He provides upfront estimates and adds in additional courtesies like cleaning entryway mats and garbage containers. Thomas arrived on time, and was very friendly. Very thorough, our house looks brand new! He walks you around after he is finished to make sure you are satisfied. We were very pleased with the job that Thomas did to power wash our home. I contacted three companies for a quote; one didnt reply, another replied with a quote based on photos of our house online, and Thomas (of Palmetto Power Wash) replied quickly saying that he would take a look online, but if unable to get a full idea of the scope of the job based on photos, he could come out to look in person as to give us an accurate quote. I appreciated him taking a look as to truly know what we were looking at for price.He clearly lined out what wed need to do to prepare, explained the process, texted the day before the job to confirm, and arrived on time. The job took longer than anticipated, but he honored the quoted price.The work looks phenomenal. Its amazing to see the difference that the removal of the pollen and grime makes; its like a facelift for the house. The only thing we regret about hiring him was that we didnt do it sooner.
