These guys came in at the time they said. They have worked hard and we had mold in our kitchen. They are super nice and professional. We have dogs and usually when we have service people here they bark. This is the first time our dogs didn’t bark. They work so quiet besides when everything is being demolished. However, Rainbow was suggested by the insurance company and I am so glad that I selected them for our water restoration. Mike and Mykala were amazing! They arrived at our home in the middle of the night and were so courteous. This was our first time with water damage, but Mike was calm in explaining the process and setting our expectations. Always prompt and flexible with setting appointments. The plus is that it was seamless to work with insurance company.

Rainbow restoration came in & cleaned my apartment carpets just before I moved out of my apartment. They came in with their marching and removed some stains I had in my carpets. Really liked how they got to me in a fast manner. I would definitely use them in the future..

Im glad I chose Rainbow International of Lewisville to do mold remediation at my condo. They were professional and thorough and very nice to work with. I would not wish mold on anyone, but if you have to deal with it, choose the dedicated professionals at Rainbow International.

Did a complete and thorough job of finding and mitigating water damage. Ben and Micheal were friendly and always gave plenty of notice before they showed up to provide service / check readings. One thing that we could gripe about - they tried to push us into committing to them starting immediately during the evaluation visit. We were not ready and they rubbed us wrong by showing up to collect a fee minutes after we told them we would call when ready. We almost went with someone else...but glad we didnt!

They did a GREAT job!!! My home was flooded due to an A/C leak. They came out assets the situation and made sure everything was dry before. It took several day for the fan to dry my home, each day I received a text when they would arrive, the staff was always friendly and professional. Excellent customer service and work ethics!!!!!! I will recommend Rainbow for water restoration or carpet cleaning.

I had appointments twice that they cancelled. The $200 job was to polish a marble foyer. The company evidently gives priority to larger jobs. The first time they were doing fire restoration & the second time was water during my appointed time.

They were so helpful and checked every possibility of any damage, water leakages, etc. They provided great information and quoted my air duct cleaning very fairly! I really appreciate their service!
