Great service. My first experience at Krause automotive was excellent they performed the service I requested and answered all the concerns I had and saved me money on the second visit they performed the work requested in a timely manner and found a issue with my suspension that was caused by another mechanic and fixed it. They are honest and do excellent work at a much better rate than the dealerships.

A+ service at a very reasonable price. They care about their customers and patiently answer my many questions. Thanks to them my 2001 Mercedes E320 is still running strong and a pleasure to drive. I highly recommend.

Just had my car serviced at Krauses’s and i am very satisfied with the level of service that i received. My car needed major work and the process from start to end, the level of skill and workmanship, is some of the best i had ever experienced. The price was surprisingly affordable and the people were very nice and attentive. The communication is something that really impressed me. i’d like to give kudos especially to Daniel Molina. I felt like i had my own personal concierge mechanic at my call. My car will need a new clutch soon and Krauses’s definitely has my business. Great experience overall!!

Recently had my 2001 BMW in for repair, it has 228,000 miles. After checking it all over, they gave me a complete list of repairs that must be done, & others we might wait a bit on. Then, they worked to keep the price of parts & labor to a range we felt was very fair. These guys run an A+ shop, very professional and willingness to make customer happy.

I needed a new water pump and belts changed for my car. I had called several places based on the neighbors’ recommendations, although all of them were good, Krause’s Automotive stood out amongst them all.From the front-end customer engagement to finally completing the job, Krause’s Automotive has provided me with EXCELLENT services. Customer facing is one of the most important job for a new customer. Dustin did a great job in answering my questions patiently and educating me on the pricing, time it will take to complete the service, and etc on the phone. I did not have any unpleasant surprises when I brought my car in for assessment and began the job. Besides Dustin, Daniel and Brandan were very helpful. Daniel recommended the tinting services next door and they were able to bring my car to the next door workshop after completing the job in Krause.By the end of the services, I had new parts in my car and the windows were tinting. All done in two days. It saved me time and lots of hassles.In addition, both Brandan and Dustin were awesome! They gave me me a ride back/forth home and to their shop.Thank you Krause’s Automotive!! Daniel and Dustin were very helpful. We dropped off our 2011 VW for some routine mx, occasional check engine light, and a slight slip occasionally in the transmission. They quickly diagnosed the issues and provided us with a detailed estimate with pictures. Dustin and Daniel explained all the suggested repairs and mx thoroughly before completing. The vehicle is running great now.

Great mechanics and management

I just drove 20 hours from Los Angeles to Dallas in 110 degree heat for a long duration of my trip. I called up Krause Automotive during this Covid-19 epidemic and asked if they could address my warning Service Engine Soon light that just came on my dashboard. Robert at Krause attached a diagnostic to my car then informed me this is only an Ambient Temp Sensor malfunction and my car is sound to continue on to my Indiana destination. Very professional, honest and I would highly recommend this establishment.

Dont expect a lot of frills, but in exchange you get a lot of knowledge, fair prices, and honest work. They will shop around for best pricing and give you any other possible options for expensive repairs. Ive even called them for recommendations on other services and have never been disappointed. This is the only place I will take my Lexus. Ive been a customer since 2010.

Absolutely the BEST! I’ve been to Krause’s Automotive several times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have a 2007 Volvo that I’ve had serviced through the dealership and other national chain auto shops. I always walked away feeling like I’d paid way too much for the service, or uncertain that the work was done correctly because of my foreign-made vehicle. I finally gave up and found a local shop that specialized in foreign cars. I’m so glad I made a change and found Krause’s Automotive, where I will be a customer for life. Great place if you have a German car. They have always given me a fair price on the work, and will not give you the runaround when it comes to their assessment. Ive never had a problem getting in contact with them via email or phone. I cant tell you what a load off my mind it is to have a mechanic I can trust 100%. I recommend it to anyone with a VW, BMW, Mercedies, or Audi.

This is my first time in dealing with their customer rep Lance. I would not use them again because he was very argumentative, used a very condescending tone and pushy sales. My experience was great when I dealt with Dean.
