Have used this State Farm for many years. Just helped me get some new renters insurance. Quick easy and everything is covered. Even with the social distancing. Help over the phone and email was easy to understand. Made the process hassle free.

I recently switched over from Country Companies to State Farm because State Farm has a home insurance rider for sewage backup, which we couldve used after a big flood. Kate Tosto and the rest of the team has been phenomenal in communication as far as making sure that my coverage transitioned smoothly and has been proactive in contacting me when needed during a home refinance, as well as responsive when Ive contacted the office. During this whole COVID-19 crisis, I feel like the only place where Ive consistently been able to speak with a live person has been Peter Tostos office. I hope I never have to make a claim, but I feel secure knowing that Ill be able to contact the Tosto office if the need arises. I appreciate getting the right coverage for my home and auto for a reasonable price with excellent customer service!

I attended a wedding at this location and it was so beautifully done. It was a bit cold so I recommend a heater if you plan events in October but of all the weddings I have attended in Illinois (which some were pretty swanky) this was my favorite from a location and picturesque location. The management was also present, helpful, and involved. I highly recommend this location.

Staff presents as experts in their field as it should be - Choose them !!!!!

Worst customer service I have experienced. Or rather, no customer service. We moved to Colorado and for obvious reasons we needed to switch our policy to someone local. My new agent and I have called numerous times after many requests for policy information with no returned phones calls or emails. If you are in the Libertyville area looking for a state farm rep I suggest you go elsewhere.
