The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to the issue that brought me to the store. I was able to get my replacement equipment and returned the equipment I had issues with within 5 to 10 minutes. Hows able to completes the task I want to the Spectrum store for very quickly and was and when I get back home, hook up my replacement equipment, and get everything up and running within minutes. Very fortunate that the Spectrum store is only a 7 minute drive from my residence.
Elderly parents moved to the area and now have Spectrum. I went in to chat with staff, and they were amazingly helpful. Found all the info I needed for my parents to help them get up and running for their new place and location.
Worst customer service service ever!The workers are very rude. We came to add 2 new lines for our business account, the lady that was in there had a rude attitude! She was screaming, talking loud and was arguing with us. We left the store very disappointed and went to a different store.

Always random disconnects and unexplained problems where one app doesnt work, but if you reset your modem, now it works fine. Once was told it was because they needed to increase the brightness of the fiber optics in their infrastructure. As a certified fiber optics technician, thats offensive: if youre losing signal strength, its more likely there are problems with your lines that you need to go find and fix. Barely good enough internet that I dont cancel my service. They are responsive, usually, to my service requests, but I feel they have over-subscribed and also that they are not wanting to take the time to do good signal strength testing end-to-end. Not talking about fiber to my home: thats not what they sell. Im talking about their fiber optic infrastructure from their central hub out to the neighborhoods (most likely they have fiber-to-the-neighborhood topography).So if you get spectrum, be sure to get a timer from Walmart so you can have the modem reset at the same time every night. (Like just pull up one small slice on the timer.) Youre going to need to do this.Their customer service is fine, just that someone (probably their engineers) is probably feeding their phone service reps bogus explanations for the problems you face (as stated above).
Dont get spectrum services if you want reliable service. Also be aware. They will lie right to your face.

There are “planned outages ” every week with NO warning. The customer service team never know anything you can clearly tell they’re reading a script. Waste of time a money

Literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever had. Connection is usually slow/spotty. They raised my bill by $20 without any other notice except for a small section on the last bill before they charged the new price. Now I’m paying $70 for basic internet - no cable, no phone, just internet. Unfortunately, I’m unable to switch to a different provider as it seems Spectrum is in some kind of contract with my apartment complex 🙄
During the recent snow storm, we had 3 days of rolling blackouts and Every. Single. Time. My cable and internet came right back up with my power so I could get right back to work until the next rolling blackout. I had an awful experience with Frontier that drove me to Spectrum but now I am a faithful and happy Spectrum customer!!
Terrible staff and service. Increased my bill more than 50%, called to cancel, got different messages from different reps, they are not on the same page. Tried to offer a deal to stay but too late. Already switched. They also sneak in some new rules to collect more money from you without letting you know. Says it’s on your bill, small print, and everyone has time to sit and read every word on their bill page to page. Such a scam. It’s a shame they monopolize the market. We really need new internet provider options. Negative star if I could.
Service was... surprisingly good for an ISP. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and swapped my hardware out immediately.
Very easy to make an appointment, located on convenient locations, very fast support. Nice employees. I went there to return a Router, and it was taken care of within 2 minutes. I rather go to Spectrum location than waiting on the phone for 40 minutes usually.
Your bill continues to go up while your service is more often down than up. Spectrum is always intermittent but than also has complete outages for several hours. We get repair to come out, it works for a few hours then off again. How is one supposed to run a business from home?

Spectrum is absolutely terrible. I’ve barely had service for the past three weeks. I’m moving at the end of this week and when I called to cancel my service I mentioned that I’ve been having a lot of trouble keeping my internet connection. The person on the other end of the line acted like she couldn’t care less. If you have a choice among providers, DO NOT go with Spectrum.

