I left my 2003 Silverado for several items to check out and let me know what needed to be repaired. Brakes, rotors and parking brakes on rear, rack and pinion replaced for front steering and front end aligned. I took it in one day and it was ready the next. They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need just to make more money. THANKS so much!!!!

This is the sole place I have found since moving to the area that I would trust sending anyone I know to and guaranteeing they wont get taken advantage of.I have never been up sold or misled into higher pricing. Ive recommended Redmons to friends and family because its so rare to find an honest shop that will do good work. Theyve never tried to upsell me and have always done exactly what I asked.Im restoring an 85 Toyota Pick Up that Ive owned since brand new. theyve done deep engine work and are replacing the transmission as I write. Parts are hard to find sometimes, but whenever they need a part we didnt know about, theyve always notified me and kept me aware instead of just charging me for work I didnt approve.All in all, Redmons is a GOOD mechanic shop. Id never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had my car looked at today I had just put a new battery in on Monday and then on Tuesday afternoon on the way home from Irving to Lewisville and it started dying when i slowed downed, when I tried to turn and I was afraid I was going to have an accident. So I called them and they told me bring it in at 8am and leave it they would give me a lift by home and call me when it was fixed. So later in the day I got a call they picked me up all it well. The Throttle body was all gummed up they cleaned it and when I started to get in my car I also noticed they vacuumed the the floor boards and I mean they were clean as a whistle. The folks were super nice, very helpful and knew what they were doing. I now have a place I feel that will treat me right and my car and do it all for a fair price....what more can anyone ask for right? Thank you gentleman for taking such good car of me and my car. We will be back thats for sure. Total cost for my visit $85.00 so again yes I am a happy camper!

Redmons has worked on our cars for years. They do great work and never try to cheat us or sell us more than we need. They are very reasonable, friendly and knowledgeable and will go beyond what it takes to keep you happy. Also if they dont have a part needed they will order it and still do the work. These guys stand by their warranty. Took truck back in after 2 months when the A/C that they originally repaired quit working. The Orifice tube came loose on the AC. They replaced the tube and the orifice. No charge for this!! Great place.

In our one experience they failed us. We brought in our car after another shop did a front brake job that resulted in badly squeaking brakes with no resolution. Redmons said the problem was the rotor surface, which they worked on. But soon the squeal returned and Redmons could not turn around a second attempt quickly, so I took it to Brakes Plus in Lewisville. The mechanic there took me to the car to show me that the problem was obvious: the original job used the wrong size pads--too big. He also couldnt believe Redmons didnt spot this. There also seemed to be a lack of evidence that Redmons did much to the rotor surface. Brakes Plus put the right sized pad on and the problem is solved. They also gave me the pads to take back to the original shop if I wanted to try to get my money back, though I probably will just move on. But I lost respect for Redmons.

Allen and Barney are the best!! They have taken care of all my cars for over 20 years.

Their driver is very aggressive. He cut me off in traffic three times this morning. He used the far right shoulder for a passing lane. He proceeded to give me the finger everytime he cut me off. Not very smart to drive this way, with the company name all over the truck, if you ask me.

My 2nd time to use Redmons Car Clinic. They took care of the repairs on my Tundra on-time for the agreed on price. I highly recommend to others.

Ive been a customer for years and keep brining my cars back. If they say the work needs to be done, I trust them. For instance, when my brakes made noise, I expected all four would be replaced. Turns out, only two needed replacing. Same thing with struts on another visit. I dont feel Im being up-charged and laundry listed like other repair shops. Theyre awesome and never had to bring it back for re-work.

I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. They are very honest and caring.

It might not look like a nice place, but it is the best shop around. THE ONLY ONE that wont try to rip you off too. Im a car guy, and could always tell when someone was trying to rip me off.One time, a nice shop in Flower Mound told me it would cost $3500 to fix my 300ZXs brakes and electrical problems. They said the calipers were super rare (You can actually buy them at AutoZone), and the entire electrical harness in the car needed to be replaced. I took it to Redmons, and they noticed the front calipers were on the wrong sides. Swapped them to the correct sides and the problem was fixed. Cost = $0. Then the electrical problem was 4 bad electrical plugs. Spliced in 4 new plugs, and the problem was fixed. Cost = $40. $3500 vs $40. Yea.......They are the best!
