Awful Experience. Very unprofessional interaction and business policies.They destroyed one of my shirts and got the order completely wrong for all 5 of the 6 garments as well as didnt have them ready when promised, which I relied on to have ready for a business travel trip by the pick up time.Check this story out……The first time I spoke to the owner about the issue she just walked away and hid behind the cleaning equipment (that was weird….). I was going to let it go but then wanted a refund to help recoup the cost of buying a new shirt.This is the kicker. The second time I went in, the owner proceeded to actually YELL at me and did not take fault at all and refused to offer m a refund. Being a medium volume customer for FOUR years, I didnt expect them to make a big hassle about this, but the owner acted completely unprofessional and proceeded to act like a 6 year old child on a yelling rant and rave. I my I was stunned I was actually witnessing this behavior. Forgot to mention that I believe I heard her say in her rant something about actually wanting to find me and come after me…..WTF!?!? It all ended when she said I was causing HER too much stress and a few people were in line behind me that she dramatically slammed the refund in cash on the counter and said NEVER COME BACK!. Jeez….what in the world!!

Horrible service, I needed a suit cleaned when I asked for it back to take it to another business. They told me it would absolutely be ready tomorrow. It wasnt. I stopped taking items there and I thought I would try it again. DO NOT use their service. The worst business in Lexington Park.

Much better than Wow Cleaners down the street. They got my collars clean, my silk shining, and my buttons undisturbed.
