I had a wonderful experience here at Lexington Family Smiles. Dena is amazing and thorough. The front desk staff is kind and the office and equipment are clean. The reviews aren’t wrong. Very pleased with my visit and I will return. Now that I know they provide dental service for children I will switch dentist for my kids as well. I would recommend this dental office.

From the first phone call to the office to the dentist chair they are friendly & honest & work together as a team very well & do great work. Today was my first visit to get my crown and & I already know we have found our permanent family dentist. Dr. Moulton has the expertise, technique & confidence that comes from years of experience. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. Their facility was spotlessly sanitary and up-to-date with all the current technology & equipment.A big plus is the low cost Dental Savings Plan they offer for people who have no other Dental Insurance.I recommend Lexington Family Smiles to everyone.

Friendly staff in a very safe, clean office space. The hygienist Dena was extremely thorough with all the procedures, as I was a new patient. She explained everything before she did anything which was very much appreciated.

We have been going here for 2 and half years since we moved to SC and they are fantastic! Front office is so nice and easy to work with and the hygentists are great with kids, and adults I have sensitive teeth and she always makes sure I am comfortable! And Dr. Moulton takes time to make sure you understand everything thats going on with your kids and yourself. Its a great place!

The staff is always so pleasant. I called this morning concerned with a minor issue. I asked for a appointment in a few weeks, and was offered an appt an hour later. Dr Moulton was conservative in his plan of action. Its a fantastic practice. We are happy to be patients here.

My kids and I came today for the very first time. We had a great experience! The dental hygienist (Jaime) was so amazing with the kids and I. She was so kind and the kids really liked her. My daughter was scared of the dentist and she has said she’s no longer scared thanks to Jaime and she looks forward to coming back! Dr. Moulton was also very thorough and kind. We will be back!

I have been to several dentists in the area. I feel like I’m at a used car lot constantly getting up sold. Not at Dr. Moulton‘s office. The place is very clean and all of the staff are very professional. They also go out of their way to help you with insurance issues and discount vendors to help you with the cost. Their rates also are very reasonable. Not my experience at a few of the other dentists in the area. No sticker shock here.

Was having some pain and didn’t have a dentist. Lexington Family Smile got me in the same day. They did a great job examining my mouth and trying to find the actual problem. Dr. Mouton is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Excellent establishment. The team is super nice and my experience has been above par. I love that I dont have to call or wait for someone to talk to on the phone. Being able to communicate through text is great...... so far without flaw. My hygienist is superior! Shes very thorough and super attentive to my needs. No one likes going to the dentist but youll probably not find a better experience than Lexington Family Smiles. Not a big place, but theyre huge on taking care of my needs.

Blown away today during my visit when the “tooth dust” as I call it was cleaned from my face and lip for me. Normally I was left to walk to the front of the building and go to the bathroom to do this myself but not this time. This time both ladies who were assisting used a damp cloth and cleaned my face for me! One even gave me a mirror to add some “extra strength” to remove a piece from my lip so she didn’t scratch me by mistake.

I have been going to Lexington Family Smiles for a few years now, and after my latest appointment, I just wanted to say how much I enjoy going to the dentist now! It used to be a source of anxiety for me, but when I’m at Lexington Family Smiles, the entire staff always treats me like an actual human being and not just a chart number. Jamie is my hygienist, and she’s absolutely wonderful! She’s patient and thorough and kind. I have now had 2 separate appointments throughout the pandemic, and both times it was clear how hard the staff is working to keep everyone safe and the office clean/sanitized.

I have been coming here for a few years now and haven’t been happier with any other dentist’s office! The atmosphere here is very bright and calming and the office is always super clean. I used to see Ashley for dental cleanings and she is so good but they recently switched me to another dental hygienist named Dena who is just as friendly. I rarely ever have to wait even a minute past my appointment time and am out of the office within the hour they are so quick. Dr. Moulton is very nice and relaxed all making going to the dentist a pleasant experience. They always give out dental hygiene baggies for when you leave and sometimes give out cookies!

Most people wouldnt say they look forward going to the dentist but I have to say my appointments with Lexington Family Smiles always turns out great. Office staff is great and Dena does a great job cleaning and checking my teeth.

I have always always always had positive experiences with Lexington family smiles. They without a doubt go above and beyond to ensure your dental needs are taken care of. I have literally met with the whole team at this point, Dr Moulton, Ashley, Sara, Laura, and I believe a new member of the team most recently Dena? Sorry if I am not getting her name correct but she had me laughing during my last cleaning. I cannot tell you how professional and kind this office is. Paula at the front desk is on it with scheduling and is so sweet and accommodating. Just hearing her voice makes you excited about coming to your dentist appointment....which I know many hate doing. No one from this team has ever made me feel uncomfortable during any service I have needed. I had a dental situation with a filling that wasn’t feeling right and without question, they let me come in dozens of times and to specifically see Laura who was very familiar with my case. I didn’t have to even explain why I wanted to see her, they just accommodated me any time I asked. Laura went above and beyond to adjust my bite before having to go to option B. I seriously cannot thank this practice enough for the care and service they put into the patients they see. To the costumer service, to the actual hard thorough dental work they provide, to the kindness shown, it’s truly amazing to see a team all work together and flow so well as a practice. Not to good! I’ve been in the office three times in the last month and still have the same problem. I chipped my front took and went in toget filled. All three filling came out in a few days and the one I got Wednesday, came out in five hours after I got home! After three trips in, I just don’t know what to do next. I just need a filling in my front tooth to stay in!
