I recently brought my mothers car in here to be cleaned as a birthday gift. The experience was not only horrid enough to leave a scathing review, but it was enough that I will be using this as my you wont BELIEVE what happened to me story during normal conversation for MONTHS to come.I was quoted $149 for a complete interior cleaning/detailing. I have seen places advertise this service for $99, so I was already wary of the price difference, but I was assured by the OWNER that they had industrial/commercial grade cleaners, which made them head-and-shoulders above the rest of the detailing shops. I ended up paying $223 total, which was bad enough, but overpaying isnt why Im writing this.Upon arrival, the owner went out to the car with me to take a look and assess how long it would take. After all, it was a simple compact sedan, not any kind of work truck or anything that saw a lot of heavy abuse.I left it there before closing one night to give the entire next day to clean it. No problem. Near the end of the first day, I was called and told they would require time the next morning as well. Again, acceptable to me, as I wasnt in a rush and had an extra day off from work. The next day came, and I was called barely over an hour before closing (5pm) that it was ready. Upon inspection, there were a few areas that not only were not clean, THEY WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHED. I showed the owners wife (the receptionist) who promptly wiped off a finger-full of dirt from the drivers seat plastic trim. She called out to one of the workers to come over and clean it up. We waited ~15 minutes while he cleaned up a few spots he could see were not cleaned. We went home.My mother and I then started inspecting more closely, and found MANY areas that were not cleaned. The carpets and cloth was mostly done, but surface after surface, inside and out, were ignored completely. Pockets full of wet gunk in the seats, whole doors UNTOUCHED by any sort of cleaning product... You can take a whole roll of paper towels and collect dirt that they ignored. Things that just come up without needing any kind of soap or water!Sticker residue on the windshield, they didnt even remove a piece of TAPE just stuck to the glass! The wall between the front and rear doors, the sides of the center console, the pockets that the rear seatbelt releases tuck into, the cupholders, the DOOR HANDLES, the GEAR SHIFTER, the gas tank cover, the parking brake cover... so many things that dont require a fine-tooth comb to find.Thats when I call the shop. Owners wife answers, and gives the phone to him. I HATE complaining to any establishment, and Im soft-spoken to avoid any conflict or Karen behavior. He asks me about what car it was, and as soon as he hears it was the white one I dropped off, he LACES INTO ME about how dirty it was, and how he REFUSES to do any more work on it, and that he will not give me ANY money back because I belabored him with such a hard task. I calmly repeat that Im not looking for more work to be done, or for a refund. I simply wanted to know if the things that werent cleaned were things that werent covered by the service I bought AND paid $75 MORE than I was quoted. He did not relent. You would think I was the business-owner and he was a dissatisfied customer with how much he YELLED at me. Luckily I managed to record over half of the conversation, or nobody would believe me.I will be broadcasting just how horrible this experience was and posting the after pictures for people to see just how many things were missed only for me to be SCREAMED at like a child. Screamed at, and not for berating him or his business. Screamed at because I GAVE HIM THE CAR TO WORK ON. Im still in utter disbelief that this place gets ANY detailing work after somebody came in with something that wasnt a 2020 Jaguar looking for its monthly upkeep.

I bought a used car for my pregnant daughter. And wanted it throughly cleaned because of the new baby and COVID-19. They quoted me one price over the phone and went up higher once I got there before even seeing the car. Which was not bad. Just dusty and dirty. I just wanted a good cleaning. They did a poor job. Dirty as hell. Told me that some things were not going to come out. My son and I did a better job with bleach and Pine-Sol and a toothbrush. Then they ever did.

I was 8 mins late for drop off at Safelite in Southgate. There is construction every which way in Taylor, and I swear I caught every red light! Regardless if they knew I drove from the other end of Taylor, even Drs offices allow 15 mins leeway..And they planned to have my car ALL day?! I was told I needed to reschedule. I thought, For 8 minutes? No way, Ill reschedule somewhere else. I hadnt planned on using the mobile service, but I called Auto One Glass in LP and they quoted me the same price as Safelite and Only a $15 mobile fee. I had a good experience and very friendly service.

Professionals. Rhonda and Lee are genuine people people. They really cater to the customers needs. Their whole purpose was to ensure that I was pleased with the overall upgrade of my vehicle... I am. And a shout out to Waldo. Helluva job bro✊🏾

I called for a remote start on my 2013 1500. Rhonda was really nice over the phone and was able to get me in really quickly. I dropped it off and it was ready when they told me it would be. It has only been a day, but it works like it should. I definitely recommend them.

