Three visits within eight days, the first was uneventful. The second visit I was unable to use the services because there was no change at all in the change machine, I was in a time crunch and didnt bring my own quarters. Third time I brought my own quarters, put some in a machine which after the fact realized the selection lights were not legible. Then I put $2.25 in one of the dryers but it would not start. I was lucky this visit someone was there working, he didnt have the key to open it. He said he didnt have change either so he would have to go across the street to get some. ApologIzes for the inconvenience. I told him the amount I lost. Well he put in $1.00 and said if I needed more time for my clothes to dry just let him know, times up my clothes still not dry so I told him, he put another quarter in. My loss, left disappointed.

It’s not the worst but it’s definitely not the best. Considering that this is one of the very few laundromats in Lexington you would think they would try to upkeep it much better than it is. You would also think it would be a little more updated but it only has one change machine which is sometimes out of order and all the machines are quarters only. I’ve been to worse laundromats that still have card readers on a few machines. Machines are also often out of order and sometimes are dirty. Be careful not to put quarters in too fast because they may eat some of your coins. I try to go during or before lunch on weekdays since there doesn’t seem to be that many people there during those times.

It’s decent. Most of the machines work. Don’t go too late on Sundays because it can get packed. But the people who own/run it need to clean it every once in awhile! Goodness. I never, ever go in that bathroom! Smells horrible. Wouldn’t hurt them to sweep and mop the floor, wipe the machines down and maintain machines. I bring wipes or my own spray to clean areas I use.

It says doors open at 7:00 but it does open at 6:00 a.m. . Great machines. Great dryers. And convenient.

Ive been sitting here for over an hour waiting for a call back. The washer will not unlock and it still has my stuff inside. I tried restarting the machine by adding more money and it will not even restart.This is very frustrating. Its now been 2 hours and still no return phone call. Also... a lady who must wash laundry there often said this has happened to her before. Wsh your laundry aslt your own risk.... I guess

Worst I have ever been to. Its dirty, two machines took my money and also the drink machine. Second time coming here and it is my last. Both experience was bad

I have been using this laundromat for years the last few times I noticed it was getting dirty trash all over and stuff in corners you could tell it has been there . The last time it was out and out dirty machines leaking water of floor driers not working. And bathroom was dirty smelled like pee hand soap container was on floor did not want to use the folding tables they were sticky. I wont be back.

It was great! There was detergent dispensers, a place to make change, a soda machine, and everything was very straight forward!

The machines work great and are easy to use! Love how it’s all fast too!The restroom smells horrible and it’s not clean!! Also stay with your clothes the whole time otherwise someone weasels into your clothes and steals a chunk of them. We washed my husband’s, mine and those came out fine. But we had to rush home after putting our son’s clothes in the dryer, when my husband returned, half of our son’s clothes were missing. It’s crazy how much sets of clothes they took. New to the area

Workers dont use mask, no mask sign, people without mask doing laundry ignoring distancing or anything, first and last time for me

Came her before and today no one here to refund money lost in machines and the phone number they provide is full so u can’t leave a message. Had to leave my clothes because the dang machine wouldn’t open but kept taking my money!!!!

Well everytime i use the washing machine my colors clothes always get bleach smh The soda machine broking too it always take your money.

Horrible. Coin machine out of quarters, then when I finally was able to wash after goin to three gas stations to get change, machine took my money. Lots of angry people this am. Apparently they are not customer friendly and don’t care after calling they number on website. No answer.

Clean facility. Large and regular capacity machines. I am currently here on a humid 98 degree day, and I am quite comfortable. There IS AC and it is doing a great job.

I’ve been using this laundry since July 2018. I feel that if you come in early, it’s great, and generally tidy. If you come after noon, it’s a mess. Obviously someone comes in at night to clean, but they seem to skip the restroom. It has a smell that rivals a porto-potty. I’ll only come early and not use the restroom ever, but don’t see why it’s so difficult to clean every night along with the rest of the place.

Washer #9 will eat up your money and wont start, Ive contacted via website about a different issue, never got a response. Weekends are very busy, difficult to find available machine. Change machine always works, 2 TVs on the wall, open until 11 PM which is perfect for my work schedule

I went here two days ago. I had to leave to get more money so I could finish drying my clothes. I was gone maybe 15 minutes. When I got home I realized that some of my clothes are missing. Someone went into the dryer while I was gone and took clothes they wanted. Including my children’s clothes. I’ve called the laundry mat 3 times and left messages for someone to call back and still haven’t heard back anything! Horrible place and I will never use this place again!!! If you go here DONT leave your clothes!

Need to be cleaned and broken machines fied and noted when not working

Its a pretty small location with not enough washers/dryers to accommodate the busy weekend rush. If you come during the week you should have no issues.

Right around the corner is a plus for me. Just wish they had more than two jumbo washer and dryers. No drama, always clean and now they have TV which helps the time go by faster.

Place is great but Wash machine takes your money. I called the number on the washers to report it taking my money and they took my number and info but nothing happened. Two weeks ago.

Lots of newer machines. Had a cold drink machine but the only thing I could get out was a Mt. Dew. One washing machine took $.50 & there is no attendant to tell. I drove from Pelion to come this laundromat bc it had better reviews than the ones closer to me. I dont know if they have AC or not bc it wasnt needed today but if they dont have AC I wont be back.

Went there to help our daughter wash and dry her clothes. Very clean. It was busy.

Dryer had grease in it that ruined a comforter. I called to let them know the dryer was messed up and the lady that answered claimed it was a call service and that the owners would call me. After three days of hearing nothing from them I called back and as soon as I said my name they hung up on me! I called 3 more times to only get the phone hung up on me on the third call they said do not call back! I will NEVER go back to this place again!
