I received a lash tint and brow tint service from Lisa and it was AMAZING! The bed was heated and the music was calming and serene. I practically fell asleep and when I awoke I had eye lashes and eye brows again! Having a fair complexion my lashes and brows can easily “disappear” without tinting. Lisa keeps my lashes and brows framing my face with the perfect color. I always get compliments after a treatment! Thanks Lisa!!!!

Ive have only had a few massages and have never been a fan of long ones. I had my first 80 min with Marguerite recently and loved it! I was so relaxed I lost track of time. It was great! Ive seen her a couple of times now and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Also, check in and out was seamless and contact free. Overall great experience. I will return again

Super scammy! No appointment reminders at all. Updated my phone number at a prior visit, and it never properly went into the system. Charged my card without any communication or authorization in the full amount for a service I NEVER received! Disputing with my bank since no one called me back to discuss this fraudulent charge. This business is all about money and not interested in putting clients first. Will also be contacting BBB since they want to run cards without even authorizing, dirty thieves!

I had the most wonderful massage with Alvaro today. I left feeling so much better than when I came. He was so informative about what makes your body healthy. He really worked on a pulled muscle that I have and it feels to much better. Alvaro was professional, knowledgable and so pleasant. Decent massage. It seemed a little factory like not as flowing as a massage can be. The therapist seemed almost afraid to even be working. I could sense her reservation. Might try again but ask for a different therapist.

I have been going to Bella Santé (Lexington site) for about 5 years now. I see Beth for my massages and facials. I simply can’t say enough about Beth and the staff at Bella Santé. Beth is a magician. I go in with terrible neck and back pain and when I leave it is all gone. I feel so relaxed. The staff is so professional and friendly. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I love the atmosphere at Bella Santé also. It is so relaxing. This is my go-to-place for anything spa. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Bella Santes Lexington location after my masseuse moved out of state. I was following up on a recommendation and was thoroughly pleased with the kind and knowledgeable staff and the massage therapist was brilliant! My masseuse was very knowledgeable, kind, and had excellent skill and made some recommendations for different types of future massages as well. My next appointment is booked. Im really pleased to have found a new masseuse.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I was a returning customer for awhile before they decided to scam me of 300$. I updated my phone # last trip there, they were supposed to text me 48 hours before my next scheduled massage and never received a text. I called once i saw they charged my card for services that werent provided to be told i get charge because of “last minute cancellation” i did not cancel, i didnt get a text to remind me. Their staff hadnt updated my phone # obviously the last time i was there like they were supposed too. This isnt the first time ive had an issue with them, last time it was a scheduled appointment i showed up for, for them to tell me i never had an appointment that day despite my confirmation email from them…. Super unprofessional, they took unauthorized payments from my account. My bank solved that one easily thankfull, still never coming back after spending thousands of dollars here over the past year

Bella Santé in Lexington is my go to for massage and facials, not to mention an extremely kind and professional front desk(Sidney) and management. I’ve had facials from Beth, Nikki, Nicole and Shannon and they are all wonderful. I’ve had massages from everyone here and they are amazing. Throughout my entire pregnancy I had massages from Derek, Francine, Beth and Stephanie and I would highly recommend their prenatal services to anyone! My husband sees Stephanie on a regular basis and she has helped resolve some chronic pain issues. I’ve been to the other locations, but something about Lexington feels like home.

Ive been coming here for years for tension relief massages and hydro facials with Beth. She is highly skilled and a great communicator. Shes particularly good at finding spots I didnt even realize were tense. If you want the best skin of your life, spring for a hydrofacial. Bella Sante is a high quality spa with a lot of nice touches. Theyve adapted to the pademic really well, but Ill be glad when I can wear the robes and eat the snacks again.

I’ve been going to Bella Sante in Lexington for years and enjoyed every experience, but the game changer was the day I was scheduled for a massage with Alvaro Sena Rosa. The gods must have been smiling upon me that day! In addition to being an incredibly skilled massage therapist, Alvaro is invested in his clients’ well-being. He knows I need the head rest tilted up so I don’t get stuffy, he knows the pressure I can tolerate, he even remembers what we talked about at our last visit! He will focus on pain points, but at the same time makes the experience so relaxing that I’m often a pile of mush by the finish. I just don’t want the massage to end and I often tease about hiding the little bell he rings when the treatment is over. I’ve been seeing Alvaro regularly for a couple of years now and this is the first time I’ve written a reivew - confession: I wanted to keep him for myself. But, I’m done being selfish - the world should know how amazing Alvaro is!P.S. Try the Himalayan Salt Ritual - the salt rocks take the massage to a whole other level! Their slight roughness feels great on the skin and apparently also provide mineral health benefits too!P.S.S. Bella Sante has done a great job instituting Covid regulations. I’ve been leaving my house only when absolutely necessary, so it took a real leap of faith for me to get a massage during a pandemic. I returned when they opened in August 2020 and feel very safe there. Thank goodness, because my back was killing me!

My body always is set to ease too, when I get my massages from Beth and I come home feeling so rested and I sleep like a baby. Might be a good place for individual treatment but not ideal for a couples massage. There is a lot going on and it is far from any kind of private/intimate setting that at least my wife and I are used to. You can actually hear conversations and the foot traffic outside of your room. Also the men’s locker room is tiny can barely fit two people in there. The staff was very nice and attentive so nothing was done wrong on their end per sea. It just was not what my wife and I were expecting for a couples massage at day spa compared to our experiences at other spas.

