I have been working with Jill for just over three years. I went through my employers EAP program and she was on the list of providers in my area. It was an instant fit.Jill has been amazingly compassionate and extremely helpful. She truly cares for her patients and wants the best for each and every one of them. Shes super easy to talk to and is an all-around good person.

I attempted to schedule appt via website two weeks ago. No one even reached out to me after 4 days so I called them. The receptionist was not very polite nor concerned as “they had an audit” taking place and recommended I call back in a few days. I certainly wouldn’t be trying to schedule appt if I WASNT IN NEED OF THERAPY! So time goes by and still no one reached out to me. I called again and was told “I don’t see where you tried requesting appt online but if you want to go back online and try again....”. Really!!?? I’m on the phone with you, why wouldn’t you just go ahead and schedule appt now!? And obviously I’m persistent by continuing to make attempts to get appt BECAUSE I NEED HELP but you only have an appointment in mid January to offer. Waste of time. And certainly makes me feel like I’m better off dealing with my issues alone and without medical help. Thanks Jill Smith and Associates for making me feel worse than when I originally tried to schedule appt!!!
