Wow. Decided to try this place. Big mistake. The attendants were smug which is laughable . They kept play games with me like turn the car on off at least 5 times. Just barking orders. You have to sit in the car and wait with the car off despite being 100 degrees out side. The last attendant asked for my address and I told him don’t worry about it I’m never coming back. There are too many spots to get an oil change to go to this one. 💯

The staff at this location were incredible!! Throughly checked my car, and explained to me in detail what needed repairs. Keaton, one of the service techs, really hit it out of the park with customer experience. The only complaint I have was the wait time, but that was because there were a ton of cars that day. Definitely will come back again

Unbelievable… the name say Instant oil change. I was on line before 2 cars where there perform not only a oil change but tire rotation. They took 1 hour to take me. Then they didn’t have a filter for my minicouper . TOTALLY WAISTED OF MY TIME !!! I will never going back to this place

Great, fast oil change with friendly people. Wasnt pressured too hard to buy any add ons and was on my way less than 25 minutes later.

This location was very thorough with not only the oil change, but other things such as wiper blades,air filter,cab air filter. Now I say thorough as in they inspected those items and gave me the option to purchase them. No fear tactics sales, just the option to buy them. Was in and out in 20 minutes. 2nd time coming there and I continue to.

Staying in your car and being there for the service is a huge plus. The staff is realistic about the wait time and you can see your place physically in line if you arrived at a busy or off-peak time. Highly recommend for the price.

Not too long of a line so that was good. However, they didn’t have my oil filter so they told me I could go buy one and they could do the oil change for me. I assumed they would deduct the oil filter out of the price since it’s included in the amount so my fault for not asking. Overall they did a good job...miscommunication though is why I gave it a 3 star experience. Came back and waited an hour. Had a $7 discount coupon but because of the filter I spent $125 on an oil change...definitely going back to my regular place next time, always under $100 for full synthetic and never a wait for more than 20 minutes to get in.

I did an oil change and now couple days later my engine light is on. Im scared to trust places now. Now I dont know what to do. I think Ima return my financed vehicle. Engine light came on days after Valvoline touched my car with oil change.this wasnt there before they touched my car .Thats strange. I hope they not stealing parts and now my car is signaling check engine now😭now Ima take it to Nissan to get it checked

Very pleased with my experience here, the two workers I had contact with were very friendly, professional and courteous. Everything from services offered and recommended to prices was thoroughly explained. And everything was touchless except for handing me my receipt. All within a half hour and I didnt have to leave my car. Love it, will do business with them again definitely. Thank you so much!

Arrived with 2 cars ahead of me at around 11:00 am on a Tuesday. (1 in the bay and 1 in line) I was told it would be about 30 minutes. That 30 minutes was over 1 hour. Staff was friendly and I was using a Groupon but the whole experience took an hour and 35 minutes.

All the people that work on this place are fun to talk to and always very helpful. Thats a deal you cannot beat. Just remember to wait 24 hours before you go have the service done.PS: Mad props to Keegan for his customer service skills. Do all you can to keep this guy because you dont find workers like this everyday.

The oil cap wasnt put back on after oil change, luckily I have a lawyer, also stay out of bathroom if Marco is in there, he is a peter gazer..Just sickening

We went to Valvoline for the first time last week and it wont be the last time. Lenox took care of our car, he was very friendly professional and knowledgeable. All the technicians were working hard and efficiently. Im very impressed with Valvoline.

2 weeks they left the plug out of the differential on a Ram truck and ruin it. They had fix but wont pay the bill to the auto shop and I cannot get my truck back.. Time for an attorney.

I could of prepared my taxes quicker. Valvoline must have a very different definition for instant oil change. A woman who arrived 10 mins after me, was completed 15 mins before me and I pulled in when it was empty. The sloppy attendant who was eating while servicing me attempted to up charge myself and the woman next to me. I purchased a groupon and was charged additional money on top of that for a filter. I spent 45mins getting an instant oil change and hope to never experience that again.

Not related to their services, but I got a flat tire on my bike and was stopped out front. They were very helpful and pumped up my tire for me.

Great guys, very nice and professional. They audibly confirm each action for safety and show you the work theyre doing. Also, they offered a 20% discount. Oil change and transmission flush in 15 minutes! I highly recommend.

I have to edit my comment, because on 2 occasions they did not place the filter correctly, the first time I did not notice, the second time I complained and it worked correctly, they gave me a discount, nor did I want to go again.

