My mom purchased a gold chain necklace from Chapman’s for my 23rd birthday present and the process was so smooth!Chris and Ruth were both so friendly and helpful, especially when I was having doubts about the length I picked out. I ended up coming back the next day to try on a couple different lengths and I changed my mind. (Even though they had already shortened it, Chris was really nice and said they would adjust it again, no problem.) Good prices, good people. Will be coming back to support this local business!

I like dealing with Chapman because it reminds me of my grandfather’s jewelry store, Victory Jewelers. They know their customers and treat you like a friend. They do beautiful pieces and can make all sorts of repairs, at reasonable prices. Lexington should be proud to have Chris and Ruth here!

Chris Chapman has once again exceeded my expectations. I’ve had this stone for many years and wasn’t sure what to do with it. He used my gold and my stone and created this beautiful stack. I have 4 thin gold bands and can wear them in many different ways. Chris has a great sense of design and I couldn’t be happier with the final results!

My daughter and I left 6 items with Chapman Jewelers, some needing lost stones replaced, some needing chains repaired, some really old earrings needed cleaning and repair of a broken loop. We couldnt have been more pleased with their work, and felt the cost was reasonable. They were recommended to me by an elderly cousin, and were so happy we followed her recommendation. I took my watch to three other jewelry stores and was told it it would take three weeks to fix, it couldn’t be fixed, and I just need to send it back to the manufacturer. Then I took it to Chapman’s and he fixed it in literally under a minute and advised me about what was wrong. I will definitely be going back with any jewelry needs.

I wanted to update my wedding set and was referred to the Chapman Company by a friend. I really was unsure of what I wanted. I wanted to combine my wrap and my eternity band and have something incorporated with my diamond. I am not very particular when it comes to jewelry. I am more on the sentimental side. When Chriss wife brought out the finished product, I had to sit down! It was more than I could have imagined! He is a master jeweler and surprised me with a beautiful ring that I will pass down for generations to come! I can not thank you enough! You have a customer for life!

Chapman’s does incredible work! They go above and beyond to provide their customers with fabulous pieces at extremely reasonable prices and pay great attention to detail. When I wanted a tiny (but involved) tweak to an addition they’d added to my wedding ring, they were kind enough to resize it seamlessly and to get it back to me quickly. Also, I’ve never seen my ring sparkle so brilliantly as it does after it’s been at Chapman’s!

The owners are amazing. I took in a brand new ring that I had received from Amazon to get repaired, all covered by Amazon. Instead of taking Amazons money, they explained that the damage was extensive and not worth the repair. I sent my ring back for a refund, and left the store. I came back the next day with a moissanite ring and asked if they could help me find a new setting for it. They were able to repair the setting it came in, change the color from white to yellow gold, and have it back to me in one day - all for $90. This is my all time favorite jeweler now! Great people, great advice, great service!

I took my husbands Tiffany wedding band in to have some custom engraving done. After trying five different places, this is the only place that delivered what it promised! The work done on my husbands ring was done perfectly and looks amazing - he loved it. Also, bonus, I was quoted a much lower price in the beginning but when the bill came the price was higher than we expected, however Chris honored his original quote and gave me stellar deal, as well as a new ring box included in the price.I will be bringing more piece to Chris as well as recommending him to any and all.Thank you so much!

Went there on a recommendation to get help with my damaged black diamond stone. Was told by I assume the owner that my black diamond stone was what diamond mines throw away. That they are essentially coal. I left holding back tears and broke down in my car. Whats the point in insulting my ring? I felt like I was being put down and demeaned for my ring. Its perfect to me and I love it . My fiance picked it out for me and just because it doesnt meet his standards he has the right to humiliate? I came for help and was put down and demeaned. Never do business with these people. If your jewelery doesnt meet whatever their standards are you will be humiliated.In response to your reply you people are pretentiousand arrogant and its no wonder no one was in your store. I went to Moseley where they were nothing but kind and their store was full. Have compassion and sensitive to people.

She said yes!! Chapman company custom made an engagement ring for me using passed down diamonds and emerald. The ring is beautiful and was done in a timely manner as I had to take the stones without my fiancé noticing. Will be back again soon for bands.

This family owned store is the best in Lexington. Although their selection is limited, they have some beautiful jewelry and are fairly priced. They also do a great job on repairs. I always shop Chapmans first when looking for jewelry.
