Ive been to this clinic twice, once for a DOT physical and once for a covid test. Both times I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. The office is very clean and the wait time is never long.

Since the pandemic started we have utilized this practice before going to visit loved ones to make sure we kept them safe. The office is clean. The staff members are courteous. The service is usually very timely.

Friendly and attentive staff, was in and out fairly fast. The doctor made me feel like I was being heard; had very nice bedside manner.

From the time I walked in the door, the staff was courteous and attentive. Dee Dee made sure to get me in triage rather quickly, where Nicole was also quick getting vitals and putting me in a room. Everything was nice and clean, and the chairs were very comfortable. Jackie drew my blood with precision and I didnt have to get poked a million time. I believe Alicia administered my covid test and was gentle. The physician, Peter, was cool. He understood what I was going through and helped find a solution. Yes I gathered everyones names because that is how important it was for me to be sure they received recognition for their excellent customer service skills, and they were on the job! I appreciate this urgent care and even if I have to drive miles from where I am it would be better than taking a gamble somewhere else. Thanks again team!

Highly Recommended! The staff is very polite and professional. They are very well organized for Covid testing. The doctors are happy to spend time with each patient, to make sure everything is explained and all questions addressed. Even days after my visit, when I thought of more questions, I spoke with one of the staff on the phone, Harvey. He was hugely helpful in guiding me through everything I needed to know about my prescriptions, and never tried to rush me off the phone. Thanks a Ton, Harvey!

I been here twice. Once for an ear infection and another for my 5 year old daughter. She had a high fever and they gaved her Tylenol. She ended up having ear infection in both of her ears. The doctor was really sweet to her because she was scared to get checked out. Both times i went there was a good experience... Fast and friendly

This place was amazing and super helpful. I have my own wedding to go to in 3 days and started getting sick. I was worried it could be COVID-19. I walked in and was swabbed in 15 minutes with minimal paperwork. They even accepted my out of state insurance. The nurse suggested I get both a rapid 15 minute test and a longer PCR test. In 20 minutes I had a negative COVID test result and now know I can get married without giving anyone else a deadly disease.

I love this place. I live right around the corner so this is a convenient place to go with my urgent medical needs. But not only that, the doctors are so eager to help you and are very knowledgeable about many different things. Im always in and out rather quickly even with all the testing going on. The staff is very welcoming and I never feel judged by the doctors. That makes such a huge difference. I would recommend to anyone that if they need urgent care, come here !

Get Well Urgent Care went above and beyond for my team today! We are an essential business and one of our crew members tested positive for COVID, we had to scramble to find testing for our other employees who had been in contact. Ive been going here for a long time and now they tell me I cant get my script refilled ever again bc apparently they arent real doctors and can get in trouble for prescribing medication every month when uve been going there for over a year bc the dr my insurance sends me to is a joke. They only gave me a script for 2 weeks not that i ever get refills. Save your money go to a real doctor.

I called around and found urgent care on fort st and southfirld rd to have the best price, so i went not feeling good expecting to fill out a bunch of paperwork, and what i got was a very professional staff, i didnot have to do nothing but hand them my ID and medical card, it was pretty busy but i was still out in thirty minutes, this is the place to go in that area

Typically I go see my family doctor, but during these times it’s difficult to even get an appointment. I had concerns of possibly contracting covid, so a friend of mine suggested this urgent care. I was very impressed with not only the professionalism of the staff, but also how quick and organized I was handled. Not to mention, they really make you feel comfortable during the whole process! Highly recommend!

Horrible! Instructions for covid testing say to wait in line to get tested, I waited an hour in line only to get told that if I have insurance that I have to wait another hour because they take patients without insurance first. Why?? Where does it say that? The nurse was so rude, too. Shame on you, I dont need this on top of everything! ps: there was no one in line behind me! See photo.

The staff are very professional and courteous. The first time I met Doctor Peter was when I came here to be seen for an issue I had.Dr. Peter is beyond excellent, he has a very friendly and holistic approach, very caring, and made me feel at ease during my first visit. Dr. Peter has an excellent manner and makes what could be stressful experience easy! He knows what he’s doing and can be trusted to make the right decision for treatment. Nowadays, whenever I wanna be seen I ask for Doctor Peter, he takes his time to answer all of my questions and never rushes my appointment visit. I would definitely recommend this place for my family and friends!

