Honestly, all of the positive reviews I read are spot on, especially the ones involving Amber. I knew that I wanted laser hair removal, but I am a very anxious human being to begin with and the idea of going to a new place and receiving an unfamiliar procedure was very intimidating for me. From my first consultation to now, Amber has literally made it all feel like a breeze. She is clearly knowledgeable (as she has answered all 1000 of my questions) and has been super easy to talk to. Will always recommend her and/or this business to anyone.

I bought a groupon online for a Brazilian originally, and I ended up getting laser hair removal for my underarms added to my service after I met with Amber for my consultation. Amber was awesome and super fast! I was always in and out within 10-15 minutes. Amber was super easy to talk to and she made an awkward situation into a very comfortable one. I will say to go ahead and skip on the groupon because she does price match those prices, and shes always having deals as well! I would definitely come back or recommend this place to anyone whos near the area.

Stop waxing and save yourself some time and money. I invested in laser hair removal treatments back in December. I have had 3 sessions to date and they have be wonderful each time. All of my sessions have been at the Lewisville location. The facility is clean and my technician Amber is knowledgeable and efficient! I used to sweat bullets on a waxing table. At ultimate image am literally in and out in 15 minutes (Under Arms, Ab Line, Brazilian). My ingrowns are so rare, and if they do develop the hair literally pops out upon removal. Invest in yourself sis. Its worth the money.

Unprofessional, unethical customer experience dealing with Mia. This company as a whole needs inclusion and diversity training. They are extremely fake and disrespectful. They also talk badly about customers behind their back. It’s like the mean girls club. Like a pack of wolves. I don’t want to ever step foot at any of their locations again. Very childish, distasteful social behaviors. I purchased an at home laser IPL, by lux co I wish I would’ve known about this 4 years ago, would’ve saved hundreds of dollars and unnecessarily exposing myself to toxic people.

I am about to have my third visit here for laser hair removal for underarm and Brazilian bikini. My first time ever having this done and boy did they sell! My husband told me about a Groupon and that they would honor the Groupon if you didnt purchase. No joke I pad less than $400 for 6 sessions for both my services. I ended up getting both the new client special and the Groupon special. Awesome! I can already see amazing results and the staff is great about letting you know what to expect. I have already sent two people their way!

I do not recommend this place to any one. One lady, might be Amber is really passive aggressive on selling all the package and if you dont buy it she will show attitude. I personally think she pretty rude compare to Plano location.

The experience was a little rocky with the laser machine being really finicky and I was about to be sent home with only the front of my legs done which was a little upsetting because of my limited schedule and the spas limited openings but Laura was soooo nice and really tried multiple things to get the laser working again which she managed to do and powered through the rest of my session and I think I would definitely recommend her specifically to a friend
