Summary: Kens Tree Service or Kens Tree Surgeon is a dishonest company that will not follow through on their word. I would never recommend them for anything.Details: Kens Tree Service was working in my neighborhood in Mooresville, NC. One of their truck drivers stopped in front of my brand new house and proceeded to attempt a 3 point turn using my and my neighbors driveway. In the process of doing that, the man drove through my brand new, freshly zoysia sodded front yard leaving a 1.5 foot wide by 12 foot long by 1 foot deep trench in my brand new yard. Of course I immediately called the number on the truck asking for help in the matter. A man from the company came back to my house and promised that the company would repair the damage and they took my name and number . A week passed with no further contact. I called again and was told by Melissa that the man I spoke with did not work for her anymore and that she would need to see pictures of the damage. Of course I sent her pictures of the damage. She said shed have to talk with her partner about what to do. Two weeks passed with no further contact. I called again and asked what the company was going to do. I was told they had been really busy but they would do something to help me. Two weeks passed again with no contact. I called again and was told by Melissa again that she had to follow up with someone on what they were going to do. Theyve effectively given me the full runaround and now Im resorting to posting this story to every website I can find so everyone can hopefully steer clear of this dishonest and very poorly operated business. They do not follow through on their word and have treated me with a complete lack of respect.

Kens tree left a card on my door so I called to set up an appointment. We worked out to meet at 10:00 am, I received a call at 2:00 telling me they were running behind and would be there in about an hour. Its 4:35 and no Kens tree service. I will not use/recommend using this service
