My family has used Firehouse Movers many times. They are always professional and a great value. This particular move was a downsize. The crew was fantastic at walking through our house to make sure they knew what was going and staying. They took great care with all our things. They left our apartment with everything put together (especially beds and our large sectional couch). Now it’s just unpacking boxes for us. We would recommend them hands down.

I’ve done 10 moves over the pat 15 years. This group is easily in the top 3 movers we’ve ever used. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. They helped unload a Pod, transfer household goods from storage to our house, and willingly accepted an audible to take some items back to storage. They handled all our items like they were their own. Graciously helped rearrange furniture as we were trying to decide where we ultimately wanted something. Very affordable, too! I would use them in a heartbeat if/when we need to move again. Highly recommend!

I hired Firehouse Movers because friends so highly recommended them. Wow, were they right! They showed up on time. They were efficient. They moved me in half the time of previous movers that moved less. They were knowledgeable, knowing exactly how to stack and load the truck eliminating damage. I had a couple of really heavy furniture items, but they worked together and got them up a flight of stairs. I am grateful! I wish I had known about them years ago for my previous moves!

We recently used Firehouse to help us move from the Dallas area to the Galveston area. They provided packing, moving and storage services as part of our move.The overall experience has been very good. They kept in contact before the move, allowed me to tour their storage facility and the team that did our pack out and move was outstanding. Cheers go out to Mark, Pavel and Daniel who were at times literally running from our homes to the truck!We did have an issue on the billing but to their credit they researched the issue and provided a credit that aligned with our pre move expectations.Using a local mover to move hundreds of miles, over 2 days, creates a number of situations that you should research and clarify between you and your mover (not a Firehouse specific topic), so you know what to expect both logistically and financially.

Firehouse movers are AMAZING! The communication from everyone in the company is wonderful. They were amazingly efficient moving us from the first floor of our complex to the third floor of our new one. I would highly recommend anyone moving to hire them! Our crew from Firehouse movers, Marc, Pavel, and Mal, were absolutely amazing! Not only did they wrap everything in blankets, they were polite and MORE than capable of moving some of our solid wood pieces up the stairs without any damage to the pieces or our new home. What I liked about Firehouse Movers and what stood out to me were 1.) They sent a 3 man team. In the Texas heat and a 3rd floor apartment move, a three man team is better than two. Less time to be tired, they were able to strategize and be efficient. 2.) They didnt have to load the truck and instead walked all items from 1 apartment building to the next building as we were moving within the same complex. 3.) They wrapped all of the items needed as well as took care. 4.) They hustled!! They would talk or check in, but they were focused on the task at hand and to knock the move out. 5.) Every person on the team was professional, courteous and enjoyable to work with. This is our second move with Firehouse and I would use them again.

Professional and efficient staff made our move a smooth one, even in some of the coldest weather in Texas. From our first phone call to FM to the last staff member who left our home they were all courteous, friendly and had a positive attitude. The care they took in handling our furniture and belongings was great. Steven specifically showed respect and hustle during all three of our moves within the last nine months. I moved into my two story townhouse and I couldnt get the washer upstairs. I was walking the dog and saw their truck and I asked if they could help me move it upstairs. Three people arrived on time and, after a short briefing to make sure we agreed on what work was going to be done, and the estimated cost. We showed them around the house we were moving from and discussed how the room names were a bit different from the origin rooms. All three men were cordial, professional, and responsive to our questions. We confirmed that the truck was empty. And the estimate we were given a few days earlier? Spot on. One of the most accurate estimates Ive ever seen. Hire them, you wont regret it.

They explained the process of everything very well. They called/ emailed to confirm a week before the move, a few days before and the day before.2. My move was scheduled for 7am in the morning. My movers arrived at 6:45. They assessed my apartment and then began moving. They were very organized and fast.3. Joseph H and his team were pleasant and knew what they were doing. I would recommend his team to everyone. These guys were amazing truly.4. Our move began a 7am and they were done before 12pm. They packed-up my two bedroom apartment and moved it to my new house in no time. ( nothing got damaged )So if your looking for movers, use this company.

WOW! Firehouse Movers is the movers of all movers. We had a 3 man crew (Julio, Sebastian, and Brandon) and they were wonderful! Polite, friendly, worked FAST! They worked great as a team and I’ve never seen a team pack a truck so fast. We had zero damages and they did everything we asked with a “yes ma’am/sir”. Israel, Kendrick and Chris did a great job moving our houseful of furniture to storage while we do some remodeling! They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and got to work right away. We had Rigo, Juan, and Gio move us today from Forney to Tyler. They were OUTSTANDING. We had a bunch of things to get moved and ended up having to get a second unit but they were very fast and efficient. They put extra time and effort trying to make everything fit into one unit without running up the time. Just very professional and nice. I would recommended them 10 out of 10 times. Also very affordable.

