possibly some other dentist he had hired doing the work since all he could give me was a hello and repeat what had already been said.Bring on the pain! Not weeks of pain, but over four months of pain. Taking ibuprofen 800 daily, not to mention how these pills can tear up your stomach. Luckily I found Advil liquid gels which were fast acting and less harsh on my stomach lining.Did they really expect me to show up to my next appointment when I was in this much pain from the tooth they had no business working on? I cancelled... The next couple of times they rescheduled me an appointment I waited until the day of my appointment to cancel.The fillings from my second appointment didnt last long at all. I just had another filling fall out on me today! (1 year later) thats why I decided to write up this lengthy review.Video games in the lobby, sport themed rooms with all the latest equipment... its all just for show in my opinion. Quality care and dentistry is certainly not here.

Today was my first visit at Fort Street Dentistry, and I loved it. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for caring, wonderful people to take care of your dental needs. Betty went out of her way to get my insurance information for me and had them fax it to the office, a big thank you Betty! Dr. Jiddou was nice, and the star of the day for me was Ruben. He was awesome from start to finish. Such a caring and knowledgable young man he is. Thank you Ruben for making me feel more comfortable than when I went in and taking care of my needs so professionally and making me feel right at home. You really made my day and I look forward to my next visit.
