My husband and I were looking to upgrade the stone on my original diamond wedding ring and have it reset in platinum. I was open to new ideas and Robert designed two beautiful options for me to consider. We had a personalized review of the molds and made some tweaks to the style. Robert was very professional patient and friendly. Toni also offered her honest opinion and made some great suggestions along the way. One idea she had was to keep my original diamond and have it set in a pendant necklace which I could keep for sentimental value. Something I never would have thought of. I am so overjoyed with the results of both my new ring and necklace. I cannot stop admiring my ring or looking at my necklace in the mirror. So I purchased a Michele watch for my wife for her birthday. The face on the watch was absolutely stunning but the strap was not very nice. So I looked up where I can find a Michele watch strap and not just any other cheap strap to change it. I found J.R. Dunn. We found the prefect strap for the watch and ordered and payed for it and even got a confirmation number. We were excited until we received another email a few minutes later from Cheryl saying they are currently out of that strap and that it wouldn’t be In stock until mid may. It was only mid April’s so a whole month before it could even be shipped out. We were very upset and just decided to wait instead of getting my money back. But Cheryl was very patient and assured us we would get the watch as soon as possible and we felt much better. Fast forward to today and we received the watch strap only 3 weeks after we purchased it and switched the straps. The watch is now an eye Catcher and we couldn’t be happier. I was searching for a Gucci ring for my daughters sixteenth birthday gift, she had her heart set on a particular ring that was out of stock everywhere we looked. I found J.R. Dunn Jewelers through a search and gave them a call on a long shot to see if they could give me any information about this ring figuring it was discontinued, best decision ever ! A representative in the store put me through to Zack who handles online orders since we are out of state, I explained my situation to Zack and he looked up the item and explained it was most likely being discontinued, however, he offered to email the company and inquire, I figured it was worth a try but honestly I did not have much hope . Zack kept in touch during day via phone and text letting me know he sent email and should have reply soon. To my absolute delight he texted me with a copy of the company reply…. There were only two left company wide and one was the size we needed ! Obviously he took my personal info for shipping and billing and let me know my order receipt would be emailed shortly . I cannot say enough about how helpful, friendly and professional Zack was, he truly saved the day and I could not thank him enough for going the extra mile to help me . Although I am in NY and this jeweler is based in Florida, they have gained a new customer thanks to Zack’s customer service.I must also say thank you to the representative in store that transferred me to Zack, she was friendly and informative as well and obviously knew how to get this job done .

J.R Dunn is a first class place when looking for high quality jewelry or time pieces. I have had three separate experiences there with Christina and they have all been excellent. I recently discovered JR Dunn while in search of a Rolex Datejust 41 Blue Diamond Dial watch. Im not at all well versed in watches, but have recently developed an interest in finding out more. I then had the privilege to interact with Rachel Higgs. Her passion for the subject was evident from every word she spoke. She gave me the history lessons I was looking for. She generously took the time to engage in meticulous levels of detail about each and every watch we looked at. Her professionalism shone through brighter than all the diamonds in the store as she held each watch in her white gloved hand. What a beautiful and enriching experience it was. I felt I was transported in time and place to a new world of exquisite creations. I cannot thank Rachel enough for gracing me with her contagious love for the subject. Rachel was amazing! I was a bit intimidated with finding an engagement ring prior to going to J.R. Dunn, but after meeting Rachel she made the entire process smooth and easy. She never rushed us and presented us with our options with a healthy amount of advice when needed. Rachel was very responsive during the entire process and gave updates with the ring after everything was finalized. It was a joy working with her and I would highly recommend going to her if you are also in the market for an engagement ring!

James Magnarelli is true gentleman! He is an asset to your sales staff. I stopped by to say hello and inquire about a Rolex Submariner and he took the time educate me & explain the global shortage there was but would keep me in mind should anything come. He showed me the Tudor Brand and I purchased the Tudor Black Bay GMT. I look forward to someday getting that call but for now I will enjoy my Tudor GMT.

My experience with J.R. and James, our sales representative, was excellent. The facilities were very safe and everyone was extremely attentive and polite. James was great to work with and very professional- he communicated frequently and provided updates on my order. He actually managed to get my order delivered sooner than expected and in time for Christmas!I had been to other jewelry stores to inquire about this watch and no one had in stock and didn’t provide any options on how to get it. The minute I contacted J.R. and started working with James, he had a plan to order the watch and delivered it within almost 2 weeks of placing the order! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I never leave reviews but cant say enough wonderful things about Denise and the entire team and the absolutely gorgeous ring they designed for me. They found a perfect stone and Robert (the designer) set it using diamonds from a necklace my Grandmother had given me years ago. I wanted to sincerely thank the Dunn family and my jeweler James Magnarelli for the acquisition of my Rolex Submariner. My father-in-law has been a loyal customer of JR Dunn’s for years, having purchased several Rolex watches and many jewelry including a 2 carat solitaire for my mother-in-law. I have recently purchased several Rolex and Omega watches from another AD in Tampa, FL, however my father-in-law recently stopped into JR Dunn to get his Rolex bluesy serviced. I never write reviews, but if you go to J.R. Dunn, you absolutely MUST speak to Michelle! You couldnt find a kinder soul or a more genuine liaison. From beginning to end she went above and beyond helping me find a pair of exceptional Mikimoto pearl earrings for my upcoming anniversary. Without her Id likely still be trying to figure out up from down! She took her time walking me through every option and comparing the multitude of variety J.R. Dunn has to offer as one of the few Mikimoto authorized retailers in the area. But beyond that, simply overall this is an excellent establishment and every member of the staff appeared to be an absolute professional. I drove 45 minutes from West Palm Beach based on reviews alone and it was worth every minute. Ill be telling everyone wholl listen to go here and see her!
