The company I work for recently sent me to ARCpoint labs for a COVID test because I had called in sick, and due to the symptoms I was experiencing.The process worked very well. I pulled into designate parking spot and provided my paperwork and they did a quick swab sample test. I waited in my car for about 10-15 minutes and was provided paperwork with the test results. Very simple process!

ARCpoint Labs has been a great resource for me during the COVID pandemic. I have been tested at ARCpoint on multiple occasions due to my work in health care. Every experience has been awesome, from scheduling the appointment, to the paperwork and getting my test results quickly and without worry that it will been done on time! The employees come out to the car to do the swabbing and are always pleasant and prompt.

This lab is fantastic! So simple to make an appointment, fill out emailed forms in your own home and then just drive up at your designated time and with little to no waiting your DONE! Yes it costs a little more than others, but you are guaranteed your results in less than 48 hours. My wife and I received ours in 24 hrs. Especially if you are going to travel and certain trips requiring test results between three to ten days prior to travel. Payment is required at time of test, but you can submit to your insurance company.

I went to ARCpointnto have rapid COVID tests for my kids. When we arrived we pulled up and someone came out to see us immediately. Absolutely no hassle and the nurses were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. If we need testing done again we will choose ARCpoint.

The screening process at this facility was horrific. As a law abiding citizen with no criminal history, I felt treated as if I was a criminal. The test administrator sat outside the room with a stopwatch, further creating a tense environment. I witnessed his rudeness with other people as well who were just trying to do what they were being forced to do. I have anxiety issues to begin with so being pressured by the stopwatch made things even worse. This was one of, if not the worst clinical experiences of my life.

Incompetent staff - went here to have blood drawn (2 vials) and the person there (apparently the only person doing testing) took two hours, stuck me with 6 needles, and only managed to fill one vial, then said, This should be enough! It was not, I needed to have the blood drawn again, and obviously I chose to go to a different lab! Both of my arms were heavily bruised for over two weeks. I suspect she was the only medical staff there because someone (presumably a manager based on her attire) repeatedly stuck her head in to see if we were done. Furthermore, there was a dog wandering around the lab, I was the very first appointment in the morning, but the trash in the room for the blood draw was full of Band-Aids and gauze - Im sure I wouldnt have noticed these things or cared had I not been sitting in that room for 2 hours being used as a pin cushion. I would greatly encourage anyone to find another lab for their testing needs.

I went it for a quick test and had my results in 20 minutes! Very fast and efficient, and the lady who helped me was sweet and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I needed a COVID test for travel, the deadline was super tight. ARCpoint Labs got me the results the very next day! They were incredibly fast both with the test and getting my results, I cannot praise them enough.

Staff was incredibly rude!! I would not recommend then to anyone. I went to Affordable Labs down the street across from melody farms and they were cheaper and much nicer.

Drive through nasal swab Covid test. Several customers before me. Approximately 10 minute wait for the test. 15-20 minute wait for results, including paperwork. The employees that I saw were professional and not wasting any time. No issues at all. I would recommend this location for a Covid test.

We paid for rapid but it was three days. Did the test twice. It was late both days. Not sure why! Nice staff though. Responsive to questions

ARCPoint’s drive-up Covid testing was quick and efficient. We received our results for the PCR test in 24 hours, which was within the timeframe of our travel requirements. My only complaint is that the price is too high, but that is an issue with the US healthcare system.

I called on a Thursday for COVID testing and got my appt on Monday afternoon. The man who returned my call and scheduled my appt was very nice. I was able to email all my documentation ahead of time. The test was quick with no waiting and my results came via email 24 hours sooner than expected. The arrangement of the cones outside was a bit confusing, but I called inside and a nice woman politely explained the configuration.

