I have been waiting since December to have my drain field lines replaced. Utilities have been marked by UCIS, twice now, and permits have long since been issued by the Department of Public Health. Each time I have called to inquire as to when the project can begin, I get the impression that Frank has absolutely no idea who I am, much less the nature of the work that needs to be completed. I explained that the problem had worsened over the last 5 months and, once again, asked for an ETA. I was told that an ETA could not be provided, as “someone else could have a more urgent situation.” Finally, about two weeks later, Frank said that his company would not be able to complete the project due to high workload. I can appreciate that weather may have been a small contributing factor to the various delays, but, if projects were being completed on a “first come, first served” basis, I am reasonably confident that mine would have been well underway months ago. It seems likely that Frank has been prioritizing more lucrative jobs, such as new system installations, over maintenance and repair work, which would be fine if he had been upfront about his workload from the start, as opposed to keeping me on the back burner for 5 months. This is certainly no way to conduct business.
Great company
