Outstanding customer service! Katie and PJ in the Parts Dept are always on top of it and always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Other shops around DFW need to take notes! This is how a business thrives!

Do yourself a favor and just go here for all your Bobcat needs! Staff is super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Store is clean, and organized. I wish more businesses could be this professional and efficient.

Was told the service call is $220. Agreed to that and was charged another $145 for 20 mins worth of work. The service guy told me the idler pulley was less than a $100 and was charged $345 for it. They never mention any environmental fees either but charge for them as well. Way over priced.

So if you’re not a dealer or have account you have to call local bobcat. I called talked to David told him I needed electrical and hydraulic schematics for my S175 said he’d get back never heard back. Pretty sure he was too lazy to do it, giving he said he would need to get with a technician and then see if they could get the schematics. Giving you’re a BOBCAT company you will have access to all service manuals to all the machine bobcat has. Do your job or find another.

Great service! I went round and round with 15 to 20 parts guys from across the country telling me different things on my 873 and David at the lewisville shop went about and beyond. Reading the fine print in the fine print. He was more helpful as a newbie than any other one person I called. He deserves a raise. Very easy to communicate with. Im a wondering mechanic and will deffinetly be calling him when I need parts next time.

Fast service

Walked in to the parts department and all of them were just staring at me without even offering for help. What kind of customer service is that? Is it really that much of an hassle to ask someone if they need help. I was there to pick up an piece of equipment and it was my first time going here. I guess they assume every person that walks in there knows what they are doing they don’t need offer help.

Staff is pretty friendly and get stuff done pretty fast.

They will over charge you and you have to fight to get you money back when you never agreed to the high prices they just bill to your credit card whatever amount they want. Horrible service they sent me out a bobcat with bald tires and I had to pay to get it switched out they price online is about half what they will actually charge you. Buyer beware
