When I could not find a place to see my 6 yr old son for an emergency visit that would allow my 3 yr old to accompany us. This office and staff took the time to fit us in same day and told me not to worry my daughter could absolutely come in. They understand the needs of a family. I was able to comfort my son in person unlike other places that told me I had to wait in the car. I am so grateful for them and we have all now switched over to their practice.

As always appointment went great. Front staff friendly. Dental office was clean and bright. My hygienist Heather was wonderful, I suffer from anxiety and she talked to me which helped. The chair had a massage feature which usually I dont care for but it was relaxing. Dr. Hawkins is great, professional and gentle. Dr. Hawkins staff has always treated me with gentleness and respect. I would highly recommend this office.

The facility is GORGEOUS. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dental assistant (unknown correct title sorry) Amy was so sweet, funny, efficient, and explained every step so I was prepared and understood everything. My dentist Dr. Neal was kind, friendly, efficient and she also explained everything to me. Overall best experience at a dentist office that I have ever had.

I couldn’t believe how patient they where. When I told them my mouth was a mess, they said that they will help and get them right. The one that did my teeth. She was very polite and understanding. I went to the dentist for the first time in 5 years. Due to a very traumatic medical experience (not the dentist) I have developed medical anxiety and I have not gone. I explained this to the staff when I called to make an appointment and they were really nice and accomodating. Once there it didnt stop, the hygienist Melissa and Dentist Dr Neel were great at making sure I felt comfortable every step and stopped when needed. Exceptional!

First, the aesthetics of this dental office was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was super friendly! I was able to get an initial appointment to see Dr. Hawkins the same day due to a call-out. The receptionist, upon entering the building, was very friendly. I had my 1-yr old son with me and while I filled out new patient paperwork, a kind man, who I later found out, was Dr. Hawkinss husband came over and greeted my son. He even showed him the play area. Amy, the hygienist, was excellent! She explained every part of the examination...from the x-ray to the cleaning. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, as I am not a regular flosser. The receptionist even came to entertain my son while I got my x-rays done! They were all so very kind and understanding! Dr. Hawkins was very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my oral concerns. She reviewed my teeth and offered solutions to my concerns. My check-out was easy and appointments were made for my next appointments. I cant say enough about the friendliness of the ENTIRE staff. I felt so comfortable! I am looking forward to my next appointment!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming.They tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. They took my feelings and concerns to heart and tried to elevate as much of my stress as possible. I was Dr.Hawkins first patient right out of dental school. I can say she has treated me like her only patient when attending to my needs. She a gem. Im glad she got a larger and easier accessible place to get to. I seen her sister as well. Her Staff in both places have been awesome. Decided to try a new dentist after being with my family dentist since 1999. I needed a simple filling on the bottom row of my teeth to prevent a cavity from forming. The support staff is very welcoming and timely. This was the first time I required dental work with drills and I am not a fan of needles and drills. Fortunately, Dr. Neal was able to calm me down with her professionalism and expertise. Although, I was nervous for the dental work, Dr. Neal and the rest of the staff reassured me that everything will be fine. All in all, I am very satisfied with Dr. Neals work and will be coming back for more work. I recommend Pax dental for all dental needs. I have been going to Pax Dental for almost 4 years. Its wonderful to see the same faces every time I go to the office. The front desk team is phenomenal. First of all, this place looks and feels like home! It’s gorgeous and very comfortable. It’s nice to be in a space that doesn’t look or feel like a clinical setting. Great experience! The lobby waiting area is like a 5 star hotel. Everyone was very friendly as they tended to their job. Amy was a new hygienist for me today and a keeper.... I will definitely see her again. There are more dentist to choose from since they built the new building, but I prefer to stay with Dr. Hawkins. I have not met the others, but for them to work along side Dr. Hawkins, I am sure you will be pleased.

Ashley did the cleaning, which I hadnt done for more years than I can count. Non-judgemental, took awhile and she was patient and enjoyable to chat with when my mouth wasnt full of equipment. She answered all my questions. The dentist was in briefly, did soft tissue check, which Ive never had a dentist do, they reviewed all the different problems with fillings and needing a crown. I would recommend, very thorough. Even mentioned I have a small palate which contributes to sleep apnea/snoring/CPAP, thats pretty good for a dentist office.

