Great place to rent box trailers. Much cheaper than other competitors, U-haul trailers are too small and more expensive. Great staff and Kayla is very understanding.

This is a great place and does great work. I was even rude to them because of an miss understanding about when I needed to use my trailer and they stayed professional and fixed the issue. Since I have apologized and sent them two other people who will never go anywhere else. They are simply great.

I was told by the DMV that I needed an appraisal on my trailer in order to register it. I went to NTT to get it. The cost was $100! When I went back to the DMV, they then told me that I didnt need it. Eddie was nice enough to refund the entire $100. Thats the way business should be done.

Dropped trailer off on a Saturday, got a call by Tuesday that it was ready for pickup. Price was as quoted and trailer was indeed beautifully fixed (I kept blowing fuses on my running lights).Sheila was my main contact and she was kind and professional. A far cry from a similar retailer off 380 that Id dealt with.

I appreciate their honesty and their expertise. I came in searching for new tires and a replacement fender for my aluminum car hauler. The Parts & Service Manager (Mr Luis) took the time to point out how my existing trailer tires and rims were smaller compared to the towing truck tires (and how subsequently, the trailer tires were rotating at a higher speed than the trucks tires). We also discussed replacement fender options. Our conversation did not result in a sale that day, but Mr Luis did earn my appreciation and future business.

I own a landscape business and have bought parts and had service completed here several times. I had a BigTex dump trailer, that they replaced all the major wear points on; hitch, hinges, leaf springs and brakes. The service manager did a great job and the cost was much less than taking it to an independent welder. I have worked with them for almost 3 years and I am very happy with sales and service.

Just went in to pick up some etrack but was greeted and was attended to promptly. I am going to going back to them for my next trailer needs. They also seem to have everything you need so far as hitches/tie downs/etc to fit all trailers. Great place so far.

I was looking for a utility trailer all week I went to four places 3 were very uncomfortable and lieing about how the connection work with a trailer with brakes...just plugged in will work...Didnt feel right ....so I went to NORTH TEXAS TRAILERS....Lewisville...in a was SURPRISE by all in general....Great Costumers service knowledgeable and right prices ....James a was the sale representative great guy easy and friendly...thank you will definitely do more business with North Texas trailers and I highly recommend..

I read some of the reviews saying they are overpriced and that was not my experience at all. I shopped all the trailer stores in North and east tx and these guys were the best by far. They were friendly and I had a good experience here. I would recommend this place.

These guys just refused to do business with me. The owner Eddie Meeks would not return my calls. We had a disagreement about overcharging me on some work that was obviously frivolous and I asked him to reduce my bill. He did and then told his employees not to do any more business with me. This is the type of person that owns this company. He is very prideful and certainly believes he is better than most ppl. Mr. Meeks, you will not get anywhere in this life for long serving yourself over others. We are all humble servants in this world.

The lady that works the front office will try to sell you stuff you dont need and the place is higher in price then anywhere else in town.. My Suggestion?? Shop around before dealing with these people!Did I mention the lady is RUDE??? She Is!!!