“Spectrum Network (Wifi)” is terrible in 2241 S State HWY 121 BUS, Lewisville TX 75067!! I have lived here for two years using Spectrum as I dont have any other option for internet. I have complained multiple times with techinicians coming home to check connectivity, still there was never a change. Wifi is horrible, all the time buffering and re-connecting. This is seriously bad. I used 200mbps just for one laptop,phone and TV and with only these many gadgets imagine your video call buffering :/ . That is the speed of spectrum wifi in lewsiville.Zero star!!!
This location has good customer service. Although it wasnt busy, the process took an hour or so. Guess this is because I got a new phone. I would suggest not going on the weekends though.

Erick and Tametra were all that! They held my hand and gently guided me away from the high cost of Sprint. Sprint has had their foot in my neck for years, I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and they couldn’t lower my bill. I heard of Spectrum’s cell phone service but I was skeptical but Erick sold me! He also set my phone up, told about other features with my cable service I didn’t know about and sent me on my way! I am so happy to be set free from the ball and chain of Sprint! Thanks to the staff at Spectrum in Lewisville!
Impressive! Jeff goes above and beyond to get your service right. He should be awarded Employee of the Year for the time and effort he put into resolving a complex issue with my mobile account. He is very courteous, helpful and hard working. I pray he gets LOTS of easy sales after what he went through on my behalf!
It was not a good one the young lady working there was in the store by herself instead of trying to help me she kept putting it on cuz other people is not at work that is not a good way to do business no matter whos there and I dont not that beautiful person at work you should help the person that needed me help
I had a fantastic experience at this location today. A gentleman by the name of Dom was very helpful and took time to make sure that I got a scheduled appointment for my internet install done as well as a phone I purchased for my daughter’s Christmas present. He walked me through the process and pricing with the help of one of his managers by the name of Tametra. They made my experience a great one. I do suggest if you go to the Lewisville store, ask for one of them. I have no experience thus far with the internet or mobile service, but if its anywhere close to the customer experience I had today in their store, I’m sure I will be glad I’m switching.David
Spectrum makes numerous robocalls and uses real peoples and real businesss names and phone numbers for the caller IDs. This policy is illegal in several states. And when selecting 9 to no longer receive calls, it just increases the calls. Bad policy and not likely to get people to change to its service.

Cant get anything accomplished. Simply trying to transfer my services to new address. Have been trying for 2 days now and cant get anyone who will help. Was on the phone and transferred 5 times only to be hung up on AFTER being on hold for close to an hour. Very mad at this point.

I came in to spectrum Lewisville and I must say my girl Mwangala help me to right package. I was worried about the price but after Mwangalas expertise, I was able to get price and service the way I wanted. She was patient, friendly and well inform. 5 stars all the way!!!

Absolute life savers. Jorge helped me out and saved me a major headache in the process of transferring my service. The whole staff was very helpful and nice, when having to deal with the pains of moving and transferring utilities this store was wonderful and I could not recommend them more.
I came in July 2nd to cancel my home phone and tv service, since my promotion ended and prices went over 200/mo. I did end up keeping my internet. I had a good experience overall as far as customer service goes. Tametra and Lexi were very helpful in returning my tv box top and adjusting my new billing.
Spectrum prices keep accelerating. They are so behind other providers. Can only record2 shows at a time. No voice commands. No sport score lookups. Hard to navigate. Constantly freezes when navigating. Yet, they charge more than others. Nice.
Went to turn in some equipment for my home internet that I didn’t need. After turning in the equipment they stopped internet service on my account. When I went to activate Internet service at my residence the next day, no service was available on my account. I had to call spectrum again to sign up for internet (starting from the beginning) :-(
IF I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER I WOULD AVOID THIS CABLE COMPANY. THERE INTERNET IS SLOW, I HAD TO GET A BOOSTER PLUS DOUBLE MY SPEED AN THE INTERNET WAS STILL SLOW. THE CABLE BOXES WILL NEED TO BE REBOOTED MULTIPLE TIMES A MONTH AND YOUR BILL WILL SPIKE FOR NO REASON. JUST TURNED IN MY EQUIPMENT TODAY AND WAS INFORMED EVEN IF YOU USE 1 DAY OF SERVICE YOU WILL BE BILLED A FULL MONTH WITH NO PRORATIONS. JUST FOUND THIS OUT TODAY SO THEY WILL DO STUFF LIKE THIS WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU SMH. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS....

