Let him off the bus before checking if he was even at the right house3. Hit the homeowners mailbox while pulling off before he even made it insideMy son went and rang the door bell before running around the back side of the house. As the driver starts to pull off hitting the mail box. Thankfully the homeowners knew he was my child and were home for this otherwise he would probably be lost in the woods behind the house. BUT TO TOP IT OFF WHEN MY WIFE CALLS TO TELL THE COMPANY WHAT THE DRIVER DID SHE WAS GIVEN EXCUSES. YOU DONT GET THE LUXURY OF EXCUSES WHEN YOU PUT MY CHILDS LIFE AT STAKE!!!!!!

The drivers are so awesome! They are so friendly with my son. I can tell its not just a job to them. Every driver I have met has a warm heart.

Not sure how the service is, I assume good. Youre doing a good service. However, maybe you could work a little harder to stay back from obviously manual cars. If the stop light is red, it will be red until it is green. No need to pull all the way up on someone, especially if you see the car rolling back and forth on a hill.For reference to the exact moment Im talking about; I was in the red 3000GT at the speedway on main.

The person who answered the phone was rude and callous and hung up before I could ask my question. Then took the phone off the hook so I couldnt call back. An epidemic of the area. Any little bit of authority (perceived or otherwise) turns public servants into people who think they, personally, are providing a service.