Hi Mr Jeffrey Medina and your boss, Cory. Thanks for the tricks you guys have played at the station, and Cory, for your lack of leadership at the station. You Mr White guy should be terminated, reprimanded, or suspended for causing the extent in damage to my automobile. I came to your place two Saturdays ago, with the expectation of getting reputable and professional services completed on my car because it required a recharge and replenishing of freon to my compressor. Your Mr White guy took the opportunity to damage and destroy my compressor by leaving my car on and my AC air flowing into heated conditions for forty minutes while evacuating the AC system and replenishing it with the refrigerant. What was even more disgraceful is that he assured me a few times during my visit that when I return, I could get my money back 100%. That I did, however, I was advised he nor Cory, can assure me by helping me with the damage he caused, and I would then take this liability to repair or replace my compressor. This is a crime and a crying shame to cause such serious impact on me and my vehicle I drive to commute many places in. I shall address all my concerns as we shall meet again in the Broward County Court. Shame on you guys who I believe are disgusting K K and ... unbelievable, with my blackness who has conducted myself as a civilized citizen by asking for your services.

Worst experience. After my oil change a red fluid was leaking underneath. They called me a couple hours later and said the oil filter just had a recall and urged me to come back right away. Upon arrival they checked and I asked what the red fluid was. They said it was oil that picked up dirt from the engine. After working underneath my car for 10 minutes, they didn’t even check my oil level again (which is what you normally do if you change an oil filter right?) and send me away. I know they lied but I’m still not sure if they replaced the red oil that was leaking and what the actual problem was. Don’t go here! Once a lier, always a lier. Not trustworthy.

Very friendly staff. They say they would take 15 minutes but it literally took 7 minutes. They topped off all my fluids put air in my tires and showed my oil level after they were done. Very wonderful service for a good price.

I haven’t been here in so long cause the crew from before was careless about everything. Every time they would do an oil change they would break the bottom cover of my car. And of course they were fast cause they didn’t check the tire pressure or tap the water fluid or ask you about the air filter if it needed to be change or not. So stoped coming here!!! This morning I figure what the heck let me go in.Super happy 👍🏻TOTALLY deferent staff super friendly and super kind to everyone there I was the 2 car I waited a little longer than usual but still was fast. 👍🏻 It Got packed with cars behind me. I will give it 5 stars, as they blow away away the Jiffy Lubes around the area. Dont allow them to tell up sell you on a bunch of stuff, they all try to, but this place was 10 minutes in and out. You do not even have to get out of your car. Luis did a good job and was very courteous. Fair price overall. Use the coupon online for a discount. I will be back again.

I had a minor problem on my way to an appointment. You know those sometimes curious little figures that show up on your car like check engine well I had one that I did not know what it was? Someone came right out and advised me. It was nothing serious. And the service was great! Up north the family goes to Valvoline and only them!

Im very picky and skeptical about taking my car anywhere except for my long time mechanic but I decided to give these guys a try due to lack of time I had available to go where I usually do. I love how you never have to get out of the car and the guys here are extremely polite and professional. You cant beat the convenience! The prices are not bad either! I will definitely be back!

They got me in and out on time

Ive used this place a few times when Im in the Lighthouse Pt/Pompano area. You may pay a bit more than you would at the dealer or at another shop. To me, that extra $10 is worth the convenience of being in and out and back on the road in 15 minutes. No sitting and waiting for an hour (or more) in a waiting room, you just sit in your car and relax. They even pull the dip stick when they are finished and show you that your oil level is right where it should be. Nice touch. Friendly staff too.

It seems that valvoline hires more women than other places that do oil changes. Whenever I go to another shop the only time I see a woman is at the register. At valvoline they are doing everything the men do, and sometimes more! I went to have my brake lights fixed and the lady had to show two guys how to do it! It’s also the always the fastest oil change. Literally minutes. I’ve even had it changed while it was raining and that didn’t affect the time at all.

Today was my third or fourth time going there and Ive never been disappointed! They never try to upsell me on anything, always friendly, very fast but very thorough service-I mean I truly have no complaints which is rare I believe for an oil change place! Highly recommend!

On Friday Jan 5, 2018 I had the synthetic oil and filter changed at the Lighouse Point location. I remained in the car while the service was done. I watched the entire process done by Severino. He poured the oil into the funnel too fast and it spilled all over my engine compartment. He did this twice. I confronted him about it immediately. He said he would clean it up. He did not, he splashed water on it which obviously did nothing. Approximately 1/2 hour later the oil began to burn off leaving a terrible smell inside the cabin of my SUV. When I inspected the engine compartment there was oil everywhere. I called the phone number on my receipt and they had the store manager call me, I missed his call but called him right back. He did not answer and the voice mail said his mailbox was full. I tried this several times to no avail. I called the main number on the receipt again and was told that the district manager would call me. He never did! Now I have to have my engine compartment detailed to remove the spilled oil in order to stop the burning oil odor. Management obviously doesnt care.I called and emailed after seeing the response below. No one ever called or emailed back.
