EXCELLENT FACILITY! Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with, helping us out in a very difficult situation, and it was a fabulous experience. The facilities are new, very clean, and easily accessible for 18-wheelers. I will only use Midgard in Lexington for any storage needs from here on out.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I rented a unit today, and Johnathan was the nicest most helpful employee!! He is really patient and he helped me decide which unit was the best size. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the special move in rate and he explained everything fully and patiently. He answered questions i had before i even asked them! Job well done and security is awesome here. Definitely recommended and would give 11 out of 10 stars!

Very professiinal and courteous. Will definitely use again

I have stored by RV there for a couple of months now. When I moved in I had to do some of the process online because I was under a time constraint on my move in day. The manager took time to help me get all the paperwork done. The lot is well lit and secure. Lots of cameras. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. In fact, once I failed to properly lock the door on my rv. The manager called me to let me know that it was open so I could check and ensure no one had broken into it. It is a great peace of mind for me that the staff are so attentive to details when it comes to caring about the security of their tenants belongings. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I had a really good experience, the manager and staff was very helpful and kind. I rented the unit in December and just finished with it this month. Never was there a problem with the unit. Also rented a truck from them a couple months ago, everything went well. If I ever need storage again, I sure would go back.

My bill has gone up $10 every month since midgard took over! Today is March 3rd 2021, went to pay my bill, THEY DONT TAKE CASH!!?? And claimed they sent a notice which I never got. I will be finding a new storage facility!!!

We are a moving company and needed a rush unit when a client could not accept delivery. Johnathan at the Lexington SC location was amazing. 10 minutes on the phone with him and I was set up with a unit. My driver was able to pull in and unload, no time wasted. Thank you Johnathan!

We used this facility while we moved, and if we ever need storage again, we will definitely come back here! The unit was nice and clean, the hallways and access areas were always clean. The climate control was a selling point as well! They were super easy to do business with. If we ever had a question or needed to change anything, they were super helpful.

This is my first time using a storage facility so I wasnt sure what to expect and what was expected of me. Jonathan at Southlake Self Storage did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and making sure I got the best deal available. The unit was very clean and easily accessible. Southlake also has some storage supplies (locks, packing supplies...) available on-site at comparable prices to other stores. So far I have been very pleased!

As most have stated, great move in specials, etc but be prepared. My rate has gone up 20% since Ive been there. Most recent increase of 6% came with a 10 day notice.

I called about having 24 hour access and they want to charge extra for that. Wrong, never do business with a company like that. You pay your monthly pymt, you get 24 hour access and not right to be charged extra for it. Wish I could give -5 stars but cant, so again they benefit from the 1 star.

My experience so far has been positive. It was super easy to get the unit I needed with online reservation. Everything is new which I love! They have these carts for moving your items from the vehicle to the storage unit and it makes it much easier getting your items into the unit. The staff that I have communicated with have been pleasant. I definitely recommend Southlake Self Storage!

Great experience, the Manager Courtney was extremely courteous and helpful she helped guide us to the right size and type storage unit we needed and made the process quick and simple. Facility is brand new and priced extremely well. We will definitely use this facility for all our needs!!

One of the best places in Columbia to store your stuff or to rent RV spots. At the time I posted this they still have many left. Courtney is always a pleasure to work with. She really makes you feel like a valued customer.

Great prices, especially if you are current or former military. The grounds and units look clean as well as the offices. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only room for improvement I saw was the stickers on the windows of the doors for the internal units would be much easier to read if they were white and not green.

I rented both a storage unit and a parking spot. Having 24 x 7 access allowed me to access items on my schedule. The facility is new and very well maintained. It is gated and well lit. What sets this location above the others are the people. Any time my car cover blew off in a storm, Id either get an email or phone call letting me know so I could address the situation.

Southlake Storage was great from beginning to end. This was my first time renting a storage unit. Courtney was professional and friendly. She always greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. I have and will continue to recommend Courtney and Southlake Storage to all my friends and family.

If I ever need to get another storage unit in the future, itll be here.Edit: Only thing is that I just now read in a previous comment about prices for current/former military. Im a vet and I didnt get offered any discounted rates. No where on their site does it mention this. My fault for not asking though.