Hired firehouse movers to pack and load for an out of state move. We were told that it would take two days to complete the job. The packers arrived on time Day one but left without completing the job. They assured us that they would finish packing the next day (higher rate as it was billed as loading time). My wife and I decided to pack through the night as we felt that it was physically impossible for them to finish packing and get everything loaded into our pods the next day (tight timeline). Thank goodness we did. They finished loading the next day late in the afternoon/evening. Early in the day we ran out of moving blankets so I rented some from uhaul. Rather than use the blankets that I provided they opted to use their paper furniture wraps (despite my insistence), which we were charged for. When the pods arrived my 4K refrigerator had a large dent/scratch because the paper was not sufficient protection. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Fantastic! Move was seamless. Friendly. We had a valve for washing machine that started leaking. They helped turn off the water (had the tools), even had caps to seal off the valve. We had a piece of furniture too big for our new place, they hauled to the dumpster. These extra services they did not charge for. Consumate professionals. Went above and beyond. Wanted our experience to be great, and it was. Highly recommend.

These folks were very responsive, accurate, hard working, and diligent. From the booking we got several emails and phone calls leading up to the move to ensure we were prepared; the two trucks arrived on-time and they were friendly, considerate, clean, and VERY hard working! They moved a 5,000 sq ft house into the trucks in less than 3 hours! Nothing major broken (prob our packing fault) and no nicks or scratches. They documented everything and communicated very well. Would definitely use them again and rec to anyone!

Mikayla the coordinator was SO helpful as my container didnt show up on time. She was able to delay the movers arrival time. I was literally in tears and she was calming. The movers were great and did a respectful job, working hard. I had hired 3 and only 2 came but they did their best. this is my 2nd time using them and would recommend to anyone!

The guys came in and looked at what needed to be packed, and got right to work and didnt stop. We got them some lunch and they sat and ate quickly and then got right back to work. The day of the move they worked just as efficiently and showed great patience as they brought items in and we sometimes had to think about where it needed to go. They took great care to avoid walls and door jams when moving in items, and were careful with our belongings. Would have given it 5 stars, but for one thing. Our contract stated that items in the attic would be moved as long as they werent liable for damages. However, the movers stated that they would not move anything from the attic regardless as their policy had changed, so I had to wind up getting the items down myself and handing them to the movers. There was a lack of communication here which definitely inconvenienced us. Otherwise, these guys are great!

The excellent service started with my first call, they were friendly and professional. The estimate I received was accurate. The movers carefully wrapped all of our furniture to ensure it was not damaged & worked quickly moving our furniture while carefully placing everything so it would fit in the POD. The only thing I wish had been done differently was when I called for my estimate appointment and informed them I would be renting a POD they failed to tell me Firehouse Movers offered them as well. I did not find out until they came out to give the estimate and had already rented the POD. The movers mentioned this as well. I would have loved to have been able to do everything through one company.

I was nervous about using a moving company. I choose Fire House Movers because I kept hearing their advertisement on my radio station. Brittany truly listened to my needs when i called. Brittany made her recommendations. I was hesitant but accepted. I loved the inspection sheet the emailed to me. They followed up and did everything to assure me that they would do their very best. Move day, the guys were there by 7:10. I bought donuts for them but they thanked me and just started working after explaining what i could expect from them. They inspected my apartment and started working. I LOVE the containers that they use for the holds Single items. Great idea. That was my job. They were polite, fast and extremely careful with my furniture. When we got to my new apartment which was on the 3rd floor. They jumped right into work mood. Brandon would always tell me..We got you!! And they truly did. Those guys worked great together, great team work and fast. They watched out for each other to make sure the other person was ok. They were the best three guys to have on your side. I recommend this company hands down! They are honest, polite, and they truly to do their very best to make you happy. The Firehouse Movers provided a call ahead and arrived on time. I was expecting it to take longer because they are hourly. But they came in and moved professionally and safely. I was impressed with their speed, and how they took care to prevent damage to our furniture. They also followed up once the items were in storage. Lastly, instead of not speaking, they asked how we were doing during the move, a nice personal touch. When they moved our belongings back in, it was the same professional and safe service as the first move. Highly recommend.
