I made a reservation. Customer service today me pick up was at 5pm. When I got here no on was here. Not only was no one here here are no car available. Im sitting in the parking lot waiting on budget to give me a solution.

I had no serious issues with the rental at Lexington True Value.The truck was out front and ready to go.Excellent service.I recieved several emails that made no since from supportive services.I suggest if you rent a truck here and stay within your contract, it is safe to ignore these emails.

Good deals with this truck rental company

Got the truck just fine but felt like I was at a used car lot. The guy helping me was never clear on insurance for the truck. Would never give me a clear answer on the question if I needed insurance or not. Because of his manipulative communication skills, had me thinking I needed the $120 insurance. Just asked several times if my insurance would cover a truck this big. I told him I have full coverage but you’d think he was getting commission on their coverage. Ended paying for a small policy with Budget.Spun me around trying to find someone to inspect the truck. Felt like I was being led around as a joke. Then he ended up finally showing me which way to go and took me out back. I was the one that ended up doing the inspection and had to point out dings in the truck myself.I felt like I was being talked to and treated like an idiot. Although I don’t live in Lexington any longer, I pride myself in being from there. I hope this isn’t where my home town is going. He didn’t give a damn about the person in front of him at all.I gave 2 stars because I actually got the truck. Was a relief for him to walk away so I could leave.

Extremely rude on the phone! The Gentlemen who answered the phone, hung up while I was talking. He sounded frustrated because he thought he spoke to me earlier which he didn’t. I will use U-Haul from now on!