My wife and I needed PCR tests quickly for a trip out of the country. Called and spoke to the manager of ARC Libertyville a week before we needed the test. She very clearly was able to explain what options I had, shared her experience of helping other customers who needed a test for out of country travel, and was generally able to share insight based on our specific need.The day of the test, my wife and I arrived in the same car and had an extremely seamless experience thanks to Arcs outdoor setup - signs everywhere explaining exactly what to do. Total time from pulling up to pulling away was about five minutes, and probably wouldve even been quicker if there wasnt a group before us. Staff was very clear and professional.The next morning, I received my test results via email. My wife did not receive at the same time. To me, this was a little odd as it seemed like they would process everything together based on my initial discussion. In fact, the lady I spoke with originally was so knowledgeable about the process that when my wife was concerned with not receiving her results within a few hours of mine, I told her I was confident there may have been an accident as the folks at Arc seemed like true pros.Sure enough, this was the case. I found out Arc had closed at noon on New Years Eve, and despite being told I would have the tests no problem for our trip on the third of January, was a bit concerned I had mine but my wifes had not come through yet. Called Arc, left voicemail (they had been closed for 2 hours), called after-hours number and left voicemail, and emailed their address explaining that we had not seen my wifes results come through.To be honest, I thought we were going to have to get my wife a test at an emergency care clinic or something as everything indicated Arc was closed. (the lady I originally talked to had told me I would get results even if Saturday was needed - while not mentioning their office hours say they are closed Saturdays)....Long story short, the team at ARC Libertyville messaged me within two hours of my email (But well after 6PM ON NEW YEARs EVE!!!!!) with my wifes results... there was a mixup with the email which is no big deal. What IS a big deal and does matter, at least to us, is that these folks knew why we were getting a test done, knew it was time sensitive for us due to a vacation - even though we technically have a few days left - and went above and out of their way to make sure we had our results tonight, despite it being a holiday, and despite the fact that if they had sent to us Saturday it still wouldve been within the timeframe we said we needed.... Cannot stress enough how much I would recommend ARC Libertyville and their folks for this! Sure, I may have misspelled the email address, or someone at ARC may have typed it in wrong, regardless of which caused my wife to not receive results --- to have folks who will go the extra mile and respond six hours after they closed on New Years Eve should be recognized. Than you all so much, and Happy New Year!

The gentleman who made my appointment for us was very helpful. Was told we would have the antigen test first followed by the antibody test if needed. I was told that he was giving us a40 minute appointment to accommodate both tests. I was also told that if my doctor gave a reason for the test my insurance would cover the test. Had the info sent to arcpoint. Morning of the test the rude lady told me that I was only getting the antigen test and that she didnt have time for the antibody test! Told her she needs to find time because that was the whole reason for the visit the antibody test! She gave me the antigen test and the results were negative so I asked her to give mke the antibody test. She promptly pointed out that it would be another$150 and by the way my insurance wouldnt cover three first test either. I was furious by this point because my family had been there 3 days earlier AMD paid a total of $175 for both tests. What a waste id time and money because I didnt need the antigen test to start with!

Steve was very friendly and the process was pretty quick, although the scanner wouldn’t register one of my fingers for some reason, so we had to try several times. Aside from that, it was easy and pleasant.

After the initial visit and the rudeness and calling to corporate, ironically my prints came up missing. I have to get my prints done again. I have never ever had this happen! I have worked in education for 20 years and have a conceal carry which required fingerprinting. This is unacceptable! Then the audacity of my company to want to send me back. Everyone lacks that attribute called EMPATHY. Why should I be treated differently? I have not done anything wrong. Have your company really set back to think my feelings are hurt? I never in 41 years ever thought I was discriminated against, but truly felt that way. This office needs training in diversity, customer service, and professionalism. There was not even a follow up call from corporate or building manager. :(

She said its going to take a very long time when I was the only one there waiting and she stressed out over nothing when it took you just a few minutes to set up your computer. I saw your card and took it because your the president of the place and said it was cool for me to come back. All Deborah is probably just a worker being extremely rude to you infront of me. Most places dont need appointments I dont know what the hell Deborah is stressing out about.
