I like to use this library and the rest in St Marys as like a portable office they have all my needs printers faxes I can remove print pick up anywhere. Customer service is outstanding. They are always ready to help no matter how little to help I need they always offer. If you never been there I highly recommend you going to one of the libraries and enjoy all the app to offer...

First time here and was not happy with the people that go to the library (mostly middle-aged and older locals), I guess its not common knowledge to be quiet at a library. People are answering cell phone calls and walking around like they are outside. Mind you I was in a Study room. Study rooms do not block the sounds coming from outside especially if its busy. For a Monday this library was busy.

Hard to have complaints with this library, and ive used many others regularly in the states and outside. Theyre not the best library in the world, but theyre waaaaay ahead of other public services in this area, and a reason to keep living here. Its a valuable and very well run community resource. Im thankful every time i use it, and makes me pardon st. Marys county for some of their many other severe deficincies.I think 4 stars is fair, but im giving it 5 because its my library, and those running it are very receptive for feedback.

New Young black lady spaying the computers/chairs with some strong spray made everyone sick. Didnt even bother to wipe it down like she was supposed to. After doing it 2 more times in the general area, I left. Lazy

The staff was very helpful. I needed to use the fax and the fax wouldnt work so the young lady faxed it for me on another fax as I sat and waited. The price was very low compared to the other faxes in town

We love this library. They have a large selection, can order you what they don’t have and get it there fairly quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a lot of good programs for small children like Wiggle Giggle Storytime. They also have a great DVD collection.

My family and I LOVE the Lexington Park library! The librarians are always helpful, never rude or condescending. Were in there probably 2 or 3 times a week, picking up hold requests and finding new things to explore (my 9 year old discovered the ukelele!). Great place with great people!

Decent selection of books and a few public computers, but other than that there isnt anything else here that resembles a modern library. The WiFi is worthless, literally, its unusable. Also, general library rules and decency arent followed or enforced. Theres children running around yelling cuss words and every adult had their ringtone turned to max volume. So, dont come here expecting to be able to study or work on the internet and I dont advise bringing children here.

Great selection of books, but poor enforcement of the rules. When I went here, there was an army of teenagers using all the public computers as their personal video game salon. The staff, for some reason, never addressed this. I was under the impression libraries were for reading and books. Speaking of books, they seem really eager to emphasize LGBTQ garbage.And what exactly where they thinking with Drag Queen Story Time last month? Regardless of your stance of LGBTQ issues, in what world is exposing kids to sexual deviancy a good idea? Given the kind of community St. Marys County is, it doesnt strike me as a good idea to define yourself against your own customers.

I enjoy coming to the library with my grandson for the many events they have for pre-schoolers. He enjoys the interaction with all of the children his age. We also enjoy choosing books and reading them with his mother at nap times and bed times. With their self check out feature, he enjoys learning about checking out the books by himself (he is only 3) but it’s a great way for him to appreciate choosing books and borrowing them.

I love this place & so do my children . Our children are exposed to LBGT community DAILYWe see men dressed as wen walkimg down great mills on the daily . Not too sure why everyone was bent out of shape about them reading to the kids ! Dont like it ? Dont bring ur kid! YES ITS LITERALLY THAT SIMPLE!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK !!!!

Staff is very friendly and provided me with a quiet study room while I worked on my online college homework.

Love the kid section! Very big, and lots of activities to keep them busy for a long time. Havent spent much time outside the kid section, but I place holds on the books I want to read on my online account and I am notified when they are ready for pick-up. I can just come in and grab my book off the holding shelf and take my son to the kid area. Very convenient for me because he doesnt want to hangout in the adult section while I look for books lol.

If you have a misunderstanding with one child between your child they charge you over $100 on all the accounts whether you return the books and movies or not so I boycott st. Marys libraries I feel their unfair and unrealistic the ones they protect are the ones that are very rude and ignorant on the street and as far as the county cops go in the problems that exist in that Library whether theres security fake security or not I feel Saint Marys County needs a big looking at just like the rest of the world people need to wake up things are changing no one needs to be told theyre going to die over the information lady not being there I mean come on people is it that serious not only that the little children from the neighborhoods surrounding the Lexington Park Library over run that place it is ridiculous the sign States no child unattended without an adult I guess the staff takes out in their own hands who has to be in there with an adult and you can be in there cussing without one well my children can only go with me now congratulations theyre hating it

WiFi, Lots of space, and a great kids section. The technology on the public terminals has to be updated (firefox 3.3) but otherwise and great library for the kids and personal use.
