I’m 67 and the name of the store didn’t exactly drag me in but I wasn’t looking for anything fancy.I got this stylist named Khloe from your Libertyville store I immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. Bottom line great people nice clean store and a really nice haircut. I’ll be back.Stores number #13-165.Patrick.

I stopped at this Libertyville location because they had a shorter wait than the Vernon Hills location that I usually go to. Sorry I did. I guess there is a reason why the other location sometimes has a longer wait.

Just moved to the area and needed quick haircuts for my 4 boys. We came from amazing barbers at our former home, and were highly disappointed in the stylists. The fades were horrible, cuts were disproportionate, and the prices were unreasonable. Won’t ever go there again.

The worst hair cuttery Ive ever been to. First off, theyre not even certified barbers. Only certified cosmetologists but they still suck. They were all women cutters and every client when I went was a male. How are they not certified barbers but they cut all mens hair?? I took my cousin to get a simple hair cut, 1 clipper all around and she somehow managed to screw it up. She didnt line him up in the front, only in the back and the line was so crooked, a newborn could have done it better. She cut his hair extremely uneven so his hair is shorter on one side and longer on the other. I asked her to make the back lining straight.. IN A LINE. She jacked it up and shortened it way too high up and its still not straight. She didnt understand anything we were telling her. $19 for first timers and $24 the next time. The prices are whack and the hair cutters are whack. Never going back. Shouldnt have paid a penny.

Ive had haircuts here from several of the stylists over the past couple of years - Emily, Amanda, and today I met Amber. Have enjoyed the pleasant and enjoyable conversations and think they all do a great job of providing a good haircut for the money.

I went first time and register, they say I went 5 time that store for hair cut it means some one using my identity or they laying for not using coupon. and manager not helpful either.

I have tried this place several times and have been disappointed 3 times out of four. The staff is crabby, unfriendly and low skilled. Once I had to come back to have another Hair Stylist re-cut my hair. I have given up on this place, nice concept but poor implementation by people who have no concern for quality customer service.
