It can be 500 associates and 100 managers on shift in Sams and NO ONE will help the 1 associate in the cafe! I truly dont understand this logic or lack of attention to customer service. Is it because the cafe is a perk to perhaps attract or pacify members with cheap meal options? I dont why the focus is not on service vs ticket average but I always feel bad for the cashier. It must be stressful to see a long line and no one to help. Took me 12 minutes to order... 😶 I really wanted some 🍕 pizza. It looked cheesy and delicious! 😋
Love to save here. Sams needs to offer portions for 1 or 2 people. Clothing prices are unique and fabulous! Savings are great. Variety of items to choose..

So I had to take some time to write a review for Cam one of the cart gentleman retrieving the carts. What customer service!! Saw me struggling with some bottled water and without hesitation came out to help me. Please give this guy something for going the extra mile and helping a single mom with her groceries. Employee of the month material and so nice!!!
Every week i do my shopping from sams. They always have great service. On Thursday i saw new cashire her name was Tuba. She had outstanding customer service. She is the best.👍
Went there with a flyer that clearly said, visit your local club.Oscar, at the counter who right from the word go wanted to get rid of people first said, you need to do this online.Embarrassed (but still inconsiderate) at his failed attempt to get rid of me (when I asked him to read it), Oscar who needs to be put thru customer service 101 came up with the next reason on why I shouldnt be there - we do not accept this ID. Despite pointing that what he was saying was not legal, he stuck to his template. Not willing to waste any further time there, I walked out.With employees like Oscar, good luck Sams Club - Lewisville.

Wasted my time coming here. Out of stock on the beverages I wanted. Out of stock on a paper product I wanted. Other paper products were in two aisles that were blocked off so their forklift jockey could rearrange pallets of paper towels for 10+ minutes. (I gave up waiting on him and left.Hey Sams: Do your product rearranging on your time instead of your customers time!)

Using the app to checkout has been a great experience since Covid began. On top of that, we’ve recently used curbside pickup exclusively and always see the same woman running all the groceries out to all the cars. She’s very kind, quick and efficient! We’ve stopped going to other grocery stores and instead buy in bulk and come less often because it’s so much faster at Sam’s.
I love to go. Using my app.. I feel so cool ..Im a winner. But I feel sorry for people waiting to pay on the lines...
Had to pick up a few items & I needed to change the wiper blades on my vehicle so I purchased them. Paid for my purchased items then I went to the service shop and the technicians were excellent in changing the wiper blades. This is a service of Sams club.
I ordered online and they got most items wrong replaced them with similar items, some of which are religious violations for me to consume and didnt ask if this was ok first.
Barbara and the other woman at the service counter (shes originally from the Philippines but I didnt get her name) were absolutely stellar. I normally hate the whole customer service experience but their honest care and attention to my needs were second to none.Loved it
Usually the cheapest gas in the area. Be careful of the drivers that dont follow the proper route to enter. They dont seem to pay attention to the entrance and exit and the arrows on the ground.

Always get great service here Im greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello or welcome as i enter and they check my membership card and as im leaving its the same just checking the receipt abd saying have a good evening etc. The cashiers are always happy and pleasant to speak to. The store is always neat and tidy you see staff out working on the floor restocking or organizing but ready to help if needed.Now if they just could send someone with me to unload and carry everything upstairs at my home itd be perfect. Lol
They have the brands I prefer. I love the scan and go, makes shopping less of a hassle. Wish they had fresh fruit like Costco.... but you cant have it all.
Same like any other Sams club. But this store has lot of broken monster energy drinks. But staff was super friendly to accept the returns.
Customer service manager and supervisor are unhelpful and unprofessional! I was blown away how disrespectful they were! I will no longer be spending my money at Sam’s and I’m not renewing my membership.
Our Sams club is almost never crowded and the staff here are beyond helpful. They treat you like family. We also love the Sams club app.

Plenty to purchase here. Store is very clean. Pickup is available. Sanitizer station is set up inside when you enter. Some items still out of stock. Usually easier to shop here during the week.
Their are now 2 new major things that I am really impressed with at SAMS Club. Their Fresh Meats is what originally sold me plus the rotisserie chicken and ribs. The new things that make SAMS my go to Club store now is the Scan and Go & Online Order Pick Up. Wow. Never stand in a register line again. I do not know why other stores have not made Scan and Go a thing. The Online Order Pick Up allows me to do the bulk of my shopping in the comfort of my home then I just go in to look for new or seasonal things Im just interested in and save at least an hour every time I shop there. Scan the items into my phone as I put them in my cart, slide the pay bar and pay with my SAMS Club credit card. You can also load another credit card if you like. You can even use the points to pay. This is just a no brainer.Thanks for making my life easier yet still fun.

