We have been working with Hitch Crafters over the course of about 4 months to arrange for our vehicle to be outfitted. We drove to North Carolina from New York so they could complete the job and we are very happy with the work they did. The environment is very welcoming, the staff are very kind. Well definitely be coming back with our next truck. Phenomenal work.

Dont even try to call them, they will never answer. Voice-mail left, nothing. Picked up a couple times, told they are not in the office and will call me back. Guess what, nothing again

Great product, great people. Had a Reese 30k before getting the hitch crafter 34k and there is no comparison. The hitch crafter by far is a much better product. Highly recommend.

Very helpful. Company gave me a truck to pick up trailers (3 dumps stacked). Got in it at 12 AM. At 6 AM, could see that there was no brake controller. HC fixed me up very quickly and efficiently...

Impossible to reach on the phone. Slow turn around time, and they do not get back to you when equipment is available for pickup.

We got new Ram 3500 Chassis and EZ4 trailer from Kaufman.We installed Cart 65500 with a local guy in Fort Lauderdale, they didt install the required brackets. when we load the trailer the plate caved in, see pics. Jason from Kaufman sent us to Jason From Hitch Crafters.Our driver got in and out under 3 hours!!!They removed the gooseneack plate, diamond silver sheet, gas brackets, trailer 7 pin, tires fenders and installed homemade 5 wheel, Plastic fenders, black diamond plate, gas brackets and trailer 7 pin! see pics.Thank you Jason!
