Connie, the sales person was sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. The only down fall is that they dont have restrooms for their customers :(

Purchased shoes and inserts and was told if it didnt fit I could return everything. The amount was $479.00. The clerk refused to credit my debit account and the owner insists I only receive a store credit. The original transaction took place less than a week ago and they still wont credit my account. Anyone able to help me? I went there for help after my foot surgery and ended up being taken advantage of. I was not notified or advised that merchandise is non-refundable. I regret not reading the receipt but the merchandise is brand new and I want nothing to do with this store or their merchandise….I need my $$ back!!!