My husband has used this business twice for tinted weather guards on our Ram trucks first time alls well new owners not so good weather guard flew off my truck now I have 3 brand new 2021 .he took the truck in to get a new one put on .owner doesnt keep records of sale so sol .not happy .I have been known to picket lol.

What a great group of people. From start to finish everyone was polite, willing to help, and very knowledgeable. I was provided with a recommendation on a new bed liner. They ordered it and I showed up the next business day to have it installed. When I showed up, everyone was happy; the installation was fast (~15 minutes). The value was pretty good, too. Im very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it.

Im giving 3 stars because theyve replaced my glass in my drivers door of my 2015 Traverse now if you ask me if theyve done a good job Ill say no but if you ask me if their customer service is good I will say yes they have been nothing but nice. Now after theyve taken a look at my window which isnt winding up and down like its supposed to never had that problem before the glass was replaced. Theyve replaced it but still has the same issue I will just deal withit but I shouldnt have to because I spent my hard-earned money for them to replace it but I guess this is the best they can do so I will leave it as is and I just wont return to them for anything in the future.

Had fender flares put on my 2008 f150 looks like a child did the work. When I complained to the owner he said It was the best they could do. I said you need to to invest in better Personnel and he agreed. But he refused to do the job correctly so now I have missing bolts and extra holes drilled in my truck for no reason. Please I advise everyone not to go to this place the owner is very arrogant and his staff is very un skilled.

Ive had my 2018 car less than 6 months and was very disappointed when I received a windshield chip while driving on the freeway. I took it to All Stars Auto One and they fixed it quickly and beautifully! You cant even see where the chip was now! I would give six stars if I could.

Absolutely love the tint on my windows, it really makes the truck stand out. The owner was super cool. It only took about 45 minutes to tint the driver & passenger windows. Called in to get a quote on windshield repair and the man who answered gave me a huge attitude like I was asking such a hard question (I was calling around all day and no other auto glass place seemed to have an issue with me asking for a quote). I gave him an estimated size of the crack but he told me it would be better if I came in, so I did because the size that I estimated, he said he could repair for little cost. The guy at the front desk was the same guy I talked to on the phone (I definitely knew, as he had the same attitude). He came out to look at my car and grilled me for the fact that my estimate of the size of the crack was way off and that my whole windshield would have to be replaced (fine). Instead of simply just giving me a quote, as asked, he yet again started to grill me, but now for the car insurance I have due to my high deductible because I said that I did not want to make a claim. He went on and on asking me why I’m paying for something I cannot even use. I simply went in to get a simple quote and came out more irritated than I already was all because of the rude customer service. Let’s just say, I will not be getting my windshield replaced here!

Ive been going here for years whether its to get my windows tinted, auto start/ alarm, they have always been great to me. I got windows tinted back in 2006 on my car and still have the same tint from when they tinted my windows and this is including living in Las Vegas for awhile, the tints are still dark. In addition to my car, I just got a Jeep recently and had them tint my front windows to match the factory tint in the rear and they did a great job. Ive even sent my family here and they have been very pleased with the service as well. I definitely recommend this place.

A GREAT PLACE FOR AUTO GLASS...AND WINDOW TINT...

Horrible service. I took my car in to get my window tinted to match my passenger window. I advised that it had to be the same percentage as the the passenger because I am from Texas and they measure my tint. Legal limit is 25 % in Texas. They tinted my driver window to 17% when i went home i failed my inspection because of that one driver window. Which means i couldnt get my registration. It was extremely extremely horrible experience. I will never ever go to this place or refer them. Lack of customer respect. Very rude. Dont listen.

I took my car here last summer when there was a big flood. The inside of my car got flooded and they assured me that they know how to remove the interior carpet, clean it, dry it and replace it. While they did take care of the water problem, they did not reinstall my carpeting correctly. There are areas where the carpet is loose and areas where they did not put the carpet underneath particular hardware. The person that reinstalled the carpet obviously did not know what they were doing or did not care to do it correctly. Had I noticed this sooner I would have taken it back and had them fix it. I was happy with their ability to take care of the water damage but very unhappy to see that they did not take the time to properly reinstall the carpeting in my car.