I was very impressed, I was in and out within 5 minutes, had to pick up my new equipment install kit and she instructed me and showed me important points, showroom was clean and everything on display, was surprised to find out that Spectrum now carries cellphones, I did not know that they had broadened their lines to include them, staff were very polite and friendly and answered all my questions, glad to be back with Spectrum.

I went back looks like they got a different crew. Extremely unhelpful. Couldnt seem to figure out how to get the phone activated in-store so they ordered two phones which was only supposed to be one. Tried to return a phone back to them and they wouldnt take it. Now they say I have to ship it back on my own dime..
Terrible customer service!!! Didnt care to help. One employee just sat on her phone the whole time and didnt care, pushed everything onto the other two employees when only one was actually doing something. Just was very rude and unprofessional. Wont be back!

THIS IS SPECTRUM AS A COMPANY, Not specifically the lewisville branch.They have the worst billing policy. They require you to pay your bill in full 12 days into the month. Then they charge $10 late fees when you pay at the end of your actual month of your service.Dont waste your time calling their call center(They are representatives not customer care agents. They dont care about customers), they swear by the policy, like its a normal thing. First time I have ever encountered this billing policy to levy extra revenue from customers.Bandwidth is sketchy at times in apartment complex. Must be a DSL (Shared connection)Such a clown show!

I went there to have my home phone turned off. A week later it is still ringing. I clerk keep trying to get me add my cell phone to stectrum. No way will I do that!
When researching internet companies I specifically asked what the first bill would be totaled with all charges fees taxes Etc included. When I called to begin service the accounts Department also denied any additional fee or hidden costs besides the base internet rate. The service center with Spectrum also reported only the base cost of the internet for the first bill and failed to mention the self connection fee and no Im not joking that is exactly what it appears as in the bill. They literally charge you ten bucks for using your own equipment and doing the connection yourself. I called them immediately after seeing this on the same day of setup and they reported this is a standard charge that they cannot (will not) waive.
No customer service
If you are turning in a modem make sure you get a receipt. I turned mine in a month ago and they didnt mark it down correctly. As a result, I got my texts and phone calls threatening more fees. As a result, I had to reactivate my account (and of course pay another fee).

Ordered online to pick up my new internet bundle. Spent 30 minutes waiting in line just to be told they dont have any modems in stock to sell us. Just stared at us blankly until we said we would go elsewhere for service.Dont waste your time, they dont know what theyre doing.

I will start by saying I would rate their service 0 stars or even negative if possible. Their home internet is absolutely terrible.... I cant even watch a 30 minute show without the internet going out and this happens on a daily basis. Pretty much we pay $60 a month for garbage..... Absolutely the WORST INTERNET I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Should be free for how bad it is. Would totally switch providers if possible, but Spectrums god awful service is the only one available. So Im forced to pay for some 3rd world internet service, that doesnt seem right?
Very clean, knowledgeable staff, this new location is easier than the old Valwood location. But there was only 2 on staff there this morning at 11am....so it was slow. No chairs to sit for elderly, infirmed.

Internet goes out about once a month. Prices are HIGH after the first year. I have been with them for 5 years and the price creeps up every year. Right now me and my neighbors internet and cable is out, they cant tell me why. They said they Cant have tsend out a technician until tomorrow. I told her I work from home and can not wait til tomorrow. I called at 7 in the morning!!!! How do they have no technicians until the morning??? I asked to talk to a manager and they said that none were available til after 11.Wow. Lol. So I have to find somewhere to be able to work. I pay $200 a month for internet and cable and I have NO movie channels or anything special...and theyre just gonna leave me stuck out of service for that long. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