Always a delight to shop here. Today I had my shingles and flu shots. The 3 young ladies at the pharmacy had beautiful personalities and were a delight to talk to. The shots were administered by a wonderful young lady and I did not feel a thing. Love this place!

Love the selection! But I’m clearly a senior citizen, and I always use a large cart that is full and never can I ever find anybody out there to help me put it in my truck. At that point the help seems to disappear like mice when the cat comes!

Came on Sunday (12/6) for a tire issue (nail), tire under warranty. Clerk gives me a 3 hour time. So I am forced to wait. Well the 3 hours turned into 6 hours. Theres only so much you can do at Sams for that long.....Thanks for wasting my day. Frustrated.

I don’t know if Julia has won employee of the month yet, I’m sure she has. The last 3 out of 5 times I have been there, she has been so sweet and has such a fun personality. Weather she was at the front or scanning at the the exit. She definitely deserves her picture on the wall.

I have been to this location multiple times and they do have items Im looking for. However, today I noticed a sales associate helping ppl (2 women and a man) non black but purposely look past me (African American woman) and provide assistance. He could have asked if I needed anything but chose to look past me. Please train employees to TREAT ALL PEOPLE EQUALLY.
This Sams is my neighborhood location and on this one day, they treated me horribly. I went into the store to purchase my daughters birthday cake and ice cream yet was not aware that my membership had expired this month. Previous to the representative checking me out another customer was checking out whose membership had expired as well. The agent (Annie) told the customer that it was fine and she would allow him to pass this time. I was next and my membership expiration showed on the screen and I was told that I had to renew for $100 in order to purchase the cake and ice cream. I asked her if I could get a pass for a couple of days since I was unaware of the expiration. She advised, that they could not let me buy the items until I renewed. I felt discriminated against and as though my purchase was not sufficient enough to allow me to get a pass. Fortunately, a team lead(Jermaine)came over after I took the cake back to say he saw the same thing and allowed me to purchase my items that day. Its just very sad that it took all of that to satisfy the customer. They will not get my membership any longer. Costco may do better with their customers. Sad thing is my Father in-law has been a member since 1974

10 minutes on hold the first time for pick-up order. 12 more minutes waiting on a supervisor. The supervisor was unhelpful and disrespectful and for the customer service representative she need to work on her customer service! I’ll be buying my items elsewhere.
Curbside pickup was fast and efficient. We used the app to order an indicate our arrival. We also called the number indicated on the curbside pickup sign to let them know we were there. Within our order was brought out to our vehicle.
Goast town. Very few customers. 3 self-check in use. Had just been sanitized.
Had to go in quickly and get out quickly the app made that very possible for a quick check out highly recommend this to everyone
One of the older Sams Clubs in the area. It has everything one would expect from a Sams Club, perhaps not all the newer things you see in newer subdivision Sams. Pretty decent over all and the staff that are available have always been very helpful!

This location is my favorite. They always have amazing customer service. In my 5 years of going there I only had 1 problem with 1 employee being rude.

I would be more satisfied if the items they showed in stock on their web site when ordering for pickup were actually in stock. They would make more money in sales and I would be happily.

I just tried to renew my membership. After 18 years as a member I no longer need a premium business membership, so I signed up for a basic. When they pulled up my account, I had $20 in rewards dollars owed to me. When I didn’t renew the Prime membership, the $20 mysteriously disappeared. I’ll be using my Costco membership more often. Their customer service is light years ahead of Sam’s. It will be worth the drive.
Sorry, the store is good, but the way the pickup is being done stinks! The first time I used it, the store couldn’t pull up my order to fulfill the items, and I had to go in and pay for it and wait for them to pull the items. The second time, the APP showed for me to pick up on the wrong day and I waited half way through the time for pickup? and then called. The store informed me that it was the next day. Also, the APP isn’t up to date on what the stores have in stock and I just might as well go into the store to pick up what I need, because I see people walking out of the store with what I want, and the APP says they don’t have it!

This is the only Sams that still requires you to show your membership card to enter. I just really think its an outdated practice. I mean you have to be a member to make a purchase. Not only that, I keep my card on my phone, and with all that is going on with COVID-19, to have to pull my phone out multiple times after touching the cart just doesnt make a lot of sense. The clerks & members are put in an awkward position 6ft was not maintained. The stock of items at this location are always limited as well.
Very convenient and prices are very competitive.
My only problem with clubs like this is that products come and go. When you find something you like it doesnt seem to last long. Even longtime items like strawberry jam is gone(replaced by private label). Other than that we go there 2-5 times per week which hopefully shows how much are like it.We especially like Anna and most of the staff in the pharmacy. Theyre amazing and the main reason we got rid of our Costco card.