I’ve only come here twice for covid testing and I’ll say this front desk staff are nice witch is always a plus when you’re not feeling well, and Lynn is quick, thorough and polite, you can tell they really care about getting people the right treatment and quickly!Would highly recommend seeing them!

Ive always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. I would not consider going anywhere else. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. Id love to have them around if I ever get sick again. The provider was very busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The girl that took my initial information was terrific, she also made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I loved visiting and if I need their services again I know I will be welcomed like family.

Get well UC exceeded my expectations. All staff including the physician were very concerned about meeting my needs. Very professional and although my situation was a bit complex, I was seen within 10mins of arrival. Ty get well! Ill definitely be back if medically necessary.

The whole staff that was there tonight was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and they were very Attentive as well, if I ever need to go back I definitely will come back here .... not a long wait either

My first time here and they were slow! Every where else I go they treat me with what needs to be done. Didnt know and dont know why I have to ask for me to be on certain medication for my Asthma when the Doctor should of known hearing the way I sound.

I dont leave many if any google reviews but felt compelled to for this urgent care due to the great service they provided for my family. The covid testing process was quick and they even offered to squeeze in our appointment even though they were fully booked. The appointment was for my parents and I was unsure about the exact benefits of their insurance but they were able to bill all testing to insurance and even accept all insurances even though my parents insurance typically requires them to go through the company they work at for testing. The staff there was very helpful and specifically the doctors running the clinic were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend for anyone needing covid testing or any other medical help, this place will find a way to make it work and take care of you!

I must say that the two times I have needed the services of an urgent care facility, Get Well has been no less than outstanding. The staff is friendly and courteous, and you are treated with compassion and respect. Due to the Covid-19 virus, and my having upper respiratory symptoms, they asked if I wished to be tested. I did take the test, and was impressed that Doc Peter, came outside, and conducted his exam so that I would not have to enter the facility. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy, and I am starting to feel better already. Thank you for your fast, safe, and courteous service!

Rude, Indifferent and Incompetent. Thats us here are Get Well Urgent Care. The doctor actually saw fit to critique my breathing during a covid nasal probe. Why??... The receptionists will not speak loud enough to be heard unless you forcefully prompt them. They called me by accident, and didnt leave a message, and then when I called back they were unable to comprehend complex concepts, ya know, like: Hi, I just missed a call I am calling back to see what you want? Receptionist: But I didnt call you. They suck, dont go there.

I went to Get Well Urgent Care today feeling so sick. Sometimes, when it’s cold and flu season there really isn’t a whole lot to do to help you. But to start the experience with a friendly staff quick care, a doctor that seems that he really enjoyed helping people as well as the staff I was very impressed. I was in and out in less than an hour and that included vitals x-rays talking to the physician and getting prescriptions I cannot stress how good it is to be treated that waywhen you’re not feeling well..Keep doing things the way that you do I will recommend your place to everyone I know that is not feeling wellThanksKipp Tait

This will be the third time Ive written this review, seems the person that monitors the clinics google reviews does not care for negative feedback. Long story short they refused to use my insurance for Covid testing, I had to pay $300 out of pocket. Since they refused to even attempt to run my insurance I gave them a call and was told that the tests were covered 100% no deductible, no copay. Since the clinic didnt want to contact my insurance company my insurance company was nice enough to contact them with me on the phone. The lady from the insurance company told Peter (I believe his is not only a doctor, but the owner), that the insurance covered the tests $100% that they needed to bill the insurance and refund my money. With the lady on the phone Peter agreed to do so, he also said he would call me back later that day (Tuesday 9/1) to let me know when I could come and pick up my check. Well, of course he never called me. I called back on Wednesday to ask when I could come down to pick up my check (I live 5 minutes away), I was told by the receptionist that he put it in the mail Tuesday night, I specifically asked him not to do that. It is very unfortunate, Peter holds a position that should have compassion towards people, but he does not. Peter - you are rude, inconsiderate and care nothing for the patients that provide you your livelihood. By the way if you mailed that check on Tuesday as you indicated it should have been to me by now, I confirmed that with the post office. Stop ripping people off, I noticed today that my review is not the only one complaining of this issue. Something sounds very fishy Peter, perhaps a call to the local news is in order.

