Its Goodwill. Its a fun place to bargain shop! I went in on Saturday with my daughter and son. We picked up a few things, including some watches Ive already repaired. That makes me happy! I thought the clothing prices seemed a little higher than other Goodwill stores though. Overall a good experience and Ill return. Very friendly staff too!

This goodwill store is one of the best ones, they receive nicer donations over there.,I really like it over there period.

Honestly you can find some cool stuff BUT some of their prices are the same as if you bought it at the actual store. Example, they had Dial hand soap. Same price at WalMart. They had their stickers all over it.

Lots of great items but seemed a bit overpriced. Customer service was great.

Neither of the employees at the front of the store were wearing masks. A guy walked in just after I did, checked with them if it was okay to not wear a mask in the store. One of the employees said sure and they both giggled. I mean, come on, ladies, jfc.I left without finding out how the actual store was.

Well I understand the purpose behind Goodwill it seems like the prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. And yes it all depends on donations but Im getting to the point that I personally cannot handle the reeking smell of smoke or paying $8 or $9 for something that has holes and stains on it. As we were looking around today we noticed furniture that was broken or stained or had holes and yet they were charging $40 or $50. A single chair covered in stains was $34. This was a dining room chair. Its not as fun to shop at Goodwill as it used to be.

Slighty unimpressive at this location..personally ive scored better stuff at the lexington location.

This place does not display neckties properly. Terrible. They are delicate and should not be crumpled in bins. Lets get it right.

Goodwill is the highest priced thrift store Ive ever been in. I only go there once in a while to find that seldom good deal. Today they were charging $9.00 for a Disney vacation video that Ive gotten for free from Disney for planning a vacation..... Ridiculous.

It was nice.. lots of clothes to choose from.. Wonderful cashier, made me feel like Ive known her all of my life(for the life of me I cant remember her name🤔) shes from Africa, Beautiful lady🤗

Workers were very rude today with exception of one older lady. Disappointed. Almost walked out.

Spectacular but crazy arrangement of used furniture shelving kids toys porcelain and other cookware along with exercise equipment really makes a difference its like a totality and one plus clothes game systems books you name it they got it used and its a good price always is a good price and theyll give you discounts whenever you want really these guys are awesome! I always look forward to coming back to see what else I might be able to use or where so thank you guys again for your dedicated work and I appreciate it and Ill be back soon!

Nice place to shop,but you have double check that all your purchases are given to you before leaving.

This goodwill is way over priced. The black lady pricilla up front is a real piece of work very slow at her job and plain ignorant. Management there also sucks. All new junk nothing there thats good. Ive seen dollar tree items going for 10.00. lol

Love all the great finds. Great clothes in men section. Alot of great shirts. Shorts, and pants are limited. Pretty sure people know when the trucks come in to get first pick. Hahah maybe I should find out. I love goodwill hahah. Dont make fun. My brother did too. And we didnt grow up like that poor but they have great finds if your not a goodwill shopper become one. Youll be happy you did. Hope this helped someone out.

Nice Goodwill. Not the best but not the worst. Definitely can find some decent items here for reasonable prices. Usually fairly busy.

Great place for anyone that likes to upscale furniture and home decor! Friendly staff and offer senior citizen discounts every Tuesday at 25% off in addition to color of the day discount. Cleaner than all other goodwill locations Ive been to in Lexington and West Columbia.

Employees are great. Stores clean. You have many items to choose from. Some new mostly used items range from couches to clothes to pictures. Every store has a unique selection. All employees are gracious and helpful. Will always shop here.

This is not the best goodwill i have ever visited. It is so much smaller than it looks. The choices were slim and there was not very much do dads to buy. All the dresses were mixed up and you had to go through them all to check sizes

Great selection of clothing. A lot of the shoes werent with putting on the shelf due to them being completely worn out. Some even had hoped worn through on the soles, so I want sure why they were kept our even donated to begin with. It was very clean and no musky smell. Also the employees were very nice, helpful and friendly. We will stop in again.

A place to go for second hand treasures.

Theres 2 good wills. The one in west Columbia is so so. The one in Lexington has a much better selection of products and in better shape.

I usually have no problem with this location but today I’ve seen some racism I was at the register and the lady didn’t speak to me at all... awkward silence then when she was done with me the next lady behind me got spoken to immediately will be contacting the manager

This is my favorite Goodwill. I visit quite a few of them but Jean is a blessing and a wonderful lady. She greets me warmly and banters with me when Im checking out. She taught me the rotation of the color of the week. Go Ride Your Bike Outside. Green, red, yellow, blue, Orange. Great stuff to be found here. Ive made some decent money buying and flipping items.

Its a very nice facility, and you can find great deals. I do question what percentage of sales of donations goes to helping disadvantaged persons and how much is being spent on new construction. Why not use existing, vacant retail space?

Sometimes I just stopped here to donate stuff or because one of my friends wants to go in but theyre a little too expensive for me I can buy a tank top at Walmart for half the price that theyre asking only on occasion store ever see something in there thats a good deal

Very polite and professional personnel, I was quickly greeted and assisted at the drop off area didnt need to get out of my vehicle, I just opened the trunk and the two employees took all the bags and offered a receipt which I declined,Thank you Goodwill for helping others and assisting people get back on their feet again I support this greatcause and training facility.So again thank you for helping

For a place to sell used donated items. They are proud of their items. Some things you can buy new at a retailer. I know the money goes to charity but they got sell it first.

Well kept store.sparkling clean.racks of clothes are sized easy to find the size you need. Staff are very friendly and provide extra customer service.

I find some pretty amazing deals here. Dollar days are Great! This location is alright...just not,as tidy as some of the others I have been to.

I just dont like that the CEO is pocketing all this money from people that are donating, and a store that should be helping people in need. They should be giving clothes away to people that come in that are needy, not profiting off of things that were donated. Thats why I prefer the Salvation Army, as far as when it comes to helping the needy.

Nice to see that they have all these things that theyre selling but the merchandise that youre getting is used and theyre selling it at new prices also tired of seeing all those dealers in their purchasing the items and then trying to sell it at their stores for a 90% increase they dont even provide people the opportunity to purchase it because theyre there first thing in the morning to pick out all the best things and those poor people cant afford that

I love this place its very affordable. I travel from Sumter a least 4 times a month to just see how amazing this place is. I wish they could bring one to Sumter or Florence.

Little pricey on some items since most of it is donated. A dented and scratched nightstand was $55 wouldnt have spent 20

Extremely overpriced and if you mention this to any of the workers they get very rude. It was a great place when it first opened but the employees just seem very snotty.
