This group has excellent customer service. The staff are knowledgeable about the equipment, fitting you to what you need. My go to rental place.

Yard guy doesnt care on a Friday afternoon. Left me waiting on a receipt. Had to get another yard guy to help. Poor customer service. If I rent a piece of equipment, I expect a receipt. Instead i get ignored. Manager needs to either retrain or get better help. Im not impressed.

Rented a chainsaw was told just need a credit card on file. We told them we were going to pay in cash. When we went to return was told cant pay in cash nor could we change thehold credit card to pay with another one. Never was told any of this and will never rent here again. They need to be upfront with people and let them know up front this hold card is whats going to be charged.

Made a call few days back and had the pleasure of speaking with Ben regarding purchase of a skid steer. Some of the best response from start and incredibly helpful for several days of questions. Tested the skid yesterday and very pleased with only one issue that they addressing. Met with Sarge next and more than pleased with deal we made, great guy. They provided service logs and I spoke with on site mechanic as an added bonus. I have been looking at skids for 6 weeks and NO OTHER avenue went so far to work with me. I will make the extra drive past so other locations for equipment rental and purchase in the future.

We have rented from other companies in the past. This year we tried Sunbelt. We rented a utility vehicle for a week. It overheated within the first hour of use. Sunbelt in Lewisville,Texas has horrible customer service. After daily phone calls and even a tech coming out to assess the problem we were told yea, its broke and we will send a replacement tomorrow. It never came. We called and were told a replacement would not be sent. Our vacation was dependent on that utility vehicle to move people and items around. It was very frustrating and definitely not as relaxing and enjoyable as it could have been with a working vehicle that we expected to have.On return the manager said sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. It would be the same at any other rental company. Are you kidding me... How is that for customer service? We lugged the vehicle on a trailer, waisted a lot of gas for it and to the manager its no big deal! They did provide a refund but offered nothing else for our gas and lack of satisfactory equipment. We will NEVER rent from Sunbelt again. Well go back to the small companies that actually care about their products and their customers

I have used Sun Belt off and on in the DFW Metroplex and this location in Lewisville is by far the best! EVERYONE I spoke with was amazing! They helped me out in a pinch and was very willing to work with me each time I threw a wrench in our plan. They were all very friendly and didnt make me feel like I was being an inconvenience, which I was being, but they didnt make me feel like it. I would recommend using this location in a heartbeat! Thanks for the excellent customer service guys!!

Always have what I need

Great place to rent. Only takes an hour to pick up something.bs safety chk, paperwork, bad about letting things go on rent without full tank of fuel. But its ok, they only want $9 a gallon to fill it after you return it. Seems legit...

I have used this store numerous times for over five years and never had a negative experience. They have always had the equipment I requested ready and have been helpful with any questions posed.
