Worked for this sorry company for 15 months. Did a great job. When they refused to give me a pay raise after 12 months, I left the company. They had to hire four additional people to replace me. The government person I worked for resigned from civil service because he did not want to be the technical lead of the program unless I was by his side. Paul Ausley told me in the exit interview they should have given me a good raise but the operations manager/director refused to give me the raise. Jeez...Paul was the principal owner and could have authorized the raise. If you go to work for this company, plan on working hard without any recognition, or pay raise.