PAX Dental is amazing!In the past, I have jumped around from dentist to dentist. Ive never felt loyalty to a dentist, plus Ive had some shame in how Ive taken care of my teeth. Recently, I had horrible tooth decay on a molar that I kept putting off the extraction due to my crippling anxiety of the dentist. Then I reached out to PAX dental and met Dr. Neal during my oral examination. The moment I met Dr. Neal she calmed my nerves immediately! She made me laugh and I didnt feel an ounce of judgement. The extraction went smoothly. During my follow up, she removed the stitches and I felt like she genuinely cared about my oral health. Shetold me that we should map out a path we should follow as a team (I loved that phase) to make sure that I dont develop gaps after the extraction.HONESTLY, BEST PRACTICE EVER. Dr. Neal thank you. I know that I can be a difficult patient and I promise Ill stop smoking.

I came in for a few fill-ins and was so comfortable with Dr. Neal that I allowed her to pull 2 of my wisdom teeth in the same visit.The overall Pax Dental Office experience was nothing short of serene. Went for the first time in January just for a cleaning. Went in without any problems/pain and left with horrible pain in my teeth. I have NEVER been someone with teeth sensitivity and now eating has become a challenge.The dentist Dr Neal changed some “old fillings” on both sides of my mouth and I left with pain. She said it was normal. I called to let them know I still had pain and went back in and they adjusted my bite and weeks later I still was in pain so I went back in and she put some sort of substance on my teeth. After this I still had pain, so she told me to go back and as she was putting a stronger substance to protect my teeth she said that if that didn’t work she couldn’t help me any more and I’d have to be referred to an endodontist. I had this pain for 3+ months until I had enough so I went to a different dentist and she said the previous dentist didn’t put any sort of protection between my teeth and the fillings. She also told me several scenarios of what could’ve been done wrong by the previous dentist that had led to my teeth pain. She also said that if my pain doesn’t go away in a month or 2, I would be looking at getting root canals on all 3 teeth.Right now I don’t have fillings because of how much pain this dentist put me through.I went back to this office just to talk to the main dentist Dr Mullinix about what had happened. She checked my teeth and did acknowledge that Dr Neal should’ve taken my fillings out and put dycaal or Zoe (which is to protect your teeth when putting fillings in) to let my teeth rest and heal. I asked her “why didn’t Dr Neal do this then?” Her answer was “I do not know why.”I’m not just upset about all the money I have spent on this, but the PAIN!!! The pain was horrible, I don’t wish anyone to ever go through pain like that. Just to give a better description of the pain; chewing, drinking, just about anything gave me sharp and consistent pain, which led me to not eat as much and I lost 6 pounds from that. I’m 99 pounds currently, which is unhealthy.Right now, I’m waiting to go back so Dr Mullinix can put fillings back because I obviously can’t live with holes in my teeth. If it doesn’t work, I’m going to have to get root canals. SO SAD! I hate that I have to pay for the doctor’s mistakes.I went in without any problems and left with pain and problems. Makes me so hesitant to trust any dentist around here.I will update my review when I go in again.

Dr.Neal is amazing and so are the hygienists that work there. They take their time to make sure your comfortable and answer any questions or concerns. I was there today for a procedure to get done on my back molar due to pain and when I got nervous and anxious they stopped to talk to me and calm me down.They did a very good job with keeping me distracted and keeping my mind off what was happening I highly recommend this dentist she is absolutely amazing and I hope anyone who goes to her has an amazing experience like I did.

I couldn’t be more happy with Pax Dental! I recently came in for a bridge replacement as my bridge was old and coming loose. When the day came for my new bridge to be placed, the doctor did not like the way it looked and suggested that we send it back so that the finished product was perfect. I was disappointed that I had to wait a little while longer, but I’m glad I did! These teeth are so natural looking! The color match is perfect and the bridges are snug and secure! I have to admit that I cried seeing my new and improved smile. Thank you to all the staff, assistants and doctors! I love my smile now!

First off, the place looks great. I dont have a lot of experience with dental offices outside of the military, but I was very impressed. Second and most importantly, the staff were very friendly and told me everything that was going on with my dental health. They were very thorough and it was easily the most informed Ive ever been when seeing the dentist. They have all sorts of hardware that makes it a breeze, and youre not uncomfortable. Absolutely outstanding care! My platinum standard. :)) I’ve been a patient for many years and appreciate them more and more each visit. My husband thinks I’m joking when I say if we ever move, he has to fly me back for my dentist...but I’m not!

Great experience overall! I’m a fairly regular customer and always receive excellent care. Also, I’m loving the new office! Beautiful and clean. They also go to great lengths to maintain precautions against COVID-19. A+.

Pax Dental 🦷 was amazing from the time I entered the lobby until the time I left. Amazing staff. I’ve lived in multiple states and have been to a lot of different dentist. By far hands down best service I have ever received