My boyfriend and I got our first ever couples massage here. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and the massage was amazing! They have refreshments for you to enjoy before and after your pampering. The locker rooms are clean with showers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Towels, blow driers, etc. You arent rushed to leave immediately after your treatment, instead they encourage you to relax and enjoy slowly coming back to reality.

I just had an amazing experience at Bella Sante!When you first walk in you immediately feel like you’re in a spa despite the strip mall location. It has a very calming atmosphere with more than enough places to sit, calming lighting and music, yummy teas and waters, and a nice locker room with showers, toiletries and clean bathrooms. You get a comfy robe and sandals for your services and the rooms also continue the spa-like vibe with warm beds and the aroma of essential oils.One pet peeve I have with spas is when they don’t start a service on time or short change you. That was not the case. Both ladies seemed to make it a priority to wait just long enough for me to get situated but not keep me waiting 15 minutes for them to come back in. The services were also as long as I expected and I really felt like I had thorough treatments.I received 2 services, the tension relief massage from Marguerite and the Holiday Radiance Facial from Monica. Both treatments were relaxing and beneficial. Marguerite used PERFECT tension. I didn’t cry but I also felt her work out many knots and sore spots. She is extremely talented and her transitions were seamless. Monica is a very passionate esthetician who is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t mind me picking her brain about skin issues, products, treatments you name it! My skin feels balanced, healthy and hydrated. She also gave me some great tips that I will be incorporating in to my routine.Overall I am very pleased! I think the only con are the prices. I have paid less for the same types of services and of equal quality, but I understand that in this location they can charge those premiums and people will pay. Its only unfortunate because I won’t be able to come as regularly as I would like.

Samantha Terri is the most amazing esthetician! I have been seeing her since I moved here 6 years ago and she is my go-to for any procedures, skin treatments, product recommendations and more. I wont let anyone else touch my skin and will always buy a product she recommends. From a bikini wax to a micro needling, she is my woman! 100% recommend her for any and everything.She also gives spectacular facials to my teen age special needs daughter. She is patient, gentle and thorough. My daughter wouldnt even lie down for her first facial and now she laughs her way under the blanket, so excited at the thought of being pampered!

Shawn is amazing for massages at Bella Sante Lexington. He hits all the spots your body really needs. You will sleep like a baby. Highly recommended!

The pedicure services at Bella Sante are no better or worse than any nail salon or spa I have ever been to. The prices, however, are outrageous for what you get. Do not waste your money. Go anywhere else. Not sure why this day spa is so highly rated.

Had a facial and a massage here. The ladies themselves were good enough at their services. Its everything else that is terrible. The facial itself was just a terrible service, whatever products they used make my skin worse, the exfoliation was a joke but I suppose I had to pay a extra for that? And it was an 80 min facial, should have been plenty of time (hey facials are to include that!). The massage felt rushed and so very mechanical in a way...hard to explain but as though they tell the therapist do this on this body part for this specific time, and in no way did it feel that relaxed because of this. Its probably because their services are either 50 or 80 minutes. That extra 10 minutes is huge ladies! For one they take you in late (both services I was at least 2 to 5 minutes called in late even though I showed up 30 mins early both times) and they make sure to finish exactly at their on paper 50 or 80 mins so maybe you get 40 to 45 minutes. I have had much better experiences elsewhere for the same or cheaper prices for 60 or 90 minutes. And at these other places if they take you in late they still give you the appropriate time you paid for! I received the services as a gift and was so excited to try this day spa. The whole experience (twice) was stuffy and rushed. Id like to note the 2 stars are for the staff, everyone was friendly and you can tell they are just doing their jobs the way they are told.

I had an excellent massage. My therapist was well trained and professional. I would highly recommend this service. But the massage rooms lack warmth. They are grungy and not soothing to be in at all. They are in dire need of an update.

If you need to pamper yourself that is the place to do so. It is pricey but worth it for 80 mins massages offered at this location. It us definitely high end spa.

My experience with Bella Sante has been a mixed bag. I’ve been here for pre and post natal massage a few times, which were great. I also got a facial from Lisa and that was a rather annoying experience because she was shoving products down my throat and not even being discrete about it. When I mentioned my enthusiasm for skincare products with actives that have revolutionized skincare, she very abruptly shut me down and then essentially lectured me on how her snake oils were better than products that I mentioned because there were basically unicorn tears in them ( I kid you not, she used vey flowery language and had zero knowledge of basic stuff). I add insult to injury, she nicked me in several places while doing dermaplaning.

I have been to Bella Sante twice for massages, one at the Wellesley location and most recently at the Lexington location. While the people and the setting are wonderful, I noticed that both massages were cut 10 minutes short. I understand blocking off 90 minutes for an 80 minute massage as there is some set up/clean up involved; however, we started at 7:40 and ended at 8:50 (my appointment was from 7:30 to 9). These services are expensive and if you advertise an 80 minute massage it should last 80 minutes. It was disappointing for this to happen once, let alone two times. I will be back to Bella Sante to try out a pedicure, but unfortunately not for a massage.
