They repaired my wifes and my sons cowboy boots flawlessly! This is a wonderful place to go if you need a cobbler for any type of shoe repair. Phenomenal quality and expertise in the craft of re-soling and redoing shoe heels. I recently had them revitalize two pairs of dress shoes, and the quality of the leather soles, and how well the finished product(s) were provided was beyond compare. Although Ive moved out of state and out of the Lewisville-Flower Mound area,...I still take my shoes to them for repairs and revitalization! Unbeatable attention to detail.

Brought my $350 Gucci belt here to have it adjusted ( I know I know... I know what you’re thinking ) and they gave it back all scuffed up. Very disappointed.

Very high quality repair - Brought in a 26 year old old pair of Lucchese full quill ostrich for resole, sole saver and heel caps. I was very concerned about keeping the look of the boots, as they are the classic old school style and completely hand made - they are a bit of a prized possession for me. I opted to go with half sole replacement to keep the double row lemon wood pegs. The finished product was stunning! The boots looked showroom new. Beautiful stitching and trim and the finish was first class. Ive had boot work done at several other places over the last 30 years, but nothing Ive seen heretofore approaches this level of craftsmanship. Took about 3-4 days and I am more than satisfied. I hope they pass along their skills to the next generation - they have made me a customer for life!

Great bunch of guys never experienced such great craftsmanship had them resole a pair of western boots for me where they actually got rid of the neoprene sols and replaced with leather soles had these boots for 15 years and its like having a new pair of boots. Someday hopefully ill be able to afford a custom pair of exotic elephant skin boots

We came here because it seemed like a good place, we ended up with custom boots that are not wearable, do not look like the photo we showed him we wanted. The owner would not correct or remake. He has our money and the boots and we have no resolution. We will be contacting the BBB

Horrible experience having custom boots. We are out almost $500 and no boots, he wont correct the problem. The boots do not look like the photo shown and now fighting to get our money back. We dont even have the boots!

I just had the most wonderful experience here! I brought them a pair of 8 year old boots that were literally the only pair of shoes I wore for 2 years straight to get them resoled. They went above and beyond and now you’d never know how many miles these precious boots have walked! The new soles look and feel fantastic and they patched up the worn holes in the toes while they were at it too. Not only that, but they also put in new insoles and polished them up for me. I was blown away by the difference in my boots when I picked them up. All in only 2 days too! They were fairly reasonably priced as well and were well worth every penny for all the future use I can now continue to get from my beloved boots. Lewisville Boots really went above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough.

Great costumer service and great craftsmanship

I would have left a zero star if there was one. Over a year and a half ago I took a buffalo Hyde in for the his guy to make me a pair of boots. About six months later I call and check on the progress. He said they just finished the tops. Another 4 or 5 months I call to check on progress and he told me I never left a deposit with him. I paid a $250 deposit and left. Five months later I called and he said the boots were ready. I went up there and tried the boots on and they were way to big. I also notice the Hyde on each boot did not match. The pair looked like two totally different boots. He was mad I didn’t like them but said he would fix them. Four months later no calls at all so I went up there to get my deposit back. He shorted me $35.00 off of a $250. Deposit. Will never do business with this place ever.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME, MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS BEEN TAKING BOOTS AND PURSES HERE FOR YEARS. I JUST HAD SOLES REPLACED ON MY BOOTS AS WELL AS THE HEEL FIXED AND THEY ADDED A METAL PLATE FOR NOISE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY BUSINESS

The best place to get your boots fixed...and fast turn around too. Had a harness strap to be fixed and new heels put on a pair of boots. Excellent work. Been using them for boot repairs for years.
