Went in to get wheel repainted and it does look better but wonder how long it will last since there was already a nick in it when we picked it up. Plus finish is rough to the touch when the others are very smooth. Had them redye my leather seat and they ruined the soft finish of it. It is also rough to the touch. Asked them to redo the arm rest and the glued a cover over it and tried to charge me 90.00. owner got mad when I asked her to remove the cover since it was just hanging on there. My wife and I called the day we dropped it off just to check on progress and owner Rochelle was very rude said it would be first thing the following morning. I like to plan out my day so had my wife call the next morning to try and get an idea of when the car would be ready. Rochelle got nasty again and said she would call us dont call them. When we finally did pick it up, she said we were on her do not do business with list, because my wife made her mad. They ruined my lumbar support switch while repairing seat and had the nerve to say they did not do it. So dont do business with this company, if you call one time too many u make the do not do business list. Which is why the majority of their customers are on the list. Rochelle and her husband Ron need to learn customer service skills, if a customer is unhappy you should make it right. Dont believe the positive reviews, they are written by owners and their employees. Went to another upholstery shop to get an estimate to fix the damage this shop did to my leather seat and it is going to cost over a 1000.00. They told me this leather should not have been sanded much re dyed. The seat feel likes sandpaper now, thanks automotive cosmetics

Terrible. The owner is sarcastic and rude. The best way to describe it is they just put band aids on the defects. After paying she said we will need to get it re repaired eventually. They dont guarantee their work. They get upset if you call to check on the status of your vehicle. They tell you what you want to hear. Obviously, profit comes become customer. Will never be returning. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else who knows what respect is.

Some years ago my friend Michael Donahue told me about Automotive Cosmetic Group. He personally took me and my car there to have a bumper repainted. His interaction with the staff was great and they did a good job.Recently I fell and broke my hip and shattered my wrist. I needed some work done to my car again, so I asked Michael to setup the appointment for me, he tried to but the owner Rochelle rudely hung up on him. She then posted a response to his review that does not at all describe the Michael that Ive known for 15 years.I personally will never do business with them again and I strongly suggest you read his review under Michael D

Automotive Cosmetics Group did a wonderful job refinishing my steering wheel. It came out looking brand new, they had my truck back to me within four hours, and I was shocked at what they charged in a good way! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received thank you guys so much!

The owner Rochelle Roos is extremely rude and very arrogant. I have personally used their services a few times and have enthusiastically sent many people there over the years but apparently loyalty is not appreciated there anymore.When I deal with Natasha or the other owner Ron I have a great experience but as soon as Rochelle picks up the phone the problems begin. One of my friends that I sent there told me the same thing, try to avoid Rochelle at all cost.After asking multiple times if my friend brings their car there for a paintless dent removal on the only day that they do it, which is on Friday can they also schedule a paint touch up on the rest of the car, the same day, she apparently kept getting confused and saying that we cant expect to be squeezed in and had to make an appointment.I NEVER said to squeeze anything in, my question was very simple, can it be done on the same day, after getting multiple rude responses she actually had the nerve to hang up on me. How immature and unprofessional, what an embarrassment to herself and the family business.I will NEVER recommend them again or give them another dime of my money until I get a written apology from Rochelle, if not thats fine with me, Ill take my business elsewhere and so should you.Im a very forgiving person and I hope she does apologize but Im not holding my breath because in todays society that rarely ever happens and this is why things are the way they are, there is no accountability anymore.We all need to stand up to bullies and rude behavior of any kind or it will only continue.Speak with your money, reward the good and boycott bad.BOYCOTT UPDATEApparently Rochelle is also a delusional liar, none of what she responded with describes the actual events that took place. She was so incoherent and difficult to understand on the phone it was as if she was medicated or something.I NEVER bragged about myself, I simple said AFTER she treated me so rudely that I have recommended many people over the years to them and did not appropriate her attitude. She responded that only 3 people were brought there by me, of coarse those are the ones I physically brought there not to mention the ones that went there and did not mention my name, which she refuses to acknowledge.Rochelle obviously hates dealing with customers who dare question her. I naturally question everything and everyone, this is how to stay an informed consumer that avoids con artist and bad products. I have found that the more someone gets agitated with you asking questions the less they actually know because they have to struggle for answers or they are trying to hide something.Lucky I did question her because I found out from a true professional how wrong her advice was.She said that they use a water based touch up paint on the chips and scratches and that it dries so fast that my friend can have their car waxed and buffed the same day, which did not sound right to me, THAT was when I asked to talk to Ron.IF they do use the water based touch up paint DO NOT have it done there, it will not last especially if it is buffed the same day as the genius says. You want the solvent based product that has a built in clear coat, that is what the real professionals use and even that needs a day to fully dry.ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS AND DEMAND ANSWERS. As you can see it works for me because now I know what an ungrateful liar Rochelle Roos is and she will never get my money again but yet she does not affect my income all. In fact I will be saving money and getting a better job by another great company I found that did not mind me asking questions because they understand customer service. Maybe Ill list the better businesses to go to in my next response.I actually feel embarrassed for her, its very sad to see someone self destruct right before your eyes. I guess no one in her family cares enough about her or the business to stop her from acting like a complete and utter fool.If she wants to keep posting weak and pathetic lies I will keep posting the truth.

Cannot explain how impressed I was with my seats and steering wheel. Super friendly talented staff who definitely know their stuff. This is the only place to bring your car. Definitely will be a return customer.

I took my BMW here for a cosmetic repair and it’s been a while since I’ve experienced the high level of customer service that I had here. The staff is very friendly and they are perfectionists about their work. I saved thousands of dollars by having them to repair by hand instead of just replacing parts as most body shops do. They are truly artists in their craft and I would recommend them highly.

I have taken a lot of cars to them but never will I ever go back no Customer service and just wanted to make up excuses I even said I wouldn’t come back and she said that’s ok rude people want to waste your time and money good luck ! Very very dissatisfied they use to take care of there customers but that has all changed over priced car was dirty and windows were all streamed up steering wheel was done with no problem look other places save your money get a company that cares about customer sevice

Very poor customer service. Over charged for little done. Asked to have other things SPECIFICALLY done and nothing done. Highly disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend Go to someone that cares about customer service they didn’t even try to fix the problem.

Had them fix rear quarter panel. It still has a dent.
