They NEVER respond back to you. Left a email message and never got a response. They say their preferred and quickest way of communication is by email, but then they do not respond back.

Cost of HOA is too expensive, not very good organization or preparation. Cut and paste statements and inflated numbers.

This so-called property mangement company, is nothing but a rip-off. They collect our money and then do nothing to help keep the homes up.They were told the area behind our houses was not in good shape.You cant even see the side walk due to mud, leaves and pine straw.My partner fell back behind our house and ruptured discs C-4 through C-7 in his neck/back due to his fall and he is going to require surgeryThe property mangement company did not care and sent him a very nasty email and they refused to give him the HOAs insurance information so he can file a claim.if you are looking for a good property management company, please strike Property Management Solutions off your list.

This company is nothing but a collection agency. They will not respond to your calls, emails, written letters, etc. unless you mention your intent to contact the health department or another government or regulatory agency. They will wait weeks to cash your checks (because that is all they will take) and then send your account to an attorney for being “late” when you dropped your check off in their drop box as they have requested. A class action lawsuit is imminent against this company for all of the above without a doubt.

If I could give a half star I would, they continuously sent my letters to an old address that isnt even in the neighborhood they manage. It seems like a company managing the HOA in a neighborhood would know the address of a house in that neighborhood. Now they want to charge me $105 in late fees because I never received the correct documents about dues.

Wont enforce the HOA rules.

Horrible company! They hold your check and charge charges as they seen fit! As they hire there own landscaping crew and get rid of the good one! Nothing but crooks! One is to good for this company! Did I mentioned hold your check for 30 days! Then you get a notice! Thank God for new bod to be elected this year and say goodbye to this company!

To say I would not recommend this company to anyone would be an understatement. There are tons of decent reputable companies locally. Do your homework. Read the reviews and beware

PMS does a great job. Are they perfect? No. Is anyone else? No. Given what they are asked to deal with for HOAs they do an excellent job. They also provide their services with professionalism at a fair price.

Contacted realtor, house was not quite ready but she kept us informed. Very nice and helpful. She promised us an answer by Monday, keeping fingers crossed were approved. So far- I am very pleased with services. She showed us another house as well and was just as helpful and informative that time as well!

Worst HOA company I have ever dealt with. Trying to get an answer to a problem at my house and I get no return phone calls, no return E-mails. This Problem has been going on for over 6 months and the Manager Tony just ignores E-mail request for a meeting etc. I will be actively seeking my neighborhood to switch HOAs

I have been a HOA President to a Board member in 4 different HOAs over the years and can honesty say Tony and his staff are the best in the midlands. Every HOA I have been in that was self managed had funds mismanaged and left the membership vulnerable to a lawsuit; all HOAs need to have an ethical and responsible Property Management Company and is why I have always looked toward Property Management Solutions. Not only do they manage our properties but Tony shares his experience being a certified PM and will let you know if the board is doing something unethical or illegal; remember that most HOAs are run by volunteer homeowners that dont have a full understanding of their responsibilities. Tony has not only saved the HOAs we are owners in but I can also say he is making sure things are being done correctly and protects the membership as a whole. His staff is great and provides the board with detailed reports on a monthly basis and if owners want to see something the information is readily available. Highly Recommend! Last thing I would say is when you see the negative reviews on him or others; when a good PM company is doing their job some people are not going to be happy because the rules are being enforced and followed..

I would rate even less if I could. This company has done nothing for our property. They have no interest in taking phone calls or helping to solve problems. They just take your money and add any fees they can come up with, no matter the circumstance.

What a worthless company. I walked into PMS the day my association fees were due with a cashiers check in the full amount and handed it to the lady working behind the counter. Three months later they mail me a $25 late fee invoice. Several of my neighbors who also paid on time had the exact same experience. This is the most unprofessional, unmotivated and worthless company I have ever seen. They collect your money while sitting back and doing nothing. Then they waste it by making ignorant mistakes like Ive listed above.

Horrible service. Difficulty getting in touch with the company from both the home owner and renter. 3 day delayed response. Promised actions (fixing problems) but did not act on much. Owner is spread to thin between all of his businesses to give the service you pay for. They just sit back and collect money and give little in return. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible, they never return phone calls and they arè cameras all over property and most of them arent even hooked up. I have had 2 motorcycles stolen from here and they were called and told when and what time they were taken and they never returned a phone call to see if we wanted to view the footage or anything just blew us off.Then they send a letter saying we are breaking rules like having a grill on back porch and 80 % of the people that live here have grill on there porch also.They let the HOA try and bully the families they have something against.

These people are awful, my roof has been leaking for over 2 years and they wont return my phone calls. I likely have mold and mildew growing above my ceiling that is making my family sick. I am in the process of finding a lawyer. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Please seek services elsewhere if you are considering them.