So showed up for a drug test and physical. I was told they had no information on me then they took my phone out of my hand passed it around the office to look at the email for the screening ignoring the fact that they just passed my phone to EVERYONE that is working with sick people without disinfecting anything half of them didnt even have gloves on. Then even though they didnt have any paperwork on me put me in a room and told me I couldnt leave even the building till they got my paperwork in. Waited over a half hour and was then told they couldnt help me and that I will have to reschedule. This is after calling the company and confirming my appointment. This is after the confirmation on my phone. And the whole scenario was an ignorant chaotic mess and shows they arent really worried about contamination or safety protocols.

My first time going to this Urgent Care the staff was very nice. Place was clean. Doctor Perry was great and his assistant was too. Explain everything to me also let me know if I have any questions or concerns feel free to call.. Great place thank you so much for services..

I’ve been going here for a while. I live in Westland but come out to this place just because the staff and doctors are super nice. Place is clean and just perfect all around. I prefer this urgent care over the ones in canton area.

By far the best urgent care I’ve ever stepped foot into. I felt fully taken care of the moment I walked in- unlike other urgent cares who are careless. I was nervous because I was recently exposed to someone who was extremely sick and without an appointment the office manger Jennifer attended to me right away. I drove over 30 minutes to come to this specific urgent care and I do not regret it. Will not hesitate to come again and recommending to all my friends and family.

Im currently a student rotating through here, so I have a different perspective/view of what happens behind closed doors. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. Everything here is done with honesty & integrity first and foremost. The staff is very polite and respectful. There are no extra tests ordered, no excessive billing, everything is done by the books. I work with Peter & his twin brother Matt. Both are very professional and knowledgable in medicine with a strong belief in patient education and high respect for everyone. Highly recommend.

Went recently to have a covid test done, site says to bring id and insurance card, i get there and was told that my insurance wont cover it unless I am going to work or school or am having symptoms. Plus they wanted me to pay $100 just to have it done. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you want to be scammed out of $100, its up to you.

Took my grandson in today and Dr Matt made him feel totally at ease. Love that the staff and Dr are so caring and compassionate...definitely the very best urgent care Downriver!! Dr Matt made sure he gave us his card before we left and said to be sure to contact him if we had any further concerns. Thank you for taking such great care of my grandson and making sure he knew exactly what you were doing so his anxiety didn’t get the best of him.

I was refused medical treatment here for not being able to cover my nose with my mask.I have a serious blood infection that could have killed me. My lawyer will be filing a suit asapI was discriminated against because I need to be able to breathe.

JUST ANOTHER GREEDY FOREIGN DOCTOR GETTING RICH OFF COVID. You will not find another testing center charging what they charge.

Disorganized, overpriced and one of the worst urgent care clinics I’ve seen Downriver. I will never be going back to this location again, terrible establishment.

I went to this urgent care with major back pain also radiating down my leg. The staff and doctor were very professional and extremely nice. The time from signing in until I was called back was extremely fast.I wasnt in the office for more than 45 minutes total from start to end. They are in my opinion on of the best urgent care facilities Ive ever went to, I would definatley recommend going here. If it had a higher than 5 star rating I would have given it the highest rating. Thank you to all the staff and the Doctor.

My wife and I drove over, called em up: oh, that starts tomorrowThen put the correct information on your website!So we come back the next day. Theres a line, and we wait for over an hour.The first thing they ask is if we have symptomsWe say no: oh well, your insurance wont cover it, its $100PUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE. THIS IS THE 21ST CENTURY, ITS NOT THAT HARD!

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Peter is genuine and very personable. Very attentive to your well being. A 48 hour check up call to see how your feeling. Thats very nice to see nowadays. Not a lot of doctors check up on you after you leave their office. The girls in the office are very nice too. I was very impressed and will return in the future.

Just tried to get a covid test, all over their website it states no appointment required so i called and they said no you need an appointment, first date available in 3 days. Not sure why all these places are so out of whack with everything and not more helpful to people.

Place was very clean and Dr. Matty was very nice and took his time and communicated everything very well. Normally I hate urgent cares so it was nice to have a good, positive experience where I didnt leave upset or feeling like my questions werent answered. Will definitely be going back there.

My mom had me to take my brother there for a sports physical and they were so nice the physician was so informative... I would recommend anybody to go there... We’ve been to UC’s before but here they were thorough and just overall different.... My mom was well satisfied.

I 100% recommend this health care office the entire staff is so pleasant, given that a day in a health care workers life can be so overwhelming in todays circumstances they are doing an awesome job!
