My stylist Kayla was is a well trained hair artist. Extremely reasonable . I would have paid triple!

Thought I could use a hair cut today. Called at 10am. Was told they could get me in at 12. Walked in at 12 sharp. And was told that there was two in front of me. Why would I make an appointment for 12 and still be out at the back of the line. Hair cuts have been so so every time anyway.

It will shrink up more than you think it will when it driesSo ...yep... WAY TOO SHORT. Barely touches my shoulder.Wont go back. I dont want my money back. I want my hair back, but thats not possible. Heed the warnings, people.

Very friendly people but all of their staff keeps changing so you cant get used to one person cutting your hair. Annoying. Good prices though. Short wait times lately. Good hours. Their people are very knowledgable about their products.

This is the only place that can get my husbands haircut right. His is a very specific style and this was the only place that could do it. When i was getting a graduated bob haircut, they did such a great job! We continue to go here whenever the hubbys hair gets too long

I came here for a haircut before Christmas. The lady Maria who cut my hair was very sweet and did a good job. However there was a tall skinny older lady with short Gray hair who is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Maria cut some hair off and then asked if it was short enough and I said no Id like to go shorter. The Gray lady came over and basically accused me of trying to get two haircuts in a one. EXCUSE ME!? I wasnt doing anything complicated, just a simple cut. My hair is very thin and doesnt take long to cut. She was incredibly disrespectful to me in front of everyone else in the salon. Worst experience at a salon ever. Will never go back.

Came here at 5 am in the morning to get a beer and no bar was available. Won’t be back again. I will be back next time and better expect and bar to have beer- George Diane

I went into see Melissa at Supercuts on Main Street in Lewisville Looked and felt like an ugly duckling.Melissa did her magic somehow or another with Melissa turned me into a Swan I would encourage anybody to go ahead and let her do your hair I had my hair highlighted and cut today and it was totally amazing thank you so much Melissa for always taking such good care of me God bless you and I’ll see you in five weeks

Dont go here. The girl completely ignored what I said and did what she wanted. There are many many other places that are better. But if you must go here stay away from the chubby white girl.

My son has been here three times now and Shannon has done an outstanding job on all visits. My son does not like to see his hair on the front of him during his hair cut. Nor does he like it to touch his face. He cannot stand a mess. In fact, he has left in tears from other establishments never wanting a hair cut again! Shannon takes time to understand his needs and does an outstanding job of making him feel relaxed. No one else has been able to accomplish this in the past. Looks like she has his trust so we will keep coming back.

Shannon is amazing! Shes my go to stylist when it comes to cutting my hair, super friendly and always does a great job, I highly recommend booking with her! I recently had an incident where I received a haircut that was a bit janky, went in the next day and Shannon fixed it right up! I learned my lesson!

I called and explained I was on a time constraint and they booked me for an appointment time they could not honor and after waiting for 10 min the manager came to explain how much longer I had to wait!

Shannon was the only person I let cut my hair but she is hardly ever there. Whats really annoying is when you call to make an appointment they always say call back in couple hours so they can see where they are with the schedules. Heck I thought that was the point in making an appointment so they could schedule it. Found new place to get haircut and its cheaper and better.

My husband and boys usually come here to get their haircuts ( we have been coming here 3 + yrs) but after the incident today we wont be going back. When the stylist Alex was done and we were paying my boys ages 6 & 7 asked for a dumdum lollipop like they usually do and its never been a problem they cost about 10 cents really. Well she proceeds to tell them that they cant have a lollipop because they didnt get haircuts & next time when they come and get haircuts they can have a lollipop. No other stylist has ever had a problem giving them a lollipop. They walked to the car crying. I am so upset right now just on the principle that good customer service should be for all the family not just the person getting a hair cut. Well we wont be going back and they lost not 1 but 3 customers over 2 dumdum lollipops. Ridiculous .

Went for a trim. What a disappointment went to straighten my hair and the supposed layer face framing are all uneven. One side shorter then the other. Looks like a kid cut my hair. Guess u get what u pay for.

Cost too much for a hair cut!!!

I went to get highlights in my hair which they messed up pretty bad. I had three different people trying to fix it and still not right. I was still charged $50. I spoke with Martina the next morning, to see if I can get a refund on my money and had a very bad attitude. She told me I had to wait to talk to a manager until she returned from vacation in 14 days.

These people can not cut hair, Ray Charles can do a better job.

The lady who was cutting my hairs had weird bangs that covered her eyes and clearly did not do what I wanted. This place is understaffed too. She would go numerous times to sign others in while cutting my hair. And they are rude too.

Not enough people working on weekends and long wait time for a $6.00 haircut that costs $20.00

Sadly Shannon is no longer @ Supercuts Lewisville. Anyone have an idea where she will be working at?
