Easy to locate off I-35 in Lewisville, this customer-centric business is lead by veteran owner Bob, who took the time to deliver outstanding service. He spent close to 2 hours helping me reassemble the lamp I had picked apart and which I had no idea how to make function again. When he was finished – it was a thing of beauty!This was my 1st visit to A to T Lamps Inc. and I noticed each and every customer, whether new or old was treated with respect and a level of appreciation not seen in many establishments today. Every team member was asking customers questions to ensure their need were properly addressed. They obviously care.This business is worth a trip for your commercial or residential lighting needs. Hats off to Bob, Mike, Dave and Tim. You guys ROCK!!!!

Great owner very helpful. I have been coming here for years they are great can always find what you need no matter how rare it is. We switched over all of our lights over to LEDs a few years back. Some of the original ones we did have issues with but this guy stands behind his products and has actually helped us out with some exchanges as well. I actually was referred to them by Home Depot whenever I found some rare lights in my house and have been coming here for many many years. I highly recommend using them for your lighting needs and the guy who works here is an expert and you should use his knowledge when you have issues because he has probably encountered the issue in the past

A to T Lamps far exceeded my expectations! I dropped off a favorite lamp to have it looked at to determine the problem, and the nice, helpful employee said Its probably just the socket. They were backlogged, but they stopped what they were doing and changed it out while I waited! I will definitely be back and their prices are very reasonable. Excellent service.

I was searching for a simple replacement ballast for a kitchen light fixture and none of the big chain home improvement stores carried it. Luckily, I was referred to A to T Lamps and was able to confirm over the phone that they had the right ballast in stock. I received excellent customer service when in the store and their team recommended an alternative solution to replacing the ballast, which was installing an LED bulb that had an integrated ballast. This kind of customer service is why small businesses are great! Their recommendation saved me some money and I have a more reliable setup now. Ill definitely be back.

I rarely review places based off one visit, but this is an exception. I love places that greet you when you walk in and ask if they can help you and then proceed to ACTUALLY help you. Bob helped us immediately and talked through what we needed to find the best (and cheapest) solution for us. It probably wasnt much to him, but stellar customer service means a lot to us. If we ever need lighting solutions/changes/upgrades well definitely be checking here first.

Its a great place to go as long as you know what your looking for. Everything is in boxes stacked to the cieling and scattered everywhere, kinda funny. But lots of great stuff to uncover. I love industrial and commercial light options for my home and this place has that. And they will cover you if anything doesnt work for you or it breaks.

Good place, reminds you of an old-time hardware store, the man who runs the place is always there and always happy to help you.Also to answer one of the previous questions about is it open and regarding why cant she email the shop. Well… Its just not that kind of place he is open 6 days a week and he is always there but Im not sure of his computer savvy.

Was directed to this place by a Home Depot employee when looking for speciality bulbs 7months ago. They have every bulb imaginable. Thats nothing compared to the prices. Cheaper then Amazon so far. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable go out of there way to ensure you are getting the right priduct. This is a hidden gem that i wish i found years ago. One of the best shopping experiences ever!!! I only buy bulbs from these guys, you should as well.

I came in here looking for edison bulbs. The store is an absolute disaster. Bulbs were randomly thrown on the shelves with no organization system whatsoever. The inside of my garage looks better than this.Not a single bulb had prices on them and the employees didnt even know the prices.I found a random edison bulb on a shelf next to a sign that said more edison bulbs are in the SW Corner. Another shelf had a single edison bulb with a sign saying there are vintage bulbs upstairs. Like trying to get out of an escape room.So I went upstairs like the sign said and some crazy old man rudely demanded to know why I was upstairs. I told him the sign pointed up there for vintage bulbs and he said there is no such sign and then made me show him the sign.At this point I felt uncomfortable in the store but showed the old man the sign and he looked at it and laughed and blamed some other employee for putting up a wrong sign. He then went to help another customer without telling me where the edison bulbs are, so I left

Bob is an awesome guy that really takes his time whether your buying $2500 system or one lightbulb. Rarely do I find someone doing business the right way anymore and I will buy all my lighting needs as long as this guy is around.
