Came here to share my awesome experience and came upon the one star review because the guy doesnt trust lawyers. These guys may be dime a dozen, but they are worth every nickel. A big thanks to Pete and Joe for getting it done in a timely and orderly manner. I highly recommend. Thank you! We also do business with this company up in Lewiston, and for the record, like the guy said in the one-star review, they are knowledgeable... AND they do phenomenal work! We actually hired one of their guys when he move down here.Here is our policy in the Treasure Valley---Not only do we get a payment at the time of order, we ask for a retainer fee that is generally five times the cost of the order. Then, when it gets close to being drawn down, we ask for MORE money before we do any more work.Im not sure what planet the one star rater lives on.

Ray called and asked about our payment policy. Weve been doing business for them down here in this part of the state for years. Our business model is the same: Pay when you order. I guess the low rating giving customer feels like paying what, whenever, or like some who order docs, never?

Called spoke to Raymond about having them help with drafting up paper work for a simple child support modification. Seemed very knowledgable but had to repeat things 2-3 times after he would ask the same question over and over. Got to end of our conversation and he said he would take my payment of 300$ over the phone and get started. I let him know I was not comfortable with this because one I prefer to meet who I am paying and 2 just ended a 3 year battle with a lawyer that took our money lied to us and ran basically. Given our past I assume he would understand. He said ok well I’m booked tell the end of the month and can meet you then we decided on the 30th. Called back a few days later to see if anything sooner or take the spot if maybe a cancellation. He notified me that because I’m protected under a credit card act that basically if you pay someone for a service and they don’t deliver you can fight the charge I should have paid over the phone. Because I refused to he denied helping us and said he would not take our case. Fine no big deal million other in his shoes willing to to the service and out of the first 2 I called to replace him said they would never ask for payment over the phone big red flag

I can attest that these guys do very good work. I have worked with them in Lewiston for the last six years, and they are very professional. They do work for Nez Perce, Kootenai, and a lot of cases in Eastern WashingtonThey just celebrated being in business for 20 years here. Highly recommend! A+
