I bought the numbers filled with balloons for a birthday. It was cardboard glued together with very unfinished edges. It looked like an art project rather than a $150 purchase. Everyone at my party thought it was extremely expensive, not worth the money I paid for. My 17 year old daughter had to add piping along the edges and some embellishments to make it look better. Extremely disappointed.
